So yeah. I didn't update yesterday like I planned, so I will update twice today. So yeah, enjoy :)

"Cookies??".

Rainbow smiled and nodded.

"Uhuh. It'll be fun. Plus, I could really go for some chocolate chip cookies".

Applejack bit her bottom lip in thought.

"Ah don't know RD".

Rainbow stuck her bottom lip out sadly. Applejack sighed. It wasn't that she didn't want to bake cookies with Rainbow Dash. It was just that she didn't want an epic fail. She didn't want Rainbow to be dissappointed. The teen was so happy at the idea. Applejack would hate to see it all crash and burn.

But then, who could resist that face. Rainbow was lookimg at her, eyes sparkling with excitement. All she wanted was to bake cookies with her girlfriend.

"Please??".

Applejack sighed and smiled.

"Well. Ah've baked plenty o times b'fore".

Applejack stood up. "Alright. Let's give it a whirl".

Rainbow cheered. "This'll be fun".

"Alright. The oven is preheating. Let's get started".

Rainbow smiled. She had rolled up sleeves and her hair tied up. She turned her head and looked at Applejack. Applejack looked at the box of cookie mix in her hand.

"Let's see", she said.

"Says here, we need..... two eggs. 3/4 cup of water, 1/4 of butter and 1/4 cup of vegetable oil".

Rainbow nodded. She turned on her heel and walked over to the fridge. She opened the door and looked around. She smiled.

"Here the butter and the eggs".

Rainbow took out the tub of butter. She handed it to Applejack. She then took out two eggs. Turning she walked over to the counter. A mixing bowl was sitting on it. The cookie mix had already been put into the bowl.

"Crack em", Applejack said. "Ah'll get the water and the vegetable oil".

Rainbow nodded. "Ard".

She cracked the eggs, making sure not to only get the shell in. Rainbow then took out a measuring cup. She scooped in the butter.

"This good AJ??", she asked. Not looking away.

Applejack walked up behind her. She examined the cup measurement.

"Yup. Good job".

Applejack let Rainbow pour in the vegetable oil in the measuring cup. Rainbow was like a professional when it came to measuring. She was precise and sharp sensed and always measured and checked the directions twice.

Applejack handed Rainbow the whisk. Rainbow mixed up the batter. She hummed while doing so. Suddenly she felt arms around her waist. Rainbow smiled, feeling around kiss on her cheek.

"Applejack", she laughed. "You're really distracting".

Applejack chuckled. "Ah am??. Oh well".

Applejack kissed her cheek. Rainbow rolled her eyes. She held up the whisk.

"If you don't stop, I will lick the batter and then all these cookies will be for me".

Applejack chuckled. "Gross. Don't".

Applejack let her go. Rainbow turned and faced her, a smile on her face. She held the mixing bowl in her arms. Applejack smiled. She took the bowl out of her hands.

"Let's get these inta the oven".

Just in time. A small ching!! sounded from the oven. It was done heating. Applejack got the cookie sheet and laid it in a baking pan.

Applejack scooped the cookie batter onto the cookie sheet. Rainbow sat on the counter, watching. Just the right amount and the right distance from eachother. Rainbow could tell these were gunna be great.

Applejack put in an oven mit and the cookies in the oven. She closed the oven and stood up.

"Alright", she said. "Let's get cleanin".

Rainbow hopped off the counter. The girls put everything away and cleaned up. Rainbow sighed, leaning on the counter, looking around. She suddenly gasped.

She had an idea. Rainbow smiled.

"Can we make hot Chocolate too??", she asked.

Applejack looked at her. Rainbow walked up to her.

"It'll be perfect", she said. "Cookies and hot chocolate go perfectly together".

Applejack chuckled. "You know what's even better??".

Rainbow gave her a curious look.

"What??".

"Warm cookies ʼn cold milk".

Rainbow gasped quietly. "You're right".

Applejack gave a nod. "But let's wait until the cookies are done. Fir now. Let's go watch some tv".

Rainbow nodded excitedly. She took Applejack's hand and pulled her out of the room.

Rainbow groaned.

"When will they be ready??", she asked.

Applejack smiled. "We've only been in here fir 15 minutes. Be patient".

Rainbow sighed, laying her head on Applejack's lap.

"Patience is not my best feature".

Applejack laughed. She poked Rainbow's nose gently. Rainbow giggled. Applejack played with her long hair.

"Yir hair is so soft", she said. "Ah love it".

Rainbow smiled. "Thanks. I do my best. My hair is one of my favorite features about myself. It's the only way you can make sense of the name Rainbow".

Applejack played with a lock of hair. She tickled Rainbow Dash's nose. The girl gave a little sneeze a few seconds later. Applejack laughed.

"Ah can't believe that worked".

Rainbow pouted.

"Not fair".

Suddenly they heard a ding coming from the kitchen. Rainbow sat up smiling.

"The cookies!!", she shouted.

Rainbow stood up, pulled Applejack along with her. They went into the kitchen. Applejack grabbed the oven mit and put it on, walking towards the oven. She opened it. The sweet aroma of chocolate filled the air, making the them both breath in the scent.

Applejack pulled the baking pan. She set it down on the counter.

"Careful", she told Rainbow. "Wait fir em ta cool down b'fore ya touch em. Don't want cha ta get burnt".

Rainbow grinned. "Don't worry. I'm not that dimwitted".

Applejack grinned. "You're not dimwitted at all".

Rainbow sat on top of the counter and srared down at the cookies. She could see the steam rising off of them. The smell was so tempting. But she knew not to touch them. Applejack had told her so.

Applejack stood in front of her. Rainbow shuffled her legs, gently hitting them on the side of Applejack's thighs. Applejack wrapped her arms around her waist.

"You're so cute".

Rainbow blushed and looked away. She rubbed her neck, awkwardly.

"Uh... sure I-I guess".

Applejack giggled. "Ah love you".

Rainbow smiled, looking up at Applejack. "I love you too".

Applejack looked over at the cookies. She reached out and touched one of them. They weren't hot anymore. She grinned at Rainbow Dash.

"Now let's get that milk".

Rainbow picked up a cookie. The smell of chocolate chip cookies filled the air.

Rainbow looked at Applejack. They bit into their cookies at the same time. Rainbow moaned.

"They're so soft".

Applejack nodded. "Yup", she said.

The girls had a plate of cookies on the table. They were sitting down, a cookie in one hand and a glass of milk in their other.

Rainbow stuffed the cookie in her mouth.

"Dis tasd gd", she grumbled out through her mouthful.

Applejack giggled. She watched Rainbow swallow her moutful. Applejack smiled.

"You got something on yir lip".

Rainbow raised an eyebrow.

"Where??".

Applejack grabbed her by the sides of her face and pulled her in. Applejack pressed her lips to Rainbow's. Rainbow's eyes widened. She slowly loosened up and kissed back, her eyes closing. She wrapped her arms around Applejack's waist. Applejack pulled away grinning. She licked the chocolate off her lips.

"Got it".
