Now Rainbow's family!! :) enjoy!!

Applejack swallowed nervously. She was in front of the Dash family's house. She was going to meet Rainbow's family tonight before taking Rainbow out on a date. The rainbow haired girl didn't have parents but she did have family.

Applejack walked up to the front door, folding her arms, keeping the chilly wind of the night away. She came to a white front door. Knocking she waited. She heard a crash from inside, causing her to jump.

"Don't tell me that gal is already gett'n hurt", Applejack sighed.

The door opened, revealing Rainbow Dash. The girl was panting but trying to control it.

"Applejack. Hey".

Applejack raised an eyebrow. "Ah heard a crash. What or who fell??".

Rainbow laughed. "Oh that was me. I fell while running. Come on in. You ready to meet my family??".

Applejack bit her lip.

"Ah guess so", she said.

Rainbow took her hand.

"They'll love you. Just ignore the life threats and you'll be fine".

Applejack's eyes widened. Rainbow took her by the hand and pulled her inside quickly.

"Wah!!".

Applejack stumbled a bit as Rainbow shut the door. The teen dragged her down the hall.

"Rainbow", Applejack said. "Did ja have any sugar before ah came??".

Rainbow giggled. "Uh huh".

Applejack internally groaned. This was gunna be fun.

Rainbow dragged her into a room. Applejack stopped in her tracks. There stood two men. They had their arms crossed.

Rainbow smiled at Applejack.

"Applejack. This is my family. That's my uncle, Strike".

She pointed at a man with dark blue hair with rainbow streaks in it and light blue skin. He looked alot like Rainbow's dad. Applejack had only seen a picture of Rainbow's dad. This guy looked alot like him. Strike was skinny and tall. He looked kinda funny being serious.

"And this is my brother, Rainbow Blitz".

Rainbow pointed at a teenage guy. He looked just like Rainbow Dash, but a boy and he had dark blue eyes. He also looked older than them by a few years. He scared Applejack a little.

Applejack smiled at them.

"Howdy", she said tipping her hat.
"Nice ta finally meet cha".

The room was silent as the two didn't say anything. They just eyed her.

Strike walked up to her. He stared her down. Applejack crossed her arms and stared back.

"You know", he finally said. "I've been training my whole life for this moment. I have been trained physically and mentally........... to kill you".

Applejack looked at him like it didn't bother her. She wasn't bothered by it....... that much. She figured she would hear that.

"So", Strike said. "You're dating our girl. Sit".

Everyone sat down on the two couches in the room. Rainbow sat between Applejack and her family. She held the blonde's hand.

"Tell us about yourself".

Applejack sighed. "Well. Ah part of the apple family. Ah live with mah granny and mah big brother and mah lil sis".

"Where's your parents if you don't mind us asking", Rainbow Blitz asked.

Applejack looked at the floor.

"They uh, died when ah was young"..

Strike and RB looked shocked.

"We're sorry".

Applejack smiled. "Thanks but we got past that. Ah got a big family an us apples stick together through thick an thin".

"How did you two meet??", Rainbow Blitz asked.

Applejack looked at Rainbow Dash.

"Well. Rainbow over here was a loner back then. Can't imagine how".

Rainbow giggled. Applejack smiled. She looked back at the men and young girl.

"One day ah saw some bullies pickin on er and ah had ta stop it. They left as soon as ah said to. They ran scared. As long as Ah'm around , ain't noone gunna mess with er again. If they do, ah either do somethin about it mahself an tell em somethin, or get em in trouble with the principal".

"Have you gotten in trouble with the law before??", Strike asked.

Rainbow laughed.

"Applejack wouldn't be able to even if she tried. She's too good and can't lie to save her life".

Applejack chuckled. "Yeah. Ah'm not good at lyin'. Ah'm the most honest person around. Ah don't lie so ah just stay out of trouble anyways".

Rainbow Dash nodded in agreement. "She's never lied to any of our friends or anyone in general".

The men nodded.

Applejack grinned. "What do ya wanna know??".

"Why did you ask Rainbow out??", Rainbow Blitz asked.

Applejack smiled. "How could I not?. She amazing. She funny and loud. So very loud. She's beautiful and awesome and just..... wow".

Rainbow smiled. "Awww!!".

Applejack blushed and chuckled.

Rainbow laid her head in her shoulder. Applejack smiled. Blitz looked at Strike.

"So", Strike said. "What do ya wanna be when you get to college??".

Applejack looked at him.

"Oh. Ah'm gunna be working mah family's apple company. It's very important to mah family. We do own the largest apple company in Equestria".

