Applejack sighed. The wind in her face, the smell of salt water. Just perfect.

Leaning on the railing she looked out to the ocean.

"Hey".

Applejack turned around. She smiled when she saw her friends Pinkie, Twilight and Fluttershy standing there. They were on a boat ride.

They decided to do something different. It was a public thing so the there was a bit of people. Applejack was on the top floor. The view was amazing. She listened to the captain talking.

"On the right we can see those big holes in the rocks. Those are caverns that are home to the local bats".

Applejack smiled. The girls smved down to the deck below. They stayed out in the sun, enjoying the view and drinking water to keep hydrated.

"Applejack. When are gunna get a girlfriend??", Twilight asked.

Applejack shrugged. "Haven't found anyone yet. Haven't met anyone speacial".

"Hellooooo this is your new captain speaking", a new voice on the speakers rang out.

"Captain Rainbow Dash at your service and I'm twenty percent cooler than the old man you call a captain".

The girls looked at eachother.

"What the hay is goin on??", Applejack said.

"So if you look to the left, you'll see some rocks that look like human skulls. And on your right you will see some more rocks that look like a mushroom. Near the water you'll some plants that look dead. They're not. They're just asleep. Now folks-".

"Rainbow!!. What are you doing??".

"Gotta go folks. The captain is back!!. Bye!!".

There was some rustling. The girls heard laughing. Turning around they saw a girl quickly going down a ladder from the ship captain's room. She was laughing. Applejack thought she was beautiful. She had long rainbow colored hair and light blue skin. She looked their age.

"Sorry about that folks. That was my raskel of a teenage daughter. Isn't she a joy??", the captain said chuckling.

"Her name is Rainbow Dash. If you see her smack her in the back of her head for me".

He laughed. Applejack laughed as well. She turned back around and looked out at the ocean. She sighed and leaned on the rail. Suddenly something caught her eye.

Turning her head she saw the girl standing a few feet beside her, looking out at the ocean. Applejack stared at her. She was really beautiful. Applejack couldn't help it. Eventually she looked away and looked back at the ocean view.

"This is nice", she heard a voice beside her say.

She turned her head and saw the girl looking at her smiling.

"Yeah", Applejack said. "Ah'm Applejack".

The girl smiled. "I'm Rainbow Dash".

Applejack let out a laugh. "So was that you on the speaker??".

The girl named Rainbow Dash nodded.

"Yeah. I like to do that whenever I get the chance".

Applejack's eyes widened.

"Wait. If that's the captain so......you're the captain's daughter".

Rainbow winked playfully.

"Tall and smart. I like you".

Applejack smiled. "Thanks. So do you come with your dad on these boat rides alot??".

Rainbow nodded. "Yeah. Though it gets pretty boring out here
I don't have many friends so I spend alot of time here. Sometimes me and my dad will come out here by ourselves. You should see it at night. The moon is just amazing".

"Well you can be friends with me and mah friends", Applejack suggested.

Rainbow smiled. "Thanks".

Applejack introduced her to her friend.

"There here is Twilight, Fluttershy, and that's Fluttershy. Girls, meet Rainbow Dash. She was the one talkin that nonsense on the loud speaker".

Rainbow laughed. "Oh c'mon. Don't tell me you didn't think it was funny".

Applejack shrugged and smirked.

"Maybe".

Rainbow leaned back on the railing.
Applejack and her stared out at the sea, the wind blowing.

Applejack looked at her friends. The girls were giving her a look. Pinkie made a hand gesture.

"Get closer", she whispered grinning.

Applejack rolled her eyes.

"Awww".

Applejack turned her head to look at Rainbow. The girl was frowning.

"What??".

"We only have half an hour left of the tour", she whined.

Applejack grinned and nudged her.

"Well. We can have as much fun as we can before then".

Rainbow grinned.

"Okay".

The two went around the ship, playing around. They laughed and ran around. At some point the girls even went into the captain's room.

Rainbow's dad spotted them and smiled.

"Hey. Who's your friend??".

"Dad", Rainbow said. "This is Applejack. We met today a while ago".

The man looked just like Rainbow Dash. He smiled at her.

"Nice ta meet cha. Get ready. Cause well be docking in a few".

Rainbow pouted. "Aww".

Her father chuckled. "Don't pout missy".

Rainbow took Applejack's hand and they walked out.

They joined the other girls.

"We're about to dock", Rainbow said.
"I hope I can see you guys again".

Soon it was time to go. The girls got their stuff. The people were about to get off the boat. The girls smiled at Rainbow Dash.

"It was nice meeting you Rainbow Dash", Twilight said.

Rainbow smiled and waved. "You too guys".

Applejack walked over to her. She handed her something.

"See ya around", she said walking away. Rainbow watched her friends walk off the boat.

Looking at her hand she saw a piece of paper. It had Applejack's number on it.

Rainbow smiled. She looked up at see Applejack looking at her. She smiled
Okay then.

"Welcome aboard ladies and gentlemen. This is your captain Rainblitz speaking. If you look to your left-".

The people looked up when the captain stopped talking.

"Uh oh".

He chuckled.

"Oh no. The boat is getting looted by pirates. My daughter and her pirate crew are taking over the ship".

Everyone saw someone climb out of a window. It was Rainbow. She had on an eyepatch and a bandanna  around her head.

"Argg!!. We're going ta take all ye gold you swashbucklers", she said in a pirate accent.

She climbed down the ladder. Applejack came after her. She was also wearing a bandanna around her hair. She wore black boots and jeans and a leather vest.

The two girls climbed to the floor and looked around.

"This ship is ours!!", Pinkie shouted from above.

The girls ran around, acting like pirates. The people loved them and it made them laugh. The people took pictures and photos. The kids loved them too. They were having so much fun. At some point of the tour Applejack and Rainbow Dash went to the captain's room. Bursting in they took Rainbow's dad by surprise.

He turned around.

"Oh no. Don't hurt me", he said in fake fear, putting his hands up. "I surrender".

Rainbow laughed. "Aha!!. We've gotcha Peter pan!!", she shouted.

She moved her dad out of the seat and took the wheel along with his hat.

"This is your new captain speakin", she said in the microphone. "My girlfriend has the captain held hostage till the end of the tour. All set fir a tour of this here island. You mateys ready fir an adventure??".

She heard the people cheer below. She smirked at Applejack , who was standing by, holding her dad "hostage".

Rainbow was having a blast steering the ship the whole tour. Her father taught her how to steer it when she was younger and was very good at it.

"Can we do this all the time??", she asked her dad.

He laughed and nodded. "Sure thing Captain Dash".

Applejack walked up to her and smiled, placing a hand on her shoulder.

"Ah'm glad ah went on this here ship and met cha. Ah'm Applejack. What's your name??".

Rainbow gave a tip of her captains hat.

"Hi there Applejack. Ah'm pirate captain Rainbow Dash. This here ship is mine. I call er The Rainboom".

Turning onto the microphone she stood up taking the wheel.

"Laaaand Hooooo!!".
