The Masquerade. The one night of the year where everyone gets invited to, but there a catch no mask, no entering. Mostly rich people ever go but once and while there's normal folk shows up. But here no one knows no one. Unless you pick up on a idea of who they are. Some of my friends said they were going to be here, instead of being lonely on this night of festivities i'll go and hang with them. My days are really unplanned. But at the Masquerade you have to dress up. It's a fancy party I think. I never been to one of these actual. If it's not then i sure well be the prettiest there. May I should calm down I'm over HOLY COW IS THAT A CASTLE?!
My carriage passes this giant castle thats out by the end of the cliff. The glow of the moon shines above the castle to make it seem like it was only in a fairytale. The windows were lit up like a candle. I was fascinated with it and so I realized I was getting closer and closer.
"Enjoying the view ma'am?" My russian coachman asked. I nodded in return because i'm not big on conversation. "That's good. Cause the Masquerade is being held there, by the duke himself." The coachman added. So this is a fancy party.
I looked down at my pink sparkly dress that I saved for myself. This was supposed to be for a princess but she cancelled at the last minute. A bit late I made up my mind to to let this work go unfinished. It was my first work and now I finally get a chance to wear it.
As i daydream of what the night might have in store of me, my carriage makes its way towards the front of the castle the night was young and everything was brighter than was before. But, there's this odd feeling in my gut that something is going to go wrong. I ignore it and try to put my mind of something else. But we slowly came to a stop and the coach man open the door and let me out. I took a step on the stone stairs that led up to a grand door that was wide open welcoming all it guests. I took a deep breath before i made my way up the stairs. My carriage road off, there's no going back now.

The ballroom was full of people. I assume that there was no children here because they were serving alcohol to them. The orchestra was playing some classic piece which the tune sounds familiar but I didn't know what it was. I made my descent down the grand staircase. The party was full of chatter. You couldn't go three steps without running into another person's conversation. I made my way to the side of the room all these people that are probably going on about how rich they are. Why did i come here? Why am i here? How did they confivesed me to come here? God, im so stupid.
The doors above the staircase became open again, just to let one person in. Everyone turned their heads to the person. They are a male that looks like horrible taste in fashion
