Yeah. I'm still alive. Sorry I haven't updated like....all day. I don't know. Life is just turned off for me. I can't explain it. I have no motives, nothing to get my brain going. And I have gotten one or two DMs asking me if I would update. So sorry about that. I don't know. I WANT to update for you guys. I do. I just couldn't bring myself to do it for some reason. I've just....... been feelin lonely here lately. I don't have anyone here. My friends barely text back, the family members i care about and really actually love aren't around. My parents don't understand me and aren't helping in any way. It's just lonely and im the emotionally alone right now and it's hard. It's weird and kinda pathetic, I know hehe. But enough about me. Applejack knew- no wait. Scratch that. Everyone knew that Rainbow was something else. That girl was cocky, hyper, never knew when to shut up, annoyed Applejack to no end, and still had room to be stubborn.

Applejack couldn't help but wonder every now and did again what went through her head on the days she wasn't like that. She actually had her insecure moments believe it or not. Which was rarely expressed and only to Applejack. But Applejack could tell right away when she felt insecure. And other times, Rainbow said it outloud. For example, this.

Rainbow stood in front of a mirror. She was shirtless. She stared at her reflection.

"Man, I'm fat", she said in disgust.

She heard the door slam open. The whipped around. Applejack stood there, arms crossed.

"Are you crazy??", Applejack asked.

She walked up to her girlfriend. Rainbow crossed her arm and looked away. Applejack looked at her for a moment.

"What's wrong??. You've been rather distant lately. Is everythang alright??".

Rainbow sighed. "I guess I'm just second guessing myself", she said.

"Why??. You're amazin".

Rainbow snorted. "Amazing. If you say so".

Applejack wrapped her arms arms round her waist.

"Babe. Did somethin' happen ta make ya second guess yourself??".

Rainbow shook her head. "I guess I'm just beginning to see what a complete failure I am at life".

Applejack quickly took her by the wrists.

"Rainbow. Look at me"

Rainbow looked up at her. "What did I do right in my pathetic sob story of a life that I deserve you??", she asked, tears brimming her eyes.

"I'm an orphan with no family that was bullied at the age of 6 by everyone and put into foster care for most of my life. I don't have anything to call mind. I have nothing but my ego. Even that's starting to fail me".

Applejack raised an eyebrow.

"I'm not a cocky as I seem AJ. I don't think I'm awesome. I'm not 20% cooler than everyone else".

Rainbow Dash chuckled dryly at her catchphrase.

"I don't think I'm amazing or talented or brave or beautiful or cool".

Rainbow shook her head.

"Because I'm not".

Applejack grit her teeth. She was not going to let the love of her life belittle herself like this.

"Rainbow. Listen", Applejack said.

"You are amazin. You're amazin and strong and beautiful".

She kissed Rainbow's lips.

"You're beautiful in so many ways".

Rainbow looked down.

"And don't start on the fat thing. You aren't fat and ah should slap you fir even sayin that. You're fit".

Applejack looked at Rainbow's stomach. She smiled. "Look. You have abs".

The blonde kneeled down and kissed the other girl's stomach. Rainbow smiled a little.

"You're so beautiful".

Applejack slowly stood back up.

"You're parents, especially your mom wouldn't want cha ta beat churself up like this. As fir me. Ah love you. Ah need you in mah life. Ah do. You keep me grounded. Me and the girls, we love you. We need the sporty one in our circle. We need the brave one that likes to jump inta things without thinkin. We need someone that can actually keep up with Pinkie".

Rainbow giggled. Applejack wiped a stray tear away.

"Don't even get me started on your body baby. You have the most softest skin".

Applejack ran her hands over Rainbow's shoulders and sides. She smiled down at the teen. Rainbkw blushed.

"Ah love your eyes. You damn well know that chur eyes is what made me notice ya that day three years ago in middle school".

Rainbow smiled again. She looked into Applejack's eyes.

"Ah could get lost in them forever. Amazin. Your personality is something else. You're like a sporty version of Pinkie. Crazy, funny, though stubborn at times, you can be very sweet and sensitive. Though you don't show it, ah know you're insecure about yourself, like right now".

Rainbow looked down. Applejack gripped her chin gently and lifted her face. The blonde smiled at her.

"But that's okay. Everyone has flaws. Ah know ah do".

Rainbow made a face.

"Oh please", she said rolling her eyes. "You're like the perfect blonde I know".

Applejack laughed.

"Thanks. But ah have mah flaws. Though ah learned ta except em' and be happy bout mahself".

Rainbow sighed. "Wish it was that easy for me", she said.

Applejack kissed her neck.

"Ah'm sure you will one day. Now remember. You're amazin just the way you are and ah love you for you".

Rainbow smiled. She wrapped her arms around her neck and pulled her in for a hug.

"Thanks Applejack", she said. "I needed that".

Applejack put her hands on her waist. She smiled.

"No problem. Ah love you".

Applejack backed her up. Rainbow sat down on the bed. Applejack ran her hands over her bare skin.
