Rainbow grunted. She was irked.

Her brother, Soarin sat beside her. He was the most annoying person in her life. Rainbow a poke on her cheek. She swatted the hand away.

"Stop", she said. "Let me watch tv".

Soarin smirked. "What??. Can't I just play with my little sister??".

Soarin pinched Rainbow's cheek. Rainbow growled.

"STOP!!".

She smacked his hand away.

"Hey", Soarin said frowning. "Don't hit me. Who do you think you are??".

Rainbow glared at him. "A person who wants to watch to tv but her annoying baby of a brother is being an egghead".

"Well, someone's cranky today. I'm just playing with you", Soarin said irritation in his voice.

"Well don't. You like bothering me".

"Not my fault you're a softy".

"OH I'LL SHOW YA SOFT".

Rainbow tackled her brother onto the floor. Soarin fell back onto the floor with a loud thud. The older of two pushed her off with a bit difficulty. Rainbow growled. She attempted to tackle him again but Soarin held out his hands and took her wrists.

"STOP BEING A BABY!!", he yelled.

"ME?!!. YOU STARTED IT. I SWEAR IT'S LIKE YOU LIKE TO FIGHT. ALL YOU DO IS BOTHER ME. NOW LET GO!".

"NO!".

"YES!!".

"STUPID!!".

"UGLY!!".

"BABY!!".

"EGGHEAD!!".

"APPLEJACK".

"WHAT IS GOIN ON IN HERE??".

Rainbow Dash and Soarin turned and saw Applejack in the doorway.

"Ah heard you two screaming and hollerin upstairs. What's up with you two??".

Rainbow glared at Soarin.

"This guy is annoying. He likes to start arguments with me just to get me mad".

"Do not".

"DO TOO!".

"DO NOT!!".

Applejack groaned. She walked up to the two. She picked up Rainbow Dash. The fighting stopped immediately.

"What are you doing??", Rainbow asked.

Applejack walked over to the corner and set Rainbow down. She walked over to Soarin and pulled hum by the shirt to the opposite corner.

"Sit down", she ordered.

The two siblings obeyed and sat down.

"Ya'll are in time out".

"What??!!".

"You can't do that!!".

"That shouldn't be allowed!!".

"Just make us play five nights at Freddy's in the dark".

Rainbow glared at her brother.

"SHUT UP OR SHE WILL".

Applejack crossed her arms.

"You will sit here fir 15 minutes. Ah will come back and then you two will seperate. Okay??".

Both gave a "hmp". They nodded. "Yeah".

Applejack nodded.

"Not a peep".

Applejack turned on her heel and walked out.

Rainbow and Soarin glared at eachother before flipping eachother off.

Rainbow Dash and Pinkie Pie stood there, faces red from yelling.

"APPLEJACK!!".

Applejack looked up from her spot on the couch. She had been ignoring the two the whole time.

"Yeah??".

Rainbow pointed at Pinkie.

"She said that it's a fact that cupcakes are the best treat in the world. That's a lie".

Pinkie gasped, her eyes widening.

"How dare you", she said. "Well the wonderbolts aren't the best band in the world".

Rainbow gasped.

"Take that back!!".

Pinkie crossed her arms.

"No".

Rainbow growled.

"Oh my god. How dare you say that about the wonderbolts. They are the best band in the universe".

"Nu uh. That's a lie", Pinkie said.

"Is not", Rainbow argued.

"Is too".

"Is not!!".

"Is too".

"QUIET!!".

Both girls stopped and looked at Applejack, who was standing up, her hands on her hips.

"Good. Now listen good. Both of you shut up an get away from eachother before ah put cha in timeout in front of the gals".

Rainbow sat on the couch, fuming.

Pinkie sat on the other end. Both girls turned away from eachother. Applejack rolled her eyes.

"Look at eachother", she ordered.

Pinkie and Rainbow Dash looked at the blonde. Applejack crossed her arms.

"Look at eachother".

Both teens sighed and turned and looked at eachother. They glared at eachother.

"Now", Applejack said. "Stare at eachother".

The girls slumped but kept their eyes glued to eachother. The others watched them in interest just to see what would happen.

As Pinkie and Rainbow stared at eachother, they're serious faces fidgeted and twitched. As they stared, their concentration became more and more intense.

Suddenly Rainbow blinked.

Pinkie cheered.

"I win!!".

