This chapter is here to quickly introduce you to the different roles available. The Dream Team will be made up of 30 people in total, from the French, English, Spanish and German-speaking communities. If you would like more details on a particular role, you will find them in the chapter concerning that role.

○ At the top of the hierarchy we find the DIRECTOR, responsible for leading the project as a whole and coordinating the teams. Supreme boss who has the entire monopoly. But it's not a dictatorship, rest assured.

○ Just below we have the VICE DIRECTOR, who as his/her name indicates assists his/her superior and who is therefore also responsible for leading the project as a whole and coordinating the teams, with the difference that the contest does not belong to him/her.

○ Next come the  ORGANIZATION'S REPRESENTATIVES. There are 4 of them in total (1 per linguistic branch), they are responsible for leading an organizational team made up of 3 co-organizers and representing it during meetings.

Finally, on an equal footing we have:

○ THE CO-ORGANIZER.ICES. There are 12 of them in total (3 per linguistic branch), they work as a team with their representative to ensure the fluidity and smooth running of the contest in the branch for which they are responsible.

○ COMMUNICATIONS OFFICER. There are 4 of them in total (1 per linguistic branch), they are responsible for managing the team's social networks and redirecting users who may be interested.

○ THE TRANSLATORS.ICES. There are 3 of them, these people ensure good understanding of all members – especially during meetings – and can help write announcements or chapters (since this will be done in all languages).

○ SECRETARIES. There are 4 of them (1 per linguistic branch), these members write various chapters and announcements and produce reports of each meeting.

○ The TREASURER.ES. There are 4 of them (1 per linguistic branch), they manage the store (orders, distribution of parts, etc.).

○ And finally, the GRAPHIC, responsible for creating the book covers for each account, as well as the banners for the different chapters.

It must be understood that for this book, as well as the others, to be written, the project must be framed and therefore certain roles must already be assumed.

○ In this case, the role of director is played by the wonderful person who is at the origin of the birth of this contest, this incredible woman who leads with kindness AND firmness, we have named... the fantastic Juste-Espoir !

○ The role of vice-director has also already been assigned to one of the former participants, who arrived during the second edition (organized in fall 2020) and who has not left, we have named... the inimitable Plume_de_Louve !

○ The role of organization's representative of the France branch is also entrusted to a person whose efficiency, talent and investment no longer need to be proven, we have named... the incredible UnUniversAuHasard !

○ Finally, the role of graphic designer is held by a more than talented person, whose creations never disappoint us, we have named... the talented petite_lune_bleue !
