So, that concludes the end of Apathy and his smile! I just want to say thank you so much for reading, it means the world knowing that someone has really read 55 chapters of something that I wrote!

This fanfic means so much to me, and I poured my emotions into everything that I wrote because I wanted you to only read the best that I could possibly write.
I love Jikook so much, and I have so much love for BTS, and reading over all the chapters that I've written makes me really happy. And I hope that I somehow could make you feel what I was feeling when writing Apathy and his smile.
I admit some days I couldn't update and that was my own fault. I have bad days, you have bad days, and I couldn't write knowing that I couldn't give it my all, you know? It sounds lame but I suppose some part of me used these feelings of apathy that I feel in some of the chapters, because I wanted to portray a sense of transformation from unfeeling to love because of a singular person, which is what I find so beautiful.

Maybe Apathy and his smile was more of an escape for me, because it allowed me to write about fantasies which I have about such uncontrollable, strong emotions that people feel, and that's something which I'm still looking for. I don't really know why I'm saying this, or maybe I'm just trying to explain myself because writing about something as abstract as this in the fan fiction genre is kinda strange. Using Jikook as the main pairing fueled my passion to write, I guess XD

This isn't the end of Apathy and his smile. It's pretty obvious anyway, but I will be writing a second book following from Jimin's and Jungkook's story.

I don't know when I'll publish the second book. In the mean time, I'll be working on Remember Me which I posted a whole part debuting it, so I would seriously appreciate it if you checked it out! I've also got a quite a few other Jikook fics either published now when you read this, or if it's still pretty early on are in the making, so go ahead and read them if you'd like.
