Jaune woke up inside a room, his ribs bandaged and his body sore from the attacks he endured from the bandits as he tried to move his body up and felt pain

"You should be more careful, young man, " A voice said surprising Jaune "You were out for quite some time"

Jaune turned to see an unknown man looking out the window as the rain continued to pour down

Jaune then realized something and began to look around the room

"Where's Verona ?" Jaune asked with a frightened tone

"Relax, I found her, she's okay," The man said "She's resting in a tavern in a nearby town, I will send a message to her about you waking up"

Jaune nodded and thanked him for that, as Verona had become close to him over the past few days.

"My name is Vladimir Tepes," The man said as he introduced himself

"I'm Jaune-argh!!" Jaune suddenly heard a screeching sound that made him cover his ears as Vlad moved toward him until a bright light covered hands

"What was that?" Jaune asked as his hearing felt normal

"I see that it worked, " Vladimir said "But that light, I've never seen anything like that before"

"What do you mean it worked?" Jaune asked while worried at this news, "What did you do to me?"

Vlad sighed and sat on a nearby chair as Jaune waited for the answer

"Your wounds were very severe, anyone else would have sub come and died in your place" Vlad began to explain "So I used my blood to heal you"

"And why would your blood be able to do that?" Jaune questioned with an unsure voice.

"Well, for starters I'm not human," Vlad said plainly

"What?" Jaune asked

"I'm not human" Vlad as his eye glowed red and his mouth revealed fangs, which frightened Jaune as he tried to escape from him, only to fall to the ground in pain

"Ouch!!" Jaune yelled "Okay, not a good plan"

Vlad just sighed and reverted back to normal as he placed Jaune back on the bed

"I could have told you that," Vlad said

"So, what are you ?" Jaune asked, afraid of what the answer would be

"I am Vladimir Tepes, former king and warrior" Vlad said " And I am the undead, a vampire to be precise"

Vlad then explained what a vampire was and how it works which frighten Jaune, he had heard stories of creatures like that back from his grandpa as a kid, of course, the monster would be a Grimm.

"Well that explains how I saved you, but perhaps you can explain what light that came from you is?" Vlad asked

Jaune figured that since Vlad saved his life, he at least owed him that. So Jaune began to explain what aura and semblances were.

"I've never heard of these things in the lands before," Vlad said

"Well, I think it's because this land isn't my home at all" Jaune said as he revealed where he came from.

After that Vlad could only feel anger at Jaune's family and friends for their actions toward Jaune when all he wanted was to help people

Vlad had been reminded of his past, where he was attacked by his village for turning into a vampire, even though it was for them to survive the war.

"You've been through a lot," Vlad said "How did you manage to get here anyway?"

Jaune then explain the mysterious shop and the owner he met and the necklace he had gotten, while he explain what happened, Vlad had one thing on his mind

'He is the one ' Vlad thought as he moved closer

"Listen to me," Vlad said "Your powers have manifested now and you need my help to control them"

"What if I don't want these powers?" Jaune asked with the hope to be human

Vlad just gave a sad look at him

"I'm afraid that's not possible at this point," Vlad said "My blood has been in your system long enough to become part of it"

"And with my aura amplification ...It's probably stronger now" Jaune said as he began to think about his fate now

He was alone in a new world, and no longer human. He was now a creature of the night now and need to gain control of these powers before he hurts any innocents

Jaune then looked at Vlad with a determined look on his face

"When do we start?"

[The next night]

Jaune, Vlad, and Verona were in an empty open field, ready to help Jaune with his training

Verona had arrived earlier and was told the truth, which lead to her giving Jaune a tight hug, crying at Jaune's pain and his life now.

After that Vlad began to explain one of Jaune's powers, which was controlling an army of bats to his aid

"Alright try and summon a small group of bats," Vlad said "Not only can you use them to attack a large group of foes, but you can also see what they see"

"I see like a sailor scope," Jaune said as Vlad nodded as he and Verona took steps back

"Why are you two moving away?" Jaune asked

"Safety," Vlad said Jaune nodded

Jaune then raised his arm out and began to try and use this power, but struggling a bit to even bring out one bat

"Try using your aura," Vlad said

Jaune did and one small bat flew towards him, landing on his shoulder

"It worked" Jaune said as Vlad smiled and Verona clapped, as Jaune looked at the small bat

"Aww, Hi little guy, you're a cute little one aren't y---"

All of sudden, too many came out and charged him, sending him into a tree and knocking him out and breaking the tree, while Dracula just shook his head as Verona covered her eyes

[One month later]

Jaune was riding his horse back from the town nearby after he had been practicing his echolocation power and had done well. He also had to get supplies for Verona, since she had decided to live in the castle

Since that day, Jaune had also mange to earn money using his powers, with enhanced senses helping with hunting animals.

