The organization's representatives are therefore responsible for leading an organizational team made up of 3 co-organizers and representing it during meetings.

Their role is to ensure good understanding and good communication between these 3 members, to supervise their work, to report regularly on the situation to their superiors, to ensure possible moments of precipitation when one or more co-organizers is missing. They also need to be carefully involved in unforeseen events and be responsive.

They must in particular :

► Send warnings for each new registration.

► Write chapters and announcements.

► Manage withdrawals.

► Respond to comments and questions asked.

► Advertise if necessary.

► Send reminders to writers and judges.

► Add short stories of the concours to reading lists.

► Send post notification (via copy and paste message) to Spectators.

► Read around twenty short stories.

► Check the judgments.

► Average the scores and classify them by theme..

► Collect valuable phrases by writer and theme.

► Give a rewarding sentence to each judge of their theme.

► Take note of spectators' readings as well as writers' support bonuses by theme.

► Help prepare the next edition.

► Participate in group discussions.

► All this work requires that you be present once every 3 days AT MINIMUM.

We advise these people to keep a notebook in which all the information, all the tasks to be accomplished and all the names of the people registered will be listed. Seriously, we love the team's notebooks (especially since ours are super beautiful)..

This certainly amateur contest remains very serious, committed and requires a certain maturity as well as a certain autonomy. Therefore, we require the following conditions from the co-organizers:

► Be MINIMUM 16 years old (we are counting on your good faith).
► Know how to speak AT MINIMUM English as well as French.
► Have a Discord account. All discussions will take place on this network.
► Have access to Google Drive.

It is a very demanding and important role that requires a lot of availability and versatility. Be serious and really invested.
