Applejack couldn't believe it. She had seen Rainbow. She was alive.

Applejack stared at the picture in her hand. Her Rainbow. Her baby was still out there. Applejack looked at the picture. She thought back to the day Rainbow was taken. She remembered the fear in her eyes. Rainbow knew it would happen and she accepted her fate. But she also had faith in her friends and Applejack. She was counting on them to find and save her.

And damn it, Applejack wasn't going to give up on her now. They were so close. She didn't see her face, but this picture. Only Rainbow would have this in her pocket. It was her.

"Applejack".

Applejack looked up. She saw Twilight's brother, Shining Armor, standing there.

"Yeah, Shinin'??".

"We sent the pic of the license plate to our tracker", he said. "She should be able to track it down in no time at all".

Applejack nodded. "Thanks, dude", she said.

Shining Armor walked up to her and sat down beside her. He smiled.

"It's my job", he said. "Plus, I know how much she means to you girls".

Applejack looked at him.

"She was mah girlfriend and mah best friend".

"I know".

Shining chuckled. "I'd love to be able to put that guy in jail after what he did, along with stopping the whole system".

Applejack nodded. "Yeah. Ah can't wait til we find em'".

Shining Armor looked at the picture in Applejack's hand. He smirked.

"She's a beauty".

Applejack smiled. "She sure is somethin".

"Don't worry", Shining said. "We'll find her".

Applejack sighed. "After two years. Ah thought........".

She felt a hand on her shoulder.

"We all did. But thanks to you, we found her".

Suddenly, Shining's phone vibrated. He took it out and answered the call.

"Yeah?".

He smiled.

"Great. You're the best. I'll get a team together".

He hung up and stood up.

Applejack looked up at him.

"What's goin on??", she asked.

Shining Armor smiled.

"They tracked the car and found the owner and it's location. They have an address".

Applejack got to her feet.

"Really??".

Shining nodded. "C'mon. Let's get the others and a team together".

Applejack looked up at the house. It wasn't at all like she expected. She didn't expect it to be a small, clean, normal house at the end of a street. They had traveled across two states to get there. It took hours.

It was no wonder they never found her. She was so far away. The town they were in was small with a small population. Not much.

Applejack looked at the house. It was nice. A stone path to the door. Clean windows. Dark blue paint on the walls. A perfect green lawn with a garden out front.

Applejack felt a nudge on her arm. Shining Armor stood there, looking at her. He nodded his head, which she copied. She was ready for this.

"Alright girls".

Shining Armor got his gun out. He stood in front of the girls.

"Stay close to us and try to find Rainbow if she's in there. Most likely they're hiding her".

The girls nodded. They were ready for anything.

"Let's go, men", Shining said.

They approached the house. Stepping onto the porch, Shining knocked on the white painted wooden door.

"Heat Flame. This is the police. We have a warrant for your arrest", he called.

Nothing. He looked back at the others.

"Break it open", he said, stepping back.

One of the other officers came up and kicked the door open. They filed into the home.

"This is the police!!", one man shouted.

The team went throughout the house, searching in every room. The girls heard faint yelling.

"Ya'll hear that??", Applejack asked. "Listen".

They went quiet. The yelling was coming from down the hall. They followed the sound. The girls went into the kitchen with Shining and a few other cops. They looked around.

"Look", Pinkie said.

They all turned to see a closed door. Shining went up to the door. He swung it open, his gun ready. The yelling got louder. It was coming from down there. He looked back at them.

"C'mon".

The girls and him made their way down the stairs as quietly as possible. They crept down the stairs, the yelling getting louder and clearer. They came into the basement to see a man there, standing over someone.

The man heard them and turned around. Applejack's jaw clentched. It was one of the guys from the café.

Shining raised his gun.

"Don't move", he ordered. "And get on your knees".

The man raised his hands above his head in defeat. As he got to his knees, two officers went up to him. They checked him for weapons before handcuffing him and leading him away.

The girls looked at the person on the floor. Rainbow colored hair, small, a tail. Then they saw ears on top of their head. Wolf ears.

Applejack licked her lips, her heart racing.

"Rainbow??".

The person looked up. Rainbow looked right at her. She smiled.

"Applejack".

Rainbow struggled to her feet. She stood up, looking at Applejack. Applejack smiled, tears in her eyes.

She towards Rainbow. She wrapped her arms around her, Rainbow hugging back. Applejack heard a sob.
She looked at Rainbow to see tears running down her face.

"You really did find me again".

Applejack nodded. "Told ya ah would".

Rainbow clung onto her for dear life. Applejack wasn't going to let her go any time soon. Applejack finally pulled away to look at her face. She gasped. Rainbow was bruised up. She had a black eye, a busted lip and bruises all over her face.

Applejack's eyes lowered to her body. Rainbow was only wearing a tank top and shorts. There was black and blue bruises all over her body. She looked skinny and was trembling.

She looked back up at her face. She gently brought a hand up her cheek. There was a hand mark on her left cheek so she was careful. Rainbow smiled.

"I don't even know what to say", she said. "I look pretty bad, huh??".

Applejack nodded, a serious look on her face.

"Ah knew you were gett'n hurt all this time", she said. "Ah'm so sorry it took all this time ta find you".

Rainbow smiled although she was wincing. "It's okay. You're here now".

Applejack looked down. She saw Rainbow's right arm holding her rib area. She saw a pained look on Rainbow's face. AJ wrapped her arms around her, pulling her into gentle yet secure a hug.

"Yeah", Applejack said. "Ah'm here now".

"Rainbow".

The two pulled away and turnes. They saw a female cop standing there.

"C'mon. Let's get you to some medical attention".

Applejack looked at Rainbow. The hybrid teen was clutching her ribs, wincing.

"Okay".

Applejack wrapped an arm around her waist.

"How hurt are you??".

Rainbow looked at her.

"I don't know. He just went crazy on me earlier. It went on for almost an hour. He just came from work today angry and so I did my job. He beat up pretty bad. I think he bruised my ribs".

Applejack gently picked her up. Rainbow rested her head on her chest.

"C'mon", Applejack said.

The female officer led them out, the girls by their side, talking to Rainbow.

"Rainbow, dear", Rarity said. "We're more than happy to see you again. We thought you were gone all these years".

Rainbow giggled but hissed in pain. The girls got outside. There was an ambulance waiting. Rainbow and Applejack went into the the ambulance. The girls were to meet them at the hospital. Rainbow was strapped into a stretcher.

Applejack sat down beside her. She held her hand.

"Don't worry, baby", she said gently, brushing the hair out of Rainbow's face. "It's okay now. Ah'm here now".

Rainbow smiled weakly up at her.

"I know".
