"Computer secure the room." Batman ordered.

Secured.

"I'll cut to it. Do we believe there's a mole within the Team?" He asked.

"I am convinced there is none." I said walking forward. "When Sportsmaster claimed he had an inside source," I bent my arm, clenching my hand into a fist. "He was merely sowing dissent."

Robin looked over his shoulder at me from his place on a chair. "His intel could easily have come by comparing notes with the other villains working for the Injustice League." He placed air quotes around the last two words.

"And think about it." He crossed his legs and placed his hands behind his head. "If anyone on the Team was working with those creepoids..."

"He or she would have betrayed us during our fight against them." I spoke, looking at Roy.

"I'm not convinced. Sure, you two and Kid Flash are above suspicion, but I know Artemis isn't shooting straight. For starters, she's not Green Arrow's niece."

My eyes widened slightly in shock. "What?"

"Well, yeah. In fact, she's related to-" Robin was interrupted by his mentor.

"Enough. Artemis's relations may indeed make her suspect, but she's still entitled to a secret identity." Batman said, before looking at Roy. "I'm more concerned about Superboy. We still know very little about what Cadmus programmed into their weapon. Connor could be the mole and not know it."

Red Tornado looked at the ground after he said that.

"And what about Miss Martain? She is Manhunter's niece. But he told Black canary he has a few hundred nieces and nephews. And the first time he met M'gann was five months ago when she stowed away on his last trip from Mars to Earth."

"This changes nothing."

"What about Percy?" Roy asked, forcing me to draw a deep breath. "Sure she wasn't on the Team when Sportsmaster said there was a mole but that could just be a cover to keep us from suspecting her."

"She has been removed from her duties." Batman said.

"Something that I still strongly disagree with. My- My friend, I would trust Percy with my life. Something that I have done on numerous occasions."

"All the more reason for her to be the perfect mole."

I sighed and crossed my arms. "I have fought side by side with these people. None are traitors."

Robin slumped in his seat. "So, what else are we going to talk about? We have to have something to show so the rest of the Team doesn't think something's up."

I pressed my lips together. "All of the Team's parents know of what we do. Perhaps we could have a cookout on the beach that our parents could attend?"

"The risks created by doing that-"

"We could pass it off as a bunch of friends getting together, no big deal." Robin grinned. "Agent A could come with me, keeps my secret identity intact."

Batman sighed. "I'll try to convince Superman to attend for Connor. I'll leave it to you to inform the others."

Later

"Kaldur!" Mother rushed forward and hugged me.

I chuckled and returned the embrace. "It has not been that long since I last saw you Mother."

"Sha'lain'a, do not embarrass the boy in front of his friends." Father gently pried her off of me.

"Where is Percy?" Mother asked looking at the group.

Megan was talking with her uncle, a smile on her face. Connor was standing awkwardly next to Superman who was in civilian clothes.

Wally was talking with his mother while his father and the Flash, also in civilian clothes, spoke.

Artemis was helping her mother into a beach wheelchair. Robin was standing next to an elderly man who was wearing sunglasses.

"She is not here."

Mother frowned. "I was hoping to see my-"

"You're Kaldur's mom right?" Megan flew over.

"Mother, Father, this is M'gann though I have taken to calling her by the Earthen name she goes by, Megan. Megan, these are my parents."

We took some time to introduce each other to our parents, Megan using her abilities to translate when needed.

"What was Kaldur like as a little kid?" Wally's mother asked.

Mother laughed softly. "He was a perfectly behaved child. He would go to bed without so much as a fuss. I did not have to argue with him with most things."

"Can you teach me how to turn Wally into him?"

"Doubt it. Wally will spontaneously combust if he doesn't flirt with someone." Robin spoke.

As they laughed, my eyebrows drew together and I gazed up at the sky.

"Incoming!" A familar voice yelled.

A black shape hurtled towards the ground, wings snapping open at last second.

"Blackjack?" I stood and rushed over to the pegasus.

A still figure was clinging to him before slowly trying to dismount. Percy nearly collapsed to the ground, but I caught her.

Her hand was pressed to her side, blood coating her stomach.

"What happened?" I asked, glad I share this ability.

Blackjack pawed the sand. "Boss got ambushed and he managed to hit her."

"Who is this he?"

Blackjack turned to look over the water, wings beating anxiously.

"Him."

I turned to look in the same direction, tensing when I saw someone walking up from the waves.

"Percy! Are you okay?" Mother rushed over.

The figure laughed. "Yes, little sister are you okay?"

Percy forced herself to stand and reached her hand into my jacket pocket pulling out Riptide.

I did not notice I had it.

She uncapped the pen, immediately holding her side again as soon as she pushed the pen cap into my hand.

"Aw, still trying to fight me? Just give up already. You know you can't win. I am born of the rough seas, you were born of the calm waves."

Percy held her stance, eyes carefully watching her brother.

His golden sword flashed and Percy parried it.

"So you can fight. Let's see how long you can keep that up."

The blades began moving so fast that I could not see them move, I am sure only Wally and the Flash could see them.

Eventually the male pulled away, sunlight glinting off of his gorgon mask.

"Perhaps I should kill your family, see how you like it." He growled, shifting his grip on his sword.

Percy was breathing hard, her hand now covered in her blood.

I immediately moved in front of Mother while Father placed himself in front of me.

The man raised a hand and water surged forward.

Percy's tattoos glowed and a stingray construct rose in front of us.

During the time we were distracted he had rushed to the side.

I have no idea why the Team is not helping, but I assume it is the Mist.

I did not have time to react as he lunged at Mother, sword outstretched.

He froze, midleap.

A broken laugh was forced from Percy's lips. "You...you say I am most like...Father's peaceful side...but that is not true. I am like Father in his entirety."

I looked at my sister, at the darkness swirling in her eyes, at the cruel, twisted smirk on her face, at her outstretched hand.

Her hand slowly closed and the man  convulsed extensively before dissolving into golden dust.

"Percy what-" I stared at the dust as it was absorbed into the earth.

"Boss!"

I spun to look at Percy.

She was lying still on the ground, her breathing almost too shallow to be seen, her blood staining the sand.

Well I need to get to bed so...

Ideas?

And uh...

Night

And...

See yah