"Impressive", Strike said.

Applejack smiled. "It ain't that impressive. It's nothin".

Rainbow poked her. "Boop".

Strike and RB continued to question Applejack. All the while, Rainbow was poking her and making random noises. Applejack just smiled at her and gave her the attention that Rainbow obviously wanted from her.

Applejack smiled as Rainbow drew on her skin with washable marker.

"Does this happen alot??", Strike asked.

Applejack chuckled. "Yeah. But she's Rainbow, so ah think it's cute. She's like a kid".

Rainbow giggled. She tapped Applejack on the shoulder. Applejack looked at her.

"Yes??".

Rainbow giggled. She motioned for Applejack to come near. Applejack leaned in her ear. She felt something in her ear. It was an earbud. Suddenly her ear was exploded with loud music.

Applejack pulled it out. She rubbed her ear. She looked at Rainbow.

"What are you listening to??".

Rainbow grinned. "The wonderbolts!!".

Applejack rubbed her ear and stared at the girl as she put her ear buds in and blasted out singing.

"LET'S GO CRAZY. JUST US TONIGHT!!. NOT A CARE IN THE WORLD. JUST US TONIGT!!. JUST WANNA HAVE FUN TONIGHT, BEFORE WE-".

Applejack spring foward and pulled the earbuds out of Rainbow's ears and covered her mouth.

"Not now babe. Please. And yes, you sounded awesome".

Rainbow pouted. "You're no fun".

Applejack poked her stomach. Rainbow giggled. She attempted to bolt for the door but Applejack grabbed her. She wrapped an arm around her as she tickled the younger girl.

"Hahaha okay. Haha I'll behave. Haha just stop".

Applejack laughed. She stopped. Rainbow was in a fit of giggles. She turned and looked at Applejack.

"You're bad".

Applejack grinned. "Yup. Rotten to the core".

Rainbow laughed. "I love that song".

"Hey Applejack", Strike suddenly spoke up.

The girls looked at him. He stood up.

"Can a talk to ya??", he asked.

Applejack nodded. She looked at Rainbow Dash.

"Here", she said handing Rainbow her phone.

"Do whatever on here but don't delete anythin".

Rainbow saluted her and grabbed the phone and kissed her cheek. Applejack turned and followed the man out of the room. The two came out into the hallway.

Strike turned to her.

"Applejack", he said. "Honestly, you're the greatest person for Rainbow. I feel like I can trust you with her. You're patient with her and you put up with her craziness. It's amazing. Now, you know about Rainbow's past. Eden was killed and my brother is in jail".

Applejack nodded. Strike sighed.

"I feel like I should tell you to be careful with Rainbow and how you talk to her. She's very emotionally unstable at times. Sometimes mentally as well".

Strike shifted as he talked, his eyes looking at the doorway every so often.

"Rainbow's had a hard life. Pretty much hell on earth for her. She's been through alot and I just want to make sure that you're mentally and physically prepared for whatever Rainbow does or says or thinks. You get me??".

Applejack nodded. "Yeah. Ah understand. She can get really depressed an just say stuff that worries me. She's told me stuff and ah do worry bout er. Her mental state part of the time is like a child an then she's crying because she thinks she's crazy or ugly or too stupid or somethin and then she's all five year old again".

Strike nodded. "Exactly. Rainbow acts like a child because she's never had a chance to act like that when she was was a child. She never had a childhood since her mom passed away. Her brother was taken from her because of foster care until I became their legal gaurdian. So, if she acts the way she does. It's because she feels like she can act like a kid and not get hurt by anyone".

Applejack was quiet. She thought it over in her head. She nodded slowly.

"Alright. Ah understand".

Strike placed a hand on her shoulder.

"Now, don't take this the wrong way. But do you really think you want to stay with Rainbow Dash after all I've told you and all you've experienced yourself??".

Applejack laughed.

"Of coarse ah do. You can't find someone as amazin' and funny and loyal an livin as Rainbow Dash. There noone like er".

Strike smiled. "Good to hear that. She needs you, you know that??. After all she's been through, I've never seen that girl so happy and hyperactive as these past few months. All I can say is take care of her and thank you".

Applejack smiled. "No problem at all. Just doin what she do best. Lovin that gal rotten".

Strike chuckled. "C'mon. Let's go before Rainbow downloads something into yir phone".

Applejack laughed.

"Once she tried to see if mah phone could float in water. Ah was able ta take it from er before she could drown it".

Strike laughed loudly.

"Man", he said. "She's somethin else. You gotta love that girl".

