"All right, here's your check!" Lizzy smiled as she handed it to the group of girls at the table. Somehow, they weren't complaining about the Abby girl who they wanted to serve them. However, they were particularly quiet when Lizzy served the drinks, food, and gave them the check. "Thank you for coming!"

"Thanks..." one of the girls murmured. The waitress kept her smile until she went to another table to gather the dirty dishes that the other customers left for her to take.

"Man, those girls are so particular on who they want," Lizzy thought to herself. She was a little bit agitated and annoyed, but she didn't let that show while she worked. She was used to not letting anything show through her face because she had to hide the fact she was a sorceress. After the girls left, the waitress came back to the table to pick up the dirty dishes and any tips that they may have left. The only tip the girls left was a few bills and a couple of coins that didn't add up to much money. "Better than nothing," the girl said with a soft sigh, putting the money away in the apron pocket.

"They didn't give you that much?" Akane assumed, hearing Lizzy from afar. There was only a few customers left in the restaurant at the moment, and they were going to leave.

"Well like I said just now," Lizzy began as she approached her co-worker, with dishes in her hand, "it's better than nothing. For the first part of their time here, the girls kept asking for a waitress named Abby."

"Really?"

"Yeah. While I was getting their food, I asked the other waiter who this Abby girl was. It turns out she was fired, and I replaced her."

"Oh, that's a little awkward."

"I know, right? It's crazy." Lizzy put the dirty dishes over in the stack they were supposed to go near the drink station and wondered, "How did she get fired to begin with?" Just then, the manager came from the back of the restaurant when the waitress asked this.

"It was because she didn't have good work ethics," the manager explained. "She kept getting distracted and talking to the customers instead of getting their food orders, especially the good-looking boys. You have no idea how many times the other waiters and waitresses caught Abby flirting with those boys. Even the guys on a date! She's relentless."

"Whoa," Akane said in disbelief. "I had no idea."

"I guess it's a good thing that I replaced her then," Lizzy said to the manager.

"Indeed," the manager agreed. "Now get back to work, you two. I think more customers are coming in."

"Yes, ma'am!" Lizzy and Akane replied together. The manager walked off while the two waitresses went to the front of the restaurant to see if any new customers walked in and took a seat. It turns out there was a group of four that came in: Yusei, Yugi, Jaden, and Joey.

"Hmm, I've seen them here in the restaurant before," Akane realized while looking at the boys. "But I've never served them."

"Those are my buddies," Lizzy smiled. "Come on, I'll introduce you!"
