Summary of the first one-shot:

Tommy doesn't say anything about it. At first because he hopes it was a one off thing, or a fluke—a remnant of magic stuck to him, or that it had a time frame and would go away on its own. But, then, his second reason for not saying anything, is because people's thoughts are supposed to be private. Tubbo didn't want him to read his mind, didn't give him permission. And Tommy doesn't want someone thinking he was invading their most private place—their mind.

So he takes the coward's way out and doesn't say anything.
