Eren had a problem, it wasn't serious but it was a problem that was bugging him, was it training? Was it Jean Kirschtein? No, it wasn't none of those at all. 

The problem he had was with you.

He didn't hate you, not at all, it was the opposite to be precise, he could never hate you, not at all.

“You're staring again.” Mikasa commented, snapping the brunette out of his trance. 

“What?” Eren mumbled.

“You were staring at (F/n) again.”

He blushed and looked away, he hated that she pointed out what he did.

“Why don't you just confess.” 

'Easier said than done.' He thought.

He wanted to, he just wanted to have a few minutes alone with you and confess he loves you...But there was one small problem...

You were just no cadet, you happened to be related to Lance Corporal Levi of all people, yes, you were humanity's strongest's little sister, his sibling and damn was he protective of you. Eren shuddered, he remembered Jean flirting with you and well, he got stable duty for two months.

Despite you were related to Levi, you and Mikasa were good friends, it surprised him, then again all the cadets from the 104 trainees watched you and your brother bicker and argue, most people probably would of stepped down under his glare but you didn't, you merely returned it, you were used to it, after all that you apologized to Mikasa of what your brother did to Eren in the courtroom and well, she realized you weren't so bad and liked you when you insulted your own brother, you ended up getting cleaning duty for two weeks because of it.

“I want to Mikasa, but...We both know who she's related to.” 

She narrowed her eyes. “Does it matter?”

“B-But you saw what he made Kirschtein do.” The brunette protested.

“Why don't you talk to her.” 

“It's not simple, can't you do it for me? I mean, you're both good friends.”

“Eren, you need to show shorty that you'll make her happy, to make her smile.”

“...”

“I'll have a small talk with her but you have to confess.”

Time Skip

You rubbed the back of your neck, you just emerged from the library and handed Hanji notes she wanted you to write down, not many people went to the library, well, they had to ask permission to use it, not you or Armin, you both can walk in freely. You yawned and kept on going, you didn't know how long you were in the library but you were tired now.

You jumped when a hand was placed on your shoulder and you quickly turned around, breathing out to see who it was.

“Damn.” You breathed. “You scared me half to death Mika.”

She smirked slightly as the two of you walked off.

“What time is it?” You asked.

“Well...All I know it's dinner time.”

“Damn, I was in the library for that long.” You muttered.

“What were you doing in there?”

“Notes for Hanji.” You answered.

The two of you kept on walking, heading to the mess hall.

“What do you think of Eren?” She suddenly asked.

You came to a stop, she watched as you had a blank look on your face, processing what she just said as then your cheeks were dusted with pink as you finally understood what she was asking. 

“O-Oh.” You mumbled, blushing even more, looking at her. “Wh-Why are you asking?”

“Curious.”

“Um...Well...” You whispered, going red as a tomato. “I...Well...Like him ok, you know, more as a friend...”

She simply nodded, your reaction said it all really. You rubbed the back of your neck, still blushing.

“Just don't tell anyone.” You whispered. “Especially my brother.”

“I won't.” She assured you.

You nodded and the two of you walked off and to the mess hall.

Time Skip

“Did you ask?”

Mikasa looked at him. “I did.”

“What did she say?” Eren asked, eager to know.

“...She likes you.”

The brunette blushed. “R-Really?”

She nodded. “More than a friend.”

He smiled, liked him, you liked him, that was one thing off his chest, at least he knew you won't reject him...But he had one more challenge to face...

Your brother.

He had respect for the corporal yes, but how was he suppose to confess? Levi would probably kill the brunette for hitting on you, he had to take a risk, and it was a risk he was willing to take.

“Which way did (F/n) go?”

“In the courtyard.”

He thanked her and made a run for it and headed to your location.

Le Time Skip

He found you being flirted at, he stood there and watched as you slowly were growing irritated with this unknown cadet. Eren had to guess this cadet recently graduated, because no other male cadet would flirt with you since they knew who your brother was. The brunette watched as your gaze went to him and you smiled at him, causing his heart to flutter.

