"Where are we going for our date?" Luke asked shyly, glancing at our intertwined hands. We might've been "going out" for the past few weeks, but Luke never fails to become a shy stuttering mess when he's in the presence of me.
"It's a surprise, cutie." I laughed, watching the blush rise to his cheeks due to the newfound nickname I have acquired for him. "Although, it's nothing special."
"Everything we do together is special."

"Wow," Luke stared at my apartment in awe. The small blanket fort I set up earlier this morning was still standing. I had fairy lights draped around the outside, my guitar tucked into the corner so I could serenade Luke later once we turned off the movies and became restless.
"Yeah, you are pretty wow worthy." I winked, softly nudging his side.
"Oh god," Luke hid his face in his hands, "You're so cheesy, Michael."
"It's my specialty," I smirked, tugging him over to our blanket fort filled with every pillow and blanket that I own–which wasn't much, but it would do. "Now, what movie do you want to watch first?"
Luke skimmed through the movie collection on my laptop, settling on an old time favorite of mine. Without a second thought Luke curled his body into the crook of mine, my arm instinctively wrapping around his smaller frame. We were a touchy pair when alone, but Luke was never the one to insinuate the acts because he's not the type of person to do that. So having him curl into me to cuddle was surprising.
"I need to get myself one of those." Luke mumbled into my shoulder.
I furrowed my eyebrows in confusion. "One of what?"
"These laptops." Luke gestured the MacBook perched on a chair in front of us. "Then you can show me how to use it. Since I'm finally getting the hang of my iPhone."
I chuckled, shaking my head at the blond next to me. "You still barely know how to use your phone. Which I'm not going to complain about because that means I'll see you more when you need help."
Luke groaned, pushing at my side lightly. "Don't make fun of me, Clifford."
Holding my hands up in surrender, "I'm not, I swear! I do enjoy seeing you and helping whenever you need it." I assured him, and he hummed in response letting the topic go so we could finish what he started.
I pulled Luke closer, his body languidly laying across my chest while we finished the movie. I was positive the blond boy in my arms was mere moments from drifting into a deep sleep. I pressed a light kiss to his forehead, moving my laptop out of the way so we could stretch out out limbs. I pulled a spare blanket out of our pile and covered ourselves in the heavy material. Luke maneuvered his body closer, his eyelids drooping with every minute that passes by.
"So it this a sleepover now?" He mumbled sleepily.
"Only if you want it to be."
Humming in response Luke snaked his are around my waist, our foreheads pressed against each others as I placed a chaste kiss to his pouty lips. "Goodnight." I murmured, watching Luke slowly drift to sleep. If someone would've told me a few months ago I'd be falling in love at this exact moment I wouldn't have believed them. But now, with an angel in my arms I don't think I could believe otherwise. I fell in love with a lanky blond boy who didn't know how to use an iPhone and I wouldn't have it any other way."
