Once as close as the air that surrounds me...

Now as distant as the high peaks of the Grand  Canyon...

We have drifted...

I look back into time and attempt to locate our future...

It seems futile, yet I spend my days searching...

Searching for my happiness believed lost...

Realizing that I have the most wonderful memories of the time that we spent together...

I can not foresee the future...

Nor can I change the past...

It would be unwise not to relish the past and many great times that we were allowed...

I hopeful that we will be able to build future memories...

I am thankful of the time I that was privaledged to have had in your life...
