Reasoning For The Ship
Oooo wow so many reasons.

1. First off, NO ITS NOT INCEST! Though it may seem wierd at first, Mikasa was adopted at an old enough age to know Eren is not blood related to her, and vice versa.

2. Mikasa OBVIOUSLY has it good for Eren. It's not just, 'oh he saved my life I'll save his'. She made a promise to Eren's mom anyways. Why would she make that promise? Loooovvveee of course. Maybe. I could be wrong, only Isayama (probs spelt that wrong) could tell.

3. Proof in the Manga that Eren has feelings for Mikasa, though may not know what he's experiencing.