"Ah getcha", Applejack agreed.

The two walked into the room. Rainbow looked up at them. She smiled.

"Thank god you're back!!".

Rainbow got up and walked up to Applejack. She hugged the girl.

"Hey", she said. "Can we leave soon??. You promised we would get some food".

Applejack chuckled. "Okay Rainbow. Just hold on".

Rainbow pointed at her brother.

"He was acting like a cop and asking me questions about you".

Applejack looked at Rainbow Blitz. The guy glared at his sister for telling on him.

"That's alright Rainbow", Applejack said. "No harm in askin questions".

Rainbow smiled widely.

"Can we go now??", she whined.

"I'm tired. I'm hungry. I'm boooored. I'm-".

Applejack leaned in and kissed her. Rainbow's eyes widened. Applejack pulled away.

"Ah get it".

Rainbow giggled madly. She turned and looked at her uncle and brother giggling.

"She kissed me", she giggled, pointing at Applejack. She stood there giggling like crazy.

"She's my girlfriend".

Applejack wrapped an arm around her shoulders.

"Why yes ah am. Ah am yir girlfriend".

"Well", Rainbow Blitz said standing up. He walked up to Applejack. Standing in front of her, he stared at her for a moment.

Applejack stared back, a little uncomfortable. Finally he tool Rainbow by the shoulders and made her look at him.

"You really like Applejack, don't you??. She makes you happy".

Rainbow smiled. "Yeah".

"And you feel safe around her??. She treats you good??".

Rainbow nodded. "Yes, Blitz. She treats me very nice. She's never hit me or yelled at me. She actually puts up with me".

Rainbow Blitz nodded.

"Okay. Just take care of yourself".

He leaned in and whispered something in her ear. Rainbow nodded.

"Alright big bro. I will".

The two siblings hugged.

"I love you sis".

Rainbow Dash smiled and hugged back gently.

"Love you too big bro".

Pulling away RB smiled at Applejack.

"Okay. I approve".

Applejack smiled.

"Just know that I won't hesitate to kill anyone that hurts her".

Applejack nodded. "Got it".

Rainbow walked up to her and hugged her.

"Can we go now?", she asked.

Applejack chuckled. "Sure. C'mon".

Applejack turned to the men.

"It was nice meet'n ya. We'll be going to the movies".

Rainbow picked up a jacket that was laying on the couch arm. Her brother helped her put it on. He made sure she had her hat on as well.

"You got your phone on you??", he asked.

Rainbow nodded, taking it out and holding it up. She put it back in her pocket, along with her house keys.

"How you planning on getting to the movies??", RB asked.

"Ah drive", Applejack answered holding up her keys.

The men nodded. "When will ya be back??", Strike answered.

"The movies ends round ten, so bout ten thirty".

"Alright. We'll be up, waiting for ya".

Rainbow nodded. She hugged her uncle and then her brother.

"Have fun you two", Strike said grinning.

Rainbow took Applejack's hand and pulled her out the front door before the blonde could say anything.

"Woah!!".

Strike and Rainbow Blitz walked to the front door. They watched Rainbow drag Applejack down the driveway. At some point Applejack picked the girl up by the waist and carried her to the car. Rainbow Dash laughed. She looked at the front door and saw her uncle and brother.

She waved at them and made a heart with her hands. The guys smiled and waved. Th ey watched the girls get into the car.

"Is Rainbow putting on her seatbelt??", Rainbow Blitz asked.

Strike nodded. "Yup. She's good".

The car drove off a minute later. The men watched the vehicle dissappear down the road. They went back inside.

"You think Applejack'll take care of RD??", Rainbow Blitz asked.

Strike smiled at him.

"Those two are perfect. Applejack will take good care of her. She's in good hands".

RB sighed. "She's all grown up. I just worry about her alot, you know".

Strike nodded. "I do too. But she'll be just fine".

RB nodded. He turned. Suddenly his phone buzzed. Taking it out he looked at his phone. Rainbow had sent him a video.

"Look", he said to his uncle. Strike walked over to him and looked at his phone.

He played the video. Rainbow and Applejack were walking into the movie theater.

Hi!!. We're gunna watch um the movie uh....... pixels. You guys never took me to see it, so we're gunna watch it. Thanks for letting me come here. You're the best guys. Love you!!

Rainbow smiled and waved. Applejack came into the video and wrapped her arms around Rainbow's waist. Rainbow giggled. The two smiled and waved.

Bye!!.

The video ended. Rainbow Blitz smiled.

"Yeah. I think she'll be just fine".
