What are Changelings?
Changelings are a tribe of unknown creatures that live in the world of Talis. Not much is known about them, as they are shrouded in mystery. It is thought that they keep to themselves simply because they seem more powerful that way.
Changelings tend to live in small groups of up to twenty, though occasionally can be found on their own. If they gather in larger numbers, then they are either going to war, or, there is something drastically wrong with the world.
Changelings are about the size of an elephant, sometimes smaller.
They are said to be great fighters, healers, and spies, although it is yet to be known if they can even do any of the above. As mentioned, they tend to keep to themselves.
They do not have an official leader, although they do have a tribe representative.

What do Changelings look like?

Changelings can be any colour you can imagine. Albinos are possible, although very, very rare. Their horns vary from Changeling to Changeling. The two rows of spines down their back are retractable, although most Changelings choose to keep their spines extended. The reason for this is unknown.

Sun/Moon cursed Changelings
To be either Sun or Moon cursed is very rare, and is incredibly dangerous. And so, hatchlings like this are usually killed, or left on the Windswept Peaks to fend for themselves. If any survive until adulthood, they will find it near impossible to be anything of importance.
Being Sun cursed means that the hatchling will always have glowing eyes, spines, and horns. These hatchlings can heat up their scales to burning temperatures, and are immune to fire. It is said that they can also harness the power of the three suns, although since all records of Sun cursed Changelings are lost, this is unknown.
To be Moon cursed means that the hatchling will almost always be albino. Their eyes will glow only in the night, and they will always seem to be weaker on nights where there is no moon. Like the Sun cursed Changelings, their records were lost, and so the rest of their abilities are unknown.

Changeling special abilities
-The most well known (and most obvious) Changeling ability is the ability to shapeshift into different things. However, some things are more difficult than others. Shifting takes a lot of strength, and there are always time limits
-They can spit a sort of goopy venom that dissolves anything that it touches
-Changelings can see in the dark
-Some have the ability to see a sort of aura around dragons, telling them how much time said dragon has left to live
-They cannot breathe fire
-Moon and Sun cursed Changelings have a set of different abilities that hardly anyone knows about

Take the age of the Changeling in human years, and multiply that by two. Changelings live up to about a thousand human years.

How can you get a Changeling and other information
You can get one through egg raffles, OTAs, and commissions (175 points for a basic Changeling)
Very, very rarely I will give one away for a close friend. Please don't ask for a Changeling, it bugs me.
You can have up to three Changelings. If you do not want your Changeling(s), then please tell me and I will give them to someone else. Or, more likely, I will keep them.
