Applejack grunted as she set the materials down. Kneeling she looked at the foreign land around her. She took in the new air scent. It smelled fresh and natural.

"So when do we go exploring??".

She looked up at the captain. He was the one in charge.

"After we set up camp. Then tomorrow we start building and maybe look if there's anyone here".

Applejack nodded and got back to work.

She and the crew spent the whole day building camp. Applejack cooked a meal for them all.

The men and gals gathered round to eat.

"Here".

Applejack handed a bowl to one her crew members and friends Twilight. The girl took it and started to eat.

"This is good Applejack. Really good".

AJ grinned. "Ah do mah best".

"Well this is the best", another friend of hers, Pinkie said.

The girl was eating as if it were her last meal of the day.

"Slow down", Twilight scolded.

"Don't wanna get a stomach ache on our first day here".

Pinkie went dramatically slow. The two rolled their eyes.

"We'll thank ya'll but I wanna get to exploring. There's just something about this place that makes me wanna go explore it".

Twilight sighed. "At least wait for the rest of us".

The blonde teen sighed. "Fine".

As promised when they finished setting up camp, they took their weapons and went into the forest. It wasn't jungley it was more fields, rocks, cliffs. Mostly low grasses and large trees.

"Wow. It's amazing".

Applejack looked around.

"We'll darling I think it is too. No over bearing yuck and large leaves that get into the way. Just perfect".

Rainbow turned to her third and last friend, Rarity. The girl had gone with them to explore and expand equestria but the land they were on wasn't part of it. But that was gunna change.

"Well just stay alert ya'll. Ya never know what might be watchin us".

They didn't know. They didn't know that a a girl was watching them close up but unseen to them.

'Who are they??. What are those things they're holding?? And why are they here, on OUR homeland??'.

Questions ran through Rainbow's mind. She watched the strange people silently. They never noticed her. Not once.

Suddenly a humming was heard next to her. She turned her head and saw a hummingbird.

"Tank. Shhh. Gotta stay quiet", she whispered.

Tank landed on her shoulder.

The two followed them. Leaping from tree branch to branch she watched from above.
She noticed a girl with hair she had never seen before. Yellow.

'That's strange', she thought.

Her hair in a ponytail, tan skin and strong arms. She saw her talking to other girls. They were also beautiful but not as pretty as the yellow-haired one.

She decided it was best to go back before her father got worried.

She jumped down but didn't pay attention to where she landed and landed. She landed almost in sight of the girls. She ran out of there before they could notice her.

Once out of sight she stop and looked back.

"That was a close one. Gotta be more careful", she said to Tank. The small hummingbird nodded.

Turning around she ran home. The strange people on her mind.
