This chapter is to welcome candidates for this role ONLY.

The co-organizer are charged with teamwork with their representative to maintain fluidity and oversee the smooth running of the contest in the branch they're taking care of, but also invest themselves during mishaps and be reactive.

They will particularly have to :

►Send the warnings for each new inscription.
►Redact chapters and announces

►Manage the withdrawals

► Answer the comments and the questions asked

► Make some advertisements if needed.

► Send the reminders to the writers and the judge.

► Add the short stories to the reading lists.

► Send the publication notification (via a copy and paste message) to the spectators.

► Read about twenty short stories.

► Verify the judgments.

► Make the grades' averages and a theme ranking.

► Gather the edifying sentences by writer and by theme.

►Give an edifying sentence to each judge of his theme.

►Take note of each spectator's readings and the Mutual Aid Bonus of each theme writer.

► Help with the next edition preparation.

► Take part in group discussions.

► All this work requires that you be present once every 3 days AT MINIMUM.

We advise these people to keep a notebook in which all the information, all the tasks to be accomplished and all the names of the people registered will be listed. Seriously, we love the team's notebooks (especially since ours are super beautiful)..

This certainly amateur contest remains very serious, committed and requires a certain maturity as well as a certain autonomy. Therefore, we require the following conditions from the co-organizers:

► Be MINIMUM 13 years old* (we are counting on your good faith).
► Have a Discord account. All discussions will take place on this network.
► Have access to Google Drive.

* However, if you have screen time restrictions, make sure that you will still be able to fill the role before applying...

It is a very demanding and important role that requires a lot of availability and versatility. Be serious and really invested.
