Carly's POV
"So when is you dad coming?" I ask.
"Right my dad-"  He was cut off by the door bell ringing.
"Is here now I'll get the door." The table was all prepped with food already and I was so excited to meet Travises dad for the first time although he didn't seam as if he felt the same.
"Travis!" His dad yelled as he opened the door.
"Dad it's so good to see you come in!" Travis said. And hugged his dad.
"ELI!" I yelled and Eli came running and jumped into my hands climbed around my neck onto my shoulder.
"Someone likes cats." Travis dad said.
"Yeah I've missed him so much I bet you thought he was Travis cat." I said.
"Yeah for a second I did But he is yours I suppose?"
"Yes my life long friend, I know sad but I have way more friends." I said blushing and rubbing Eli.
"Dad this is Carly, Carly my dad Thomas."
"It is so nice to meet you Carly."
"Nice to meet you to and thank you for taking care of Eli for me I hope he wasn't a big mess like always." I said looking at Eli.
"No he was great company anyway shall we eat I am starving." We all went to the table and sat down.
"So Carly what do you do for a living?" Thomas asked me.
"I'm a model for cover magazine, an Artist a cheerleader, a musician and I also own an photo shoot studio in town where I do my own shoots."
"You have quite the life I'm sure."
"Yes but it's so much less stressful hanging out with Travis."
"I'm sure and where do you live?" He asked me oddly.
"What do you mean I live here with Travis."
"Oh as a roommate i imagine and what dose your boyfriend think of this a loving beautiful lady like you must have a boyfriend right?"
"Aww thank yo- wait Roomate! I'm his girlfriend we have been dating almost a year didn't he tell you?"
"No Travis never told me anything but congratulations on being the lucky lady!" Thomas said I was complete shocked that Travis hadn't told his father and I was about to chew Travis out but then my phone rang and it was Zane.
"Your lucky my phone is ringing Travis I'll have to talk to you about this later!"
"Well I better head home it's getting late."
"Bye Thomas it was so nice meeting you."
"As it was the same for you I hope to get to see more of you."
"Who is it on the phone?" Travis asked as his dad left Eli was now siting on the couch.
"It's Zane must be important."
"Hello, Zane your on speaker it's just me and Travis what's up?" I said unto the phone.
"It's Jasmine she was coming home from work and it was taking her a really long time like 3 hours long so I drove to her work and they said she left 3 hours ago so then I called Jasmines phone again and she got in a bad Semi reck along the highway I'm on my way to the hospital now and I need someone to go look the doors on the house and grab me stuff something tells me we won't be home for a long time." Zane said it almost sounded like he could be crying.
"Where on our way just stay calm Zane everything's going to be ok I promise!" But honestly I didn't know if it would be ok or not.
"In my car let's go!" Travis said and we went to the hospital.
