"So what are we gunna do when get to Rainbow's house??", Pinkie asked.

The girls were heading over to Rainbow's house to hang out. They hadn't seen her since the dance which was 2 days ago but they still called and texted to make sure she was okay.

"Not sure but-". Applejack cut herself off when she saw something.

"Rarity park the car", she said.

Rarity spotted what she saw and immediately pulled over. She parked and unlocked the car doors.

"What's wrong??", Twilight asked.

Applejack pointed out the window.

"Rainbow".

They saw Rainbow sitting on the street corner with a backpack. They got out and hurried over to Rainbow Dash.

"Rainbow!!", Applejack called.

Rainbow heard her name and looked up. She saw the girls running over to her.

Applejack kneeled down.

"What are ya doin out here??".

Rainbow looked down at the concrete street, a blank face.

"They kicked us out".

The girls were confused.

"Who??", Rarity asked.

"The state. Police found out that m-my mom d-does drugs and that she didnt pay rent for the past 3 months a-and they kicked us out of our home. They took her away and she'll probably be i-in jail for a-a while".

"So they just left ya here??", Applejack asked appalled.

Rainbow nodded. "Yup".

She sighed. "But I'll be okay. I-I can find a place to live. There's a few abandoned houses nearby. For money I-I could get a - a few jobs. There's drug dealing, prostitution, stealing. M-Maybe I could join a gang".

The girls stared at her for a second.

"That's it".

Applejack stood up with Rainbow in her arms. She picked her up and threw her over her shoulder.

"Hey!! Put me down!!".

The girls headed back to the car with a struggling Rainbow. They pushed her in and locked the door. Applejack hugged her tightly, so she couldnt escape. Almost like a human straight jacket.

"Let's go to mah house", Applejack said.

Rarity started the car.

"This is kidnapping!!", Rainbow yelled.

"So??".

Rainbow looked at Applejack in shock.

"Ah'm not gunna let go til we get there. Now ah don't care if you hate me. We have a good reason fir doin this".

Rainbow sighed and stayed still throughout the ride. She was pissed at them but the girls didn't mind. Who wouldn't be when they got kicked out of their home and their only parent was taken away and now their best friends kidnapped them by force??.

They got to Applejack's house and parked the car. The girls got out and walked inside. Rainbow sat on the couch, arms crossed, a mean look on her face, refusing to look at them.

Applejack sighed.

"Babe. Please talk ta us".

Rainbow stuck her tongue at her and glared at the blonde.

"I have nothing to say to you", she grumbled.

Applejack sighed. She had to be patient with her. Sitting down she looked at her girlfriend.

"Rainbow. Are you insane??. We're ya seriously considerin' drug dealin??".

Rainbow looked at her.

"Well yeah. You get pretty good money".

Applejack frowned. "Babe. I am not about ta let you get yourself killed. You are not going ta be a drug dealer. End of story. And ah will kill you if you even think about prostitution".

Rainbow looked away again.

"Well where I come from, that's pretty normal", Rainbow snapped.

"Well here its not", Twilight said

"We aren't going to let you do that. You're staying with us".

Rainbow looked at the girls.

"Why do you care??", she asked.

"Because you're our friend".

The girls looked at Fluttershy. The girl looked at Rainbow Dash.

"You're our friend. We know you don't have any other friends and if you did they probably wouldn't care what you did but we do and we will let you do anything crazy like that. We love you".

Rainbow's shoulders relaxed a bit. She wasn't as tense so they knew they were getting to her. They had to break down that wall she had up and the girls knew just how to do it. With words.

"It's true Rainbow", Twilight said. "We love you too much to let something happen to you. You could die and we'll be damned if we let you go back to your neighborhood. You are not like them. You have us".

Rainbow bit her lip. Her eyes would flicker over to the girls and then look away.

"W-Why me??", she asked, her voice breaking.

"Well, you're an amazing friend", Pinkie said.

"You're funny and you're protective of us. Like when you had that guy chase you through the forest just so he wouldn't get us. That took a lot of courage. That's what we love about you. You're brave and thoughtful".

"And don't firget strong".

Rainbow looked at Applejack. The blonde stood up. Rainbow looked back down.

"You've been through more than most people could handle. Ah mean, both of your parents are in jail. You were kicked out of your home. You grew up without ah father and your mom wasn't as good a parent as she could or should have been".

The blonde looked down at the girl.

"Ah know ya try ta make it seem like ya don't need anyone but ah know you're shy and you do need someone. You've never had friends and ah still find that shocking. You're smart and beautiful and loving and brave and ah whole bunch of other things that ah can think of. Ah love you Rainbow. We all do. You don't deserve any of the teasin and bullying in school or the struggle you have everyday".

Applejack noticed the tears in Rainbow's eyes that wouldn't come out. She decided to give one final push. She hugged her.

"Ah love you".

Applejack felt hands clutching her shirt. The blonde felt Rainbow shaking. Rainbow had finally cracked.

Rainbow cried into her shirt. The tears ran down her face. Applejack hugged her girlfriend and just held her. The sobs broke her heart but she knew Rainbow needed this. She needed to get out all of her anger and pain and sadness and just cry it out.

After crying for about 8 minutes Rainbow pulled away.

"You- You mean it??".

Applejack smiled and wiped her tears away.

"Coarse ah do".

Rainbow sniffled and dried her eyes.

She looked at the girls.

"Thanks. That meant alot. I've never been told that stuff, ever".

The girls stood up and smiled. Twilight hugged her.

"No problem. It's true though. All of it".

Rainbow smiled. She felt an arm around her waist. She leaned on Applejack's shoulder.

"So, ah was thinkin, you move in with me", the blonde said quietly.

Rainbow looked at her.

"Are you sure??. I-I mean you've done enough".

Applejack chuckled. She wrapped her arms around Rainbow's waist.

"Trust me. No we haven't. Just say yes so we don't have ta worry bout cha every second of the day and so ah know you're safe".

Rainbow sighed.

"Okay".

The girls cheered. Applejack smiled and kissed her cheek.

"Now. Ah don't know about y'all but ah hate it when Rainbow cries. It made my heart break so let's make sure she doesn't again".

Rainbow blushed.

"Yeah sorry about that guys. I don't know what happened".

"Trust me babe. It's okay ta cry. You can't be strong and emotionless forever".

Rainbow smiled.

"Let's go celebrate", Pinkie said.

The girls laughed.

"Let's get some cupcakes and come back and watch a movie", Applejack suggested. "Ah think Rainbow is a bit  tuckered out".

The girls looked at the teen in time to see her rub her tired eyes and yawn.

Rainbow froze when she saw them looking at her.

"Don't look at me".

The girls laughed. Rainbow hid her face in Applejack's shirt, blushing.

"Okay then. Let's go!!", Pinkie shouted.

The girls left the house and climbed into Rarity's car. Rainbow watched the streets fly by. In Applejack's arms and her friends blasting out music in the car with the windows rolled down, she smiled.

'And I thought I didn't need friends', she thought. 'What was I thinking??'.

The end
