"Get her!" the girl with black hair yelled, running towards Lizzy. Luckily, Jaden didn't peek out into the hallway to see what was going on. He was just standing next to Lizzy, safe from what might be coming.

"What is happening?!" Jaden exclaimed, obviously not seeing what was going on. He looked out into the hallway for a brief second before seeing the girl with black hair running towards them. His eyes widened in shock, wondering what they should do.

"Don't worry, I have a plan," Lizzy said softly. She grabbed the side of the front door and as soon as the girl got close enough, Lizzy immediately shut the door.

"That'll work," the boy said after Lizzy did the deed. "How long will she stay outside of the door?"

"A few seconds."

"Seconds?!"

Lizzy nodded as she opened the door again, seeing that the girl with black hair was there. She didn't want to leave the girl out for too long, considering that she was one of the guests.

"Lizzy!!!" the girl exclaimed, hugging her tightly. She was ecstatic to see one of her longtime friends.

"Jewel!" Lizzy exclaimed back with a happy grin. "My little Jewels! It's been so long since I've seen you. Have you started high school yet?"

"Not yet! I got another year until then."

"Wow! My little firefly is growing up so fast." Lizzy squeezed Jewel tightly, causing the latter to groan out of slight pain. The other two girls finally got to both Lizzy and Jewel.

"Hi, Lizzy!" Keiza grinned, hugging the two as well.

"Keiza, welcome to the complex. You too, dear Summer. Come join the hug!" Lizzy grabbed the third girl and made her join the hug.

"Aww, it's a reunion!" Jaden said with his cheeky grin. "Too bad it's just girls though."

"Yeah, the boys couldn't make it," Keiza said sadly. "They did say hello to you, Jaden."

"That's good! These are your guests, Liz?"

"Indeed!" Lizzy grinned, still hugging everyone with a gentle squeeze. "I'm really, really happy! Aren't you guys pretty happy?"

"Yup, I'm happy," Summer responded with a smile. "We are all almost together."

"The girls are all together!" Jewel announced happily. "Hooray!"

"And one guy!" Jaden finished proudly with his hands on his hips. The others laughed as they broke off the hug.

"Where's your stuff at?" Lizzy asked the other girls.

"It's still downstairs," Keiza explained. "It's just suitcases and two backpacks."

"For a weekend?!"

"Well, we're gonna be exploring the area for a bit after our visit. So we need more stuff with us." Keiza then went out of the room to head downstairs. Summer followed her while Jewel stayed by Lizzy and Jaden in the apartment.

"I heard you still don't like snakes," Jewel said to Jaden.

"Who told you that?" Jaden asked curiously while going back to the couch to sitting down.

"This strange woman that we ran into in the complex."

"Did she wear all black when you saw her?"

"Yes! She even said that the weather was dreary. There's not a cloud in the sky though. Who says that to begin with?" Jaden and Lizzy looked at each other before telling Jewel,

"That's Felicia."