Rainbow cracked a smile.

"You always beat me. How??".

"Well that's easy", Pinkie said giggling. "First-".

"Wait a minute".

Applejack got up. The two looked at eachother.

"So...... are ya'll good??".

Rainbow and Pinkie nodded. "Yeah", the both said smiling.

Applejack flopped back onto the couch with a groan.

"Rainbow. Yir gunna kill me".

The girls giggled.

Rainbow looked at her father.

"I TOLD YOU TO DO SOMETHING AND YOU IGNORE ME??!!".

Rainbow quickly got up.

"Dad", she said. "Please stop yelling. Applejack is sleeping".

"DON'T TELL ME WHAT TO DO YOU LITTLE BITCH".

Rainbow's eyes narrowed. "I'm the bitch??. Looks who's talking. You beat me every time you're angry. If anything, you're a douchebag".

Rainbow's father growled. He grabbed her by the shirt. He shoved on the ground. Rainbow landed against the wall.

"HOW DARE YOU SPEAK TO ME LIKE THAT. YOU'RE JUST A STUPID QHORE THAT WAS A MISTAKE!!".

"WELL AT LEAST I'M BETTER THAN YOU!!", Rainbow shouted back.

Her father scoffed. "Yeah right. You make me laugh".

Rainbow balled her fists up.

"Atlas I can find happiness. But you're just a pathetic excuse for a father. You never loved me!!. What kind of dad beats his kid for asking him to pick them up or for wanting to show them a picture they drew??".

"NOW LISTEN HERE. YOU'RE THE ONE THAT MADE ME LIKE THIS. YOUR MOTHER-".

"DON'T YOU DARE TALK BAD ABOUT MY MOM. SHE DID NOTHING BUT LOVE AND FEAR YOU. SHE WAS A WAY BETTER PARENT THAN YOU AND YOU WE'RE TOO BUSY DRINKING AND CHEATING ON HER TO NOTICE!!".

The next thing she knew, Rainbow was on the floor. Her father looked livid.

"How dare you say that. I raised you better than-".

"You never raised me", Rainbow snapped. "You will never be my dad. You only beat me, yell at me, make me cry and hurt me!!".

Rainbow's dad grabbed her and banged her into a wall. Rainbow fell to her knees. She looked up at her father in fear. The man looked down at her in disgust and anger. Rainbow backed away. She cowered in fear, her hands raised from the blows she knew would come.

"Anything you'd like to say before you lose a few teeth??", her father asked.

Rainbow nodded. She took a deep breath.

"APPLEJACK!!".

They heard quick footsteps coming down the stairs. Rainbow smirked at her dad. The man growled. He grabbed her by the arm and forced her to a standing.

"YOU LITTLE WHORE!!".

He raised a hand.

"Don't you dare".

Rainbow looked up. She saw Applejack standing there. Applejack was is protective mode. The blonde girl walked over to her. She quickly grabbed Rainbow's dad by the arm and pushed him back, causing him to release Rainbow Dash.

"What is goin on in here??", she asked.

"Ah heard yellin for Celestia knows how long. Ah didn't think it was you beatin yir daughter".

Applejack moved Rainbow back a few steps. She stayed in between them.

"How dare you", she said. "You hurt yir own kid. Leave before ah call the police".

The man grunted and glared at Rainbow Dash.

"You'll have to come home eventually", he said. "And when you do, you'll get it".

The man turned and walked out of the room. They heard the front door slam closed.

Applejack turned to Rainbow Dash. The teen was gathering up her breath.

"Are you alright??".

Rainbow nodded. "Thanks".

Applejack placed her hands on Rainbow's upper arms.

"Has he always been this way??".

Rainbow nodded. "Yeah. Since my mom died. Thanks for saving me".

Applejack pulled her in for a hug. She held the girl tightly, not wanting to let go.

"All ya gotta do is call and I'll come runnin. You know that".

Rainbow nodded. "Yeah. You always do".

Applejack stayed in the hug. Rainbow didn't seem to let go anytime soon. If there's one thing Applejack learned from Disney princesses in Disney world. It's that when hugging a kid, always be the last one to pull away from the hug.

Who knows how much the kid needs that hug. Rainbow is no different. Applejack rubbed her back.

"And ah always will. Just call me and Ah'm there. Just call".

She kissed the rainbow haired girl on the cheek.

"Just call".
