MAY 2024 | AAPIHM Mini-Challenge #1 Favorites

In May, we ran an Asian American and Pacific Islander Heritage Month contest filled with three mini-challenges. Due to insufficient entries, we have only selected favorites for Mini-Challenge #1. As a reminder, the challenge was the following:

How do you express gratitude to your family and friends in your culture ? Expressing sincerity and finding the right words is a challenge. Declare your gratitude in one sentence only. Word count should be between 15-20 words.

Our judging team reviewed submissions on every participating profile and enjoyed these two submissions the most! So, congratulations to these mini-challenge winners!

studybunnies: In the tapestry of my culture, gratitude blossoms as a symphony of whispered appreciation, while friendships bloom like rare, cherished flowers.

kth_disneyfanatic: One word repeated twice, like a verbal kowtow—or a silent offering of steamed fish, dumplings, and home.