Also, manage to keep his hunger satisfied and safe from accidentally killing Verona

How?...simple, his senses were useful in finding bandits to feed on

Course the only problem was cleaning the blood on his clothes and Verona being shocked at the sight of him

As he continued to ride his horse back home, all of a sudden his enhanced hearing picked up a women's cry for help

He quickly turned his horse in the direction of the scream and charged he saw a redheaded woman and her family being attacked by robbers

"Back away from us" the old man said as he used his only good arm to defend them as his other arm was injured from a sword swipe

"What are you going to do old man? " the lead bandit said "You're outmatched,so just hand over the girl"

The other bandits moved closer to attack them

"Leave them alone," a voice said, which got everyone's attention as they turned and saw a blonde hair in a dark outfit (think Geralt's outfit from the Netflix show,)

Suppose we don't listen to you " The leader said, "what then ?"

"Then I make a mess by spilling your blood" Jaune said

What Jaune didn't know is that an archer was aiming at him, as one of the bandits look at him with his eyes to give a signal to fire.

Only for him to die as Jaune quickly threw a dagger at his head, killing him and sending the body down falling from the tree.

This shocked the group at how quickly their archer died

"That was the only warning you'll get,think carefully about your next action" Jaune said with a threatening tone in his voice

One member charged at Jaune,only to be caught by his head and slammed into the ground, crushing his head,killing him

Two more charged at Jaune ,only for him to duck and roll under them and unsheathed his blade and sliced both of their heads off

The main leader grabbed the red haired woman and pointed his knife by her throat

"Come clooser and I'll spill her blood on the ground" the bandit leader said with desperate rage

Jaune then raised a finger "You're bleeding"

"So what ?" The bandit asked

"And they haven't eaten in a while" Jaune said with a smirk

"They ?" the bandit asked when all of sudden a few bats attacked him,let the woman go

As man tried to shake away the bats, he did not see a root that caused him to trip and land his neck on rock,killing him

The old man looked at Jaune with a sense of fear as he feared that his family and him would be next

"Thank you for saving us" The red headed woman said

"Take care," Jaune said as he walked away from the group

"Who are you," the woman asked

"...A fallen knight trying to help others," Jaune said as he continued to walk as the woman looked at her parents who nodded at her and quickly ran up in front of him and stopped

"My name is Aleera" the woman said

"That is a beautiful name, but why have you decided to follow me?"

"You have saved my life and in my family, which means I have sworn a blood pact to you" Aleera said as Jaune was surprised by this news

Jaune then looked at her family,who nodded at him

"I can't let you leave your family,they need you " Jaune said

"They know what I am to do" Aleera said with assurance "I have prepared for this moment for a while"

Jaune then understood and allowed her on his horse as they lead her parents to the nearby town for safety before they headed back to the castle

'Hopefully, Vladimir won't mind a new member in the castle and Verona could use a friend' Jaune thought

[Vlad was okay with it, but Verona was not]

Jaune and Vlad began to train with swords as Verona and Aleera were watching them

"Good, your strikes are better, but you must keep your balance, one bad step, and your opponent will have an advantage," Vlad said as Jaune nodded while he continued to practice

All of a sudden, Jaune managed to deflect Vlad's attacks and send his sword into the nearby wall, disarming Vlad and winning the practice fight

"Well done, you've mange to improve well," Vlad said "But do not get full of yourself, you have much to learn"

"Yes you do," Aleera said with anger as Jaune turn to see her and why she was mad 

The sword had cut through her dress, showing her bare top

"Did you really want me this bad?"  Aleera said with anger but with a small hint of lust

Jaune then proceeded to faint and bleed from his nose, meanwhile, Verona sent a now smiling  Aleera a tired look

"You planned that, didn't you?" She asked as Vlad helped Jaune back up from his embarrassing fall

"Of course, now that image will be in his head and he will be mine," Aleera said with a smile "After all, my competition would have been you... if you were actually beautiful"

This caused Verona to chase after Aleera as Vlad just gave a look of sigh

[one month later]

Jaune was sitting in a tavern, waiting for the rain to stop, listening in on conversations to occupy his burden

He had gone into town to check on Aleera's parents and acquire some supplies for a project he was working on 

"Please stop this sir," A woman said in a distraught tone, catching Jaune's attention

Jaune saw a blonde serving girl being harassed by a group of mercenaries

"Come on sweetheart, join us in a drink," The leader said

"I've already told you no, I'm not that type of woman," The woman said "I am a server, not a whore, no leave"

All of a sudden a mercenary was about to grab her, only for a dagger to be thrown and piece the area near his crouch.

