After their run in with Stain, Izuku, Iida, Carlos, Gunhead, and Native were confined to the hospital. Uraraka would stay there mainly because of Izuku and Gunhead. Then, the police department came and told them about the consequences of attacking a villain without a license, and how they would be punished if the media found out. So instead, after a short discussion, they decided that they would say that an unknown hero beat Stain. After a few days, they were released from the hospital, and Izuku went home.
It hasn't really set in yet that he almost died, but when it did, it was kinda underwhelming, Uraraka on the other hand was just scared not because she could've died but because Izuku and Iida could've died. Iida learned a valuable lesson and had no trauma or trouble at all.

Uraraka POV
In the alleyway with Stain. Iida's dead body on the floor. Stain the picked up Izuku and raised his sword. He then swung for his neck.

"NOOO!!"

Uraraka gasped as she shot straight up from her bed. 'It's only a nightmare.' She thought to herself. 'Why have all my dreams been about him? I don't like him do I? Might as well just go back to sleep.'