“Oi!”

All three jumped. You moved away from the cadet just as your brother appeared. 

“S-Sir.” The unknown cadet spluttered.

“You better not be flirting with my sister cadet.” Levi sneered.

“O-Of course not.” He whimpered. 

You raised an eyebrow but said nothing at all and then smirked, but gave an innocent look when your brother looked at you. You had a small glare as you smiled. You merely shrugged as the unknown cadet ran off.

“Is there anything wrong Jaeger?”

Eren jumped slightly and noticed the attention was on him. You smiled while Levi gave him a glare.

He shook his head. “No sir.”

With a 'Tch.' escaping him, your brother walked off leaving the two of you alone, you both waited until he was out of sight and hearing range. Both sighed now that he was gone.

“I...Uh...Was looking for you.” Eren mumbled.

You gave a grin. “I had a feeling you would.”

“Well...” He mumbled as he walked over to you. “I...Need to talk.”

“About what?”

He blushed. “Well...Uh...I-I like you.”

You blushed yourself. “R-Really!?”

He slowly nodded as you continued on blushing.

“I-I didn't know how to approach you...Because you know...Sibling.”

You nodded as you knew what he was on about, your brother was a very protective man. You shifted as you played with your fingers. You felt hands on your shoulders and you looked to turquoise eyes. You blushed of how close he was.

“Eren.” You mumbled.

The brunette looked around to make sure nobody was looking. You looked around nervously.

“I see nobody.” He muttered and then sighed. “That's a relief.”

He looked around again before quickly pressing his lips against yours. You fluttered your eyes closed.

“Aren't you both cute!”

He pulled away and spotted a squealing Hanji and a silently seething Levi. Your eyes widened as the brunette gulped, he was doomed. 

“And what were you doing Jaeger?” Your brother asked.

“Levi.” You mumbled.

“Stay out of this (F/n).” He hissed.

You gulped but nodded slowly.

“Uh...W-Well.” Eren stammered.

“I don't have all day!”

“Um...Kissed her?”

Silence. You shifted uncomfortably, squirming under your brother's glare as you bit your lip.

“I have to admit, you got guts to do that in front of me.” 

He walked over and grabbed the brunette by the upper arm. You were startled and slipped over to Hanji. 

“You're lucky, very lucky.”

“Uhh...Sir?”

The two looked over to see you were silently talking to the scientist as she patted your shoulder. 

“You better listen clearly Eren!” Levi hissed. “If you do anything to hurt her or treat her like shit I will kill you! Understand!”

The brunette shakily nodded as his arm was released. Hanji squealed.

“You approved!” The scientist said. “You actually gave your approval!”

“Shut the fuck up shitty glasses!”

The two walked off leaving you and Eren alone.

“He gave his approval.” You said in disbelief as you walked up to him. “Shows he likes you.”

“I'm still stunned myself.” He admitted.

You smiled. “Wanna see Jean's face when we kiss?”

He smirked and the two of you walked off hand in hand.

Time skip

“Oi Jaeger! What's your secret?”

Eren looked at Jean as you nibbled on your bread, everyone was at breakfast. You almost laughed at Jean's face when you and Eren kissed.

“Secret?”

“Yeah, how did you end up with Lance Corporal Levi's sister of all people.”

“Well...You definitely have to get either father or brother's approval of the girl you like, depends on who's alive or cares.” 

“Go on.”

“And well...Treat the girl like a queen, treat her bad and you may not see daylight again.”

“What does that mean?”

“What I'm saying horse face, treat the girl bad and you may end up getting killed by either the man who looked after the girl.”

“Example.”

“Hmph fine! If I treated (F/n) bad and like trash, the corporal would kill me.”

“How did you get Heichou's approval anyway?” Connie asked.

Eren shrugged. “Pure luck.”

You gave a small grin as the boys continued to ask your boyfriend questions.