"Leave her alone, now," Jaune said as he stood and walked toward the group 

"Do you know who we are ?" The leader asked with smugness

"Yes the so-called protectors of this town, the same ones that extort others for money and cause more problems for this town" Jaune said as many townspeople nodded

"Yeah so what?" Another mercenary asked

Jaune then placed a hand on his shoulder

"You think that that makes you tougher " Jaune said in quiet but frightening tone "But it just makes you all seem too weak and pathetic "

A mercenary tried to grabbed Jaune, but his hand was caught and Jaune began to crush it

"Pathetic" Jaune mocked as he threw the mercenary over the table "I think all of you should get out of here "

The mercenaries held their places for a moment, until they decided to leave

Jaune then walked over to the owner of the tavern,with a bag of coin

"Sorry for the problems" Jaune said as he walked out of the building

He then went to the smith to pickup some metals from his project

As he headed back to his horse, the woman ran to him

"Wait sir" the blonde woman yelled as she caught up to him

" I hadn't thanked you for defending me from those men

"It was no problem" Jaune said as he readied his horse to travel "I hate those who prey on the innocents"

"I'm Marishka" the woman said

"Jaune"

The blonde woman then had a look of sadness on her face

"Why are you sad ?" Jaune asked with concern for her.

"The tavern owner told me I was  fired" Marishka said "Told me I caused his best customers to leave"

"I'm sorry" Jaune told her,then got a an idea

'Aleera and Verona are gonna kill me, not to mention that Vlad is tired of me bringing others to the castle'

"If you want, I can offer you a home back in my master's place for the time" Jaune said as Mariska turned to get her stuff and saw something behind Jaune that terrified her

Jaune saw the mercenaries again but armed with weapons and pissed off.

"Fuck" Jaune said with a tired tone

All of a sudden, an archer fired a arrow aimed at Jaune.

Jaune then sliced the arrow in half as one man came at him only for his head to be impaled by Jaune's sword.

Two guys then came after him one came from the front and one from the back. The one in front tried to stab Jaune, only for him to dogged it and allow the man in the back to be stabbed in the throat as Jaune sliced the other man's head off as Jaune continued to walk forward

Another mercenary with an axe tried to chop him only Jaune to dogged and the axe getting stuck on a post. While the man tired to get his axe out, Jaune grabbed his head and bashed his head into the blade,killing the mercenary

Another mercenary charged with a knife,only for Jaune to grabbed his arm,breaking his wrist ,catching the knife and jamming it into his skull

Only the leader of the mercenary was left armed with two swords, as he charged at Jaune

The two began to fight in an intense sword fight, countering each other's strike until they were in a stalemate

"You fight like a monster "

"Oh, you have no idea" Jaune said as his eyes glowed and his fangs were showing

This frightened the leader, causing him back up far enough for Jaune to slice his head clean off, ending the fight finally.

Jaune then turned back to see Marishka hiding from the fight

"Are you okay?" Jaune asked, only to receive a head nod

"Okay let us head home " Jaune said as the two hopped on the horse and headed home

"WHY DO YOU KEEP BRINGING PEOPLE BACK HERE?" A woman yelled

[4 months later]

Jaune walked back to his room after training with Vlad with his flight ability

Good news, he didn't crash into a tree or cliff

Bad news, he crashed into a wall

As Jaune was walking to his room, he noticed that the girls weren't around  the castle grounds today

'Perhaps they went into town to get away from the craziness of the place for awhile' Jaune thought as he approached his door '

Jaune then walked into his room as he saw the three ladies, laying on his bed, eyes glowing different colors

Without any clothes,which caused Jaune to blush really bad

.

"What is this "Jaune asked with a stuttering voice

We've had a little talk "Verona said with a sensual voice

"And we think we can get along for a few minutes" Mariska teased

"Maybe longer, if you say with us" Aleera teased

Jaune then closed his door and what followed were screams of pleasure

[Meanwhile with Vlad]

Vlad had finished writing a letter, he could hear them

This put a smug smirk on his face

'About time they acted on their hearts.....I do pity him ' Vlad thought as placed the letter on the desk ,knowing that it would change Jaune's life now

And done
Next time the letter will be reveled and Jaune's project shall be shown

Also Jaune's actor will be Alexander Ludwig
