Communication officers have to handle team social medias and redirect potentially interested users.

They will particularly have to :

► Manage the Instagram contest account by regularly posting posts and stories.

►Take on doing the targeted tag during the inscription period, which consists of mentioning dozens and dozens of people on wattpad that we don't always know, to bring them to the contest.

► Search and find some short stories written in english, german or spanish to offer them at the event « Friday's Short Story ». (Only for the first international edition)

► Make some advertisements.

► Help to prepare the next edition.

► Participate in group discussions.

► All this work requires that you be present once every 3 days AT MINIMUM.

We advise these people to keep a notebook in which all the information, all the tasks to be accomplished and all the names of the people registered will be listed. Seriously, we love the team's notebooks (especially since ours are super beautiful)..

This certainly amateur competition remains very serious, committed and requires a certain maturity as well as a certain autonomy. Therefore, we require the following conditions from the communication officers:

► Be MINIMUM 13 years old* (we are counting on your good faith).
► Have an Instagram and a Discord account. All discussions will take place on this network.

► Know how to speak AT MINIMUM English as well as French.

► Have access to Google Drive.

* However, if you have screen time restrictions, make sure that you will still be able to fill the role before applying...

This is a role extremely exigeant which requests a lot of availability and flexibility. Be serious and really invested.

Only one person will be selected for this role.
