Applejack's mouth fell open.

There stood the most beautiful girl she had ever seen. Her long multi-colored hair went to the bottom of her back. It was tied with a blue handkerchief. She looked about the same age as herself. AJ watched as the girl stood there silently.

"Could you please get Applejack a soda??", her father asked.

The girl nodded and left the room. AJ watched as she left.

She looked at her father.

"Why didn't ya tell me she was cute??", she asked.

Her father smirked. He had known Applejack liked girls and was fine with that. She was happy with girls and that's all that matters to the man.

"You didn't ask", he replied simply.

Applejack sat and glared at him. He chuckled.

"Ok. Next time we have a cute servant that will fall for you, I'll let you know".

Applejack rolled her eyes at him.

The girl came back in with a can of soda. She walked over to Applejack. AJ took the cold can, her fingers touching the girl's.

Applejack decided to give her a smile.

"Hi", she said quietly.

The corner of the girl's mouth curved a bit. It was something. The servant girl stood back. She looked at Applejack's dad, face dead serious and almost lifeless.

Applejack found it weird how her face could look so stone like and serious. She looked at her dad. The man nodded. The girl turned and left.

She closed the door behind her. Applejack looked back at her dad. She stood up.

"I'm gunna go to mah room".

Her dad smiled. "And talk to her, right??".

She blushed a bit. "Shut it".

She walked out of the room. Surprisingly she saw the servant girl standing outside the door. She stood against the wall, bored.
She noticed Applejack and nodded as a bow.

"Hi", Applejack started.

"So...... I know you most likely know name, Applejack. What's yours??".

The girl rubbed her arm. She shyly pointed to her hair. Applejack thought for a moment.

"Rainbow??".

The girl nodded, a smile on her face. She looked around.

She raised a hand and made a letter with her hand. Applejack liked guessing. She looked at the hand for moment.

"D".

The girl nodded. She then made another letter with her arms.

"A"

She nodded again.

She then raised her hand and a letter in the air.

"S??".

She nodded. She thought for a moment. She put her pointer finger and thumb finger. Applejack looked confused.

The girl put a finger in the middle.

"H??".

The girl nodded. She motioned to Applejack.

"Dash. Rainbow Dash??".

The servant girl nodded smiling.

Applejack smiled as well.

"Rainbow Dash. That's kinda pretty".

The girl, Rainbow Dash, smiled as a thank you.

"So. You like it here??", Applejack asked.

Rainbow nodded. She motioned to everything. She was trying to tell her something.

"This?".

Rainbow nodded. She pointed to herself.

"This your...".

Rainbow drew a house with her fingers.

"House??. Home??".

She nodded once again.

"This is your home??".

Rainbow nodded. She rubbed her arm slowly.

Applejack remembered what her father had told her about Rainbow Dash. She was an orphan.

"Oh. Well glad you like it. Does my dad treat you well??".

Applejack swore that if her dad had ever laid a hand on the girl in front of her, she would bring hell on earth.

Rainbow nodded. That was a relief.

"Good cause if he ever hurt you then I will hurt him".

Rainbow looked at her as if ask why. Applejack grinned, her arms crossed.

"Because. I like you already. We could be friends, if you'd like".

Rainbow looked at her shocked. She bit her lip. Then she nodded.

She came up to Applejack. She made a phone with her hand. Applejack took out her phone. She unlocked it and went onto notes. Rainbow was handed it and she typed something. She handed it back to Applejack.

The blonde read. 'Can you tell your dad that I'll be cleaning downstairs in case he needs me??'.

Applejack looked up at Rainbow and nodded.

"Sure".

Rainbow smiled. "Thank you", she mouthed silently.

She began to walk away, waving back at her.

"See ya around", Applejack said. She turned around and opened the door. Her dad heard the door open and looked her way. She poked her head in the door.

"Dad. Rainbow's gunna be downstairs cleaning in case ya need her".

Her father nodded. He went back to the book in his hand.

"How was your chat??", he asked.

Applejack walked in.

"Well, ah got her name".
He looked at her surprised. "How??", He asked.

Applejack smiled. She placed a hand on her hip. "We played shurades and ah got er' name. Rainbow Dash".

Her dad looked impressed. "Smart girls you both are".

Applejack smiled and walked away. She smiled. Rainbow Dash. Pretty name for a very, pretty girl.
