Rainbow had severe ADHD and probably some other stuff wrong with her brain. She takes pills to calm her down. Sometimes she doesn't take them. Applejack is about to find out what happens when Rainbow Dash....... doesn't take....... her meds........ pray for her safety and sanity.........

Applejack hummed quietly to herself. She was just enjoying a nice quiet afternoon, watching tv.

"AHHHHHH!!!"

Rainbow suddenly sprinted into the room.

"APPLEJACK!!!".

Applejack jumped. Rainbow pounced onto the couch, freaking out.

"APPLEJACK. IT'S TERRIBLE. IT'S HORRIBLE. I CAN'T TAKE IT. I HAVE TO TELL YOU SOMETHING IMPORTANT!!!".

Applejack raised an eyebrow.

"What??".

Rainbow looked at her and froze, her eyes wide and terror filled.

"I-".

Suddenly Rainbow burst into laughter. She fell off the couch and onto the floor.

"Ow!!".

Applejack sat up as she watched the younger teen lay on the floor laugh herself into tears. Rainbow's laugh sounded like it decide to sound like a sob or a laugh. So she sounded like she was doing both.

Applejack was confused and partially scared. Rainbow got to her knees. Then a whole nother round started. Tears rolled down Rainbow's face as she cackled. Rainbow laid back down and let out a very loud sound that didn't sound human.

"I'm gunna die", cackled out.

Applejack sighed and crossed her arms.

"Did ja take yir meds this mornin??", she asked.

Rainbow suddenly became serious.

"I take meds??".

She snorted and went back to laughing.

Applejack grinned as she enjoyed the show.

"Ah love you".

"Where the heck is that music comin from??".

Applejack had heard music ringing throughout the house but couldn't find where it was coming from. She had looked in nearly all rooms. All except the bedroom.

Applejack climbed the stairs, hearing the music grow louder. Walking down the hall, she peeked into every room. She came to the bedroom. Bingo.

Walking in, Applejack stopped. Rainbow was jumping around. And by jumping around, I mean she was head banging like a nutcase and jumping into the air, as she listened to loudest and screamo kind of music she could possible find on YouTube. Applejack laughed at the scene. She leaned on the doorframe, grinning.

After a few minutes, the song ended and Rainbow had calmed down. Her hair was all over the place. She suddenly saw Applejack.

"Hey".

Applejack laughed as she walked towards her.

"What are you doin??", she asked Rainbow. "Ah can hear that racket from downstairs".

Rainbow grinned. "Just listening to music".

"Did you take yir meds this mornin??".

"Forgot", Rainbow simply replied.

AJ sighed and nodded. "Alright. Wanna watch a movie with me??".

Rainbow giggled. "Sure".

Applejack took her hand and pulled her along, walking out of the room.

Rainbow kept a straight face. She was not going to snap. Not now.

Her grit her teeth as the yelling around her seemed to increase. Why of all days must they be on a school field trip today??. Why with these people??.

"I'm going to kill all of them", she grumbled. "Why isn't the teacher doing anything??".

Applejack took her hand, trying to calm her.

"Shhh. It's alright. Just focus on me", she said. "Don't chu worry. We're almost there. Just-".

Suddenly they could hear some guys laughing and cursing in the back of the bus.

Rainbow suddenly got up. She got on her knees, looking at the other students.

"HEY!!", she shouted.

The bus quieted down a little bit. Rainbow looked at the teacher that couldn't care less about being there.

"Excuse my french, teachers", Rainbow said.

Rainbow looked back at the other students.

"BUT SHUT THE FUCK UP!!".

Applejack's eyes widened. She and the other girls quickly grabbed Rainbow. Applejack was covering her mouth with her left hand, her right arm around her waist. Twilight and Rarity were holding Rainbow Dash by the wrists.

"Rainbow Dash", Rarity scolded. "How dare you use such foul language. Shame on you".

