Hello everyone this is another rant directed towards aphmau I'm just going to say this in the beginning I've Loved aphmau's videos from the beginning back when she was the one who had to click on the characters and make them move around back when she had her Minecraft Pokemon servers but over time she's become quite corrupted

Putting clickbaity titles and pictures not only that but she's done something that I extremely hate she has gay baited

Now you might be asking me what's gay baiting well I'll answer that it's where she makes a character seem gsy or have gay attributes but in the end they're not gay why do they do this you might ask well they do this to try to get a different demographic to watch their videos and hoping that they'll see a glimpse of gayness in there although aphmau does have gay characters we barely have ever seen them

Now my biggest beef with aphmau when it comes to gay baiting is the topic of Zane
You all know that I really love the character zane
Now let's go through some things  the series zane has been known for the character to be reserved as well as rude to others putting up quite the large walls although making a character put down walls overtime is quite good and definitely puts some meat on his story it's not good when you just do all at once although Zane has been trying to get over his aggressive behavior towards others throughout the series it was still the same until aphmau start making

In no way should a character just open up out of nowhere to another character who they barely even know  and have 3 things in common with
Aphmau has even hinted at the fact that Zane had romantic feelings for Gene throughout High School aphmau had even teased Zane about it throughout the series
There is a seriously big backstory to those two and if Aphmau just nurtured it and let it Bloom it would have made the series so much better aphmau even hints at the fact that garroth is gay such as calling him gayroth
And having him and Laurence have those gay moments but no homo right
If she just let all the things she had in her mind let go instead of thinking about what people watching would think I understand that her demographic is younger but the demographic that's been with her for so long is older also if you're going to put murder in your series do you really think those younger people watching are going to be scarred for life just because one of the main characters is gay they might they might not be but most of us are older because we watched you from the beginning and we watched your small Channel Bloom into an amazingly huge channel that is loved everywhere but you've gone corrupted I'm sorry this is just my entire truth when speaking I wish aphmau could go back to the way she was I wish aphmau wouldn't gay bait
I wish Aphmau didn't go for the views and actually went for the better  storyline
Imagine what kind of story it would be if she let Zane and Gene let their love flourish just imagine that there would be pain sadness love truth forgiveness and an amazing ending to their love of which they've been hiding for so long Gene not seeing how much love Zane had for him in the beginning and Zane not wanting to be hurt again but still loving Gene to this day and Gene trying his hardest to get that love back from Zane which would result in a better story instead of saying oh look it's a cute cat person oh look it's an edgy guy let's put them together because Opposites attract definitely yes this is good

I know I'm sounding like a salty whiny gay boy but this would have honestly been a better story and I would actually be watching your videos again
But aphmau you just went for the views and I'm sad for that
