Young Jaune: God damn it all!! why can't I just be a huntsman.. I just want someone to support me for my dreams.. is that too much to ask for!?
As Young Jaune continued to cry, until he punched something that was metal causing him to flinch in pain.
Young Jaune: Ow!? What th--
Before the Young Jaune Arc could say another word he looked out surprise to see a railroad track. However, with old and Rusty he looked at where he was leading into the bushes. He was curious.
Young Jaune: Why is there an old set of railroad tracks nearby...?
As Young Jaune Arc was even more curious following the tracks led into the bushes to see a set of buffers that seem to be perfect condition.
Jaune approached the buffers cautiously, wiping away his tears as he took in the sight before him. The buffers gleamed in the dappled sunlight that filtered through the trees, their bright red color standing out against the earthy tones of the forest. It was as if they were calling to him, inviting him to uncover the mystery of their existence.
Young Jaune: What is a set of buffers doing here all by itself... Without anyone noticing it..??
As Jaune stood before the buffers, a sense of intrigue began to replace his sorrow. The vibrant colors and the way the sunlight danced on their surface captivated him. He bent down, examining them closely, feeling a sense of wonder and curiosity that he hadn't felt in a long time.
Young Jaune: Is it possible... could this lead somewhere? Somewhere where I can be useful?
Taking a deep breath, Jaune reached out and grasped the edges of the buffers. They felt warm to the touch, as if they were alive with potential. He closed his eyes, envisioning a world beyond the pain of his current situation—a world where he could help others, where his dreams could come true.
Young Jaune: Here goes nothing...
With a determined shove, he pushed against the buffers, and to his surprise, they gave way. A bright light enveloped him, pulling him forward. Jaune felt a rush of wind and energy as the world around him began to swirl, colors blending and shifting until he could hardly tell up from down.
When the light subsided, Jaune found himself standing in a vibrant, sunlit clearing. The air smelled of coal smoke and fresh grass, and in the distance, he could hear the rhythmic chugging of steam engines.
Young Jaune: Where am I?
He looked around and saw a quaint little station, complete with a wooden platform and a cheerful sign that read "Sodor."
Young Jaune: Sodor never heard that before...?? And somebody tells me I'm no longer on revenant...
Jaune took a moment to absorb his new surroundings. The vibrant colors of Sodor were a stark contrast to the gloomy forest he had just left behind. He could hear the cheerful sounds of trains whistling and engines chugging in the distance, and the air was filled with the warmth of the sun and the scent of coal smoke.
Young Jaune wandering around on the station seeing many trains from verities such as from steam locomotives to diesel type engines. However, what made him completely even more surprised that they all were sentient. They had faces on what used to be the firebox as if they were more alive, more human-like but had Wheels on the rails of the tracks puffing blowing their whistles and horns.
Young Jaune: This is unbelievable...
As Jaune stood there, a friendly voice called out to him from behind. "Hello there! You must be new around here. I'm Thomas, Thomas the Tank Engine. Welcome to Sodor!"
Young Jaune turned to see a small, cheerful blue engine with a friendly smile on his face.
Thomas fireman and driver known as David and Mark looked directly at the young blonde hair kid on why he was alone.
David: Hey kid, are you here all alone?
Young Jaune: Yeah, I, uh... I'm not really sure how I got here. I'm Jaune Arc, from a place called Remnant. I was wandering in the forest near my home when I found these...buffers, and the next thing I knew, I was here.
Both David and Mark looked at each other, thinking that the boy might have been crazy or just had some imagination dream. Thomas remembering about a set of buffers that were magical. However, it felt like the memory was a bit more vague and blurry.
Thomas, with a thoughtful expression, tried to recall the stories he had heard about the magical buffers. "I remember hearing something about magical buffers that lead to different places, but it's been a long time since they were last mentioned. Maybe there's something special about the ones you found."
David, sensing that Jaune was genuinely confused and perhaps a bit overwhelmed, offered a reassuring smile. Well, whatever the case, you're here on Sodor now. It's a friendly place, and we're always happy to have new faces around.
Mark nodded in agreement. That's right. And if you need a place to stay or something to do, we can always use an extra pair of hands. There's plenty to learn and see here.
Jaune felt a sense of relief at their kindness. Thank you. I'd love to help out and learn more about this place. It's all so new and exciting.
Thomas let out a cheerful whistle. Great! I'm sure you'll fit right in. And don't worry—Sodor has a way of making everyone feel at home.
As Jaune began his new life on Sodor, he was filled with a sense of hope and possibility. Here, among friendly engines and welcoming people, he felt he could finally become the hero he always wanted to be—helping others and exploring new adventures on the island of Sodor.
