"It's beautiful," Joon commanded.

"I was the only one taking care of the whole forest," Hoseok smiled. "You know, here we have lots of rabbits. I even named one of them 'Kooki.'"

"Kooki, nice name for a rabbit. What are you doing? Studying or something?" Joon asked.

"No, I am teaching kids in the church—embroidery, painting, dancing, like that."

"Your family?"

"Appa and Eomma are dead. I have a sister; she is married and staying with her husband."

"Are you married?" Joon asked while clicking his picture.

Hoseok looked at him. "No. Look, that is a haunted house." He pointed to a particular place. Joon walked over. "Wow, finally I catch you," he smiled.

"Years before, a family came here for a vacation, and their younger son fell in love with a local girl. So, that man's father killed the girl and her lover. Her ghost killed everyone in that family," Hoseok explained the story.

"Ghost! Come, let's go there," Joon walked towards the old, destroyed building.

"No," Hoseok stopped him. "No one goes there. There's a ghost. Please, let's go back."

"Then stand here. Let me go."

"No, I will come with you." Both of them walked to the abandoned house. "God, please save me," Hoseok prayed.

"Someone is coming here every day. Look, there's a way to go in."

"No one is coming here. It's the tricks of the ghost."

Joon looked at him. "I like the ghost. I am going to marry him—I mean her. Come." They walked towards the main door. The door was closed. Joon cleaned the board which carved four letters—Kim's. "Let's go inside."

"No. And this is locked."

"But I have the key." Joon took a key from his pocket and opened the door.

"Where did you get this?" Hoseok wondered.

"I am Kim Namjoon. I will get what I want. Come inside, Prince. Your footprints will make my home blessed."

"Prince! Did you call me prince? Then who are you?"

"I am the king. You are the prince, and we will live happily ever after with our Kooky in this palace."

"Who's Kooki?" Hoseok frowned.

"Your rabbit," Joon laughed. "Wow, I think the ghost is very hygienic. Look, everything is cleaned here."

"That's what I am saying. Let's go back. Don't tell anyone that we came here. Please, let's go back. I am scared."

"This window is open, Prince. I think someone is coming inside through this window. Let's close the window."

"No," Hoseok caught his hand. "Don't close the window. Let it open. Please."

"Why are you coming here, Hoseok? What's your business here?" Namjoon stared at him.

Hoseok looked down. "I... It's nothing... I..."

"Tell me. You are the only one spreading fake stories about this place. That's why people are not coming here. It's offensive, you know. This is not your property. Then why?" Joon shouted.

"For protecting me," Hoseok looked down. He sat on the floor, and Joon sat opposite him. "Explain?"

"My mom died when I was born. My Appa thinks because of me, she died. He hated me so much. He would beat me every day. Most days, I would run into this forest and hide somewhere. But my father died in these woods. He was chasing me; I don't know how he died, but people believe there is a ghost in it. Then my sister got married, and her husband—he stopped talking. He treated me badly, not as a brother-in-law. To escape from him, I would hide here. I would enter through this window and close it from the inside. He didn't come here; he is scared."

"Where is your brother-in-law? Why haven't you told your sister?"

"She knows. She hates me. She thinks it's me who killed Appa and Eomma. Please don't tell anyone."

"You should complain to the police station against your brother-in-law."

"He is a police officer himself. He works outside of these villages. He comes here only on weekends. Then, I come here and sit for two days."

"This was our property, and we already sold it to one of my friends. He's soon starting a tourism project here, so don't come here again," Joon said rudely.

Hoseok nodded and walked behind the man with tearful eyes. He prevented a cry in his throat.

"Where were you?" Jin shouted when he saw Joon.

"I was roaming around the village; it's beautiful, just like you," Joon said, touching Jin's chin.

"Don't touch me. Why did you come here? For roaming around or...?"

"Of course, just for roaming around, Jinni. Why are you so angry? Where are the others?"

"They all went to sleep already."

"Oh, is my Jinni waiting for me? How cute!"

"I was checking the reports. Who waits for you?" Jin said.

"That hurts." Joon made a sad face.

"Your smell... Go and freshen up and eat something."

"I will, if I get a hug. Can I?"

"No way. Don't make me kill you, Joon." Jin collected the files and walked to his room. Once Jin got into his room, Joon rushed outside.

"Come inside," he said to Hoseok. "Fast." Joon caught the boy's hand and led him inside the house.

"My room is upstairs. Be careful; there are a lot of people. If someone sees us together, they will tell Jin. Jin will inform my mom, and then everything will be finished."

"I don't understand anything," Hoseok said.

"You're a little baby. Someone is coming." Both of them hid behind the door. Joon hugged the boy to his chest. "I think they're gone. Come." They rushed to the room, and Joon locked the door.

"Finally," Joon lay on the bed. "You can stay here. Let your brother-in-law come, and then we can decide what's next."

"He's very cruel, hyung," Hoseok said

"Don't worry. I will take care of him."

"Hmm," Hoseok sat beside him. "Why are you scared of him?"

"Scared? Me.! I don't even know who your brother is."

"No, that man we met at the front door."

"Aahaa... That's Jinni, my best friend since childhood and Mom's spy too. I like him very much, but unfortunately, I am not his type. My bad. Do one thing, go and freshen up. I will get some food. Take a dress from the cupboard." Joon walks to the door.

Hoseok looks around the room—some books, a stethoscope, a sphygmomanometer, some tablets. Then he finds a photo frame—a small, cute baby in a tiger onesie. He takes the frame. "Cute," he stares at the photo.

"I told you to bathe. What are you doing?"

"I was about to. Who is this?"

"That's Taetae, my friend's baby. His father  buys that property.

"So cute."

"Yeah, my future son-in-law." Joon laughed.

"You're not married yet and already finding your son-in-law," Hoseok looks at him.

"So what? Taetae's mother was my crush, but she married my friend. So, I decided I will make her son my son-in-law. I want to see her son crawling behind my child, like I used to go behind her. Revenge."

Hoseok burst into laughter. "That's a nice revenge." Namjoon also joined in. "Just kidding. His father is my best friend after Jinni. Both of us have wishes like that, but we don't know what's happening in our future. We can't predict our destiny." Joon looks at him, and Hoseok nods his head, staring at the baby's photo, imagining how he will look when he grows up.