"Darn it", Applejack said, face-palming. "Rainbow didn't take her medicine this mornin before we left. No wonder she's all hyper and agitated".

Rainbow shrugged. She said something but it was muffled by Applejack's hand. The girls had her put on her seat belt. But the rest of the way, Rainbow was able to sleep in peace and quiet. Not a peep was heard from the other teens.

The doctor eyed Rainbow Dash carefully. Rainbow stared back at him.

"So, when does she act out??", he asked.

Applejack sighed. "Whenever she doesn't take her medicine. Sometimes she firgets and ah firget ta remind her".

The doctor thought for a moment. Rainbow couldn't stop moving. She looked at the doctor, then Applejack, then the man again, then around the room, then the doctor, ask a question, make a noise, look around the room again, look at Applejack, then the man.

The doctor smiled.

"I have an idea", he said. "Girls. Come with me".

Applejack and Rainbow got up. They followed him out of the room and down many halls. They came to a room.

It was like a playground. Rainbow smiled.

"Cool".

"Hey guys!!".

The teens saw Pinkie and Soarin and Spitfire there. They were seemed to have been waiting for them.

Rainbow looked around at all the cool stuff.

"Rainbow".

The teen looked at the man. He smiled.

"Go play".

Rainbow smiled.

She took of her shoes and ran towards her friends. Applejack was amazed. She watched her girlfriend and friends roll and cartwheel and run and slide to their heart's content.

Applejack wasn't very athletic so couldn't possibly understand just how could they do all those things and not be exhausted.

"This is a great way to let out energy".

Applejack turned her head and looked at the doctor. She looked at him confused.

"What do you mean??".

"I mean look at her", he said, motioning to Rainbow Dash. "She's a big ball of energy. People with ADHD move quite alot. What better way to let them tire themselves out than a gym room or playground??".

Applejack's eyes widened.

"So you're tellin' that instead of having ta deal with her insanity when she doesn't take her medicine, all ah had ta do was let her go outside and run around and she tire herself out??".

The doctor smiled and nodded.

"Yup".

Applejack face-palmed. She sighed, looking up at Rainbow. She watched her for a while. She noticed that Rainbow was slowing down. Every so often she'd go get a drink of water. Rainbow noticed her yawning after an hour and a half.

Applejack smiled.

"Rainbow", she called.

Rainbow looked over at her. Applejack motioned for her to come. Rainbow walked over to her.

"You tired??", Applejack asked.

Rainbow nodded. "Yeah. I'm beat".

"Then let's head home".

Rainbow flopped down onto the bed. She sighed, kicking her shoes off.

Applejack laid down beside her, getting into bed. Rainbow had taken a shower and they had eaten dinner. The sun had long gone and it was time for bed.

"Goodnight", Applejack said, quietly.

She gave Rainbow a kiss before laying down. Rainbow smiled.

"Gnight AJ. I love you".

Applejack wrapped an arm around her waist.

"Love you more", she said.

The room was quiet for a moment.

"Rainbow??".

"Yeah??".

"Promise me you'll take yir medicine every day. Let's keep it out on the kitchen counter from now on so you'll see it".

Rainbow giggled. "Alright. As you wish my lady".

"Shut up", Applejack laughed. "Go to sleep, you nutcase".

Rainbow grinned and started singing to the tune of 'I'm a little teapot'. "I'm a little nutcase. Athletic and hot. Here is my craziness, where is my brain??.I drive everyone insane. Just tape my mouth and lock me up".

Applejack laughed. "Where did you get that from??"

Rainbow shrugged. "Made it up".

"Coarse ya did", Applejack said, not surprised.

She closed her eyes, a smile on her face.

"Please don't ever change", she said quietly.

"Why would I??", Rainbow asked. "I can't murder you in your sleep if I change personalities. I can't go back on my plan on destroying you if I'm not me anymore".

Applejack laughed.

Don't ever change Rainbow. Stay just the way you are. Craziness and all.
