"Uncleeee" I called out as I jogged downstairs

"Wassup sugafoot?" he looked at me

Him and his new girlfriend, Dana, were sitting on the couch all cuddled up. Me and her don't talk much, she has a nasty attitude.

"Can I go to the basketball game?" I asked

"Sure, sugafoot. Need a ride? Some money?" he asked

"Keyona's outside with her mama's car...I do need about 30 dollars tho'." I said

"Take my ca-" he started

"It's just a basketball game. You don't need that much" Dana interrupted

"Out of all respect, I don't think I asked you anything" I plastered a smile

"You didn't ask me anything, but I'm not gonna let you sit around and act like a spoiled brat" she smacked her teeth

"Woah. You better watch how you talk to my niece. That ain't gone be tolerated" my uncle said

"Exactly. You don't know nothing about me." I said with a lot of attitude

"You always taking her side" she got up and stomped upstairs

"She such a damn drama queen" he sighed "Take my card." he handed it to me

"Thank you. Love you" I pecked his cheek before grabbing my phone and leaving

I got in the car with a smiling Keyona.

"Hey bestie" she started the car

"Wassup" I plastered a fake smile

"You going to the party after the game? It's gone be lit" she drove

"Maybe" I shrugged

"It's going to be fun. You gotta go. I'm telling you, everybody's gone be talking about it Monday" she continued

"I said maybe" I mugged her

"Besides, it wouldn't be any fun for me if you weren't there" she pouted

"I said maybe, dang. Stop asking." I smacked my teeth

"Sorry for stressing it" she said

"Mhm"

"Let's go number 10!" I screamed out Chris's number

He only had to make this last shot and his team would win. He looked over at me and smirked before he shot the ball in the hoop. The crowd, along with me and Keyona, started cheering.

"Thats my baby!" Keyona cheered beside me

"What you just say?" I looked at her quickly

"....N-Number 6...he's my boyfriend" she stuttered

"Ohhhh ok" I nodded, still giving her a funny look

His teammates ran to him and lifted him up on their shoulders.

"Congratulations, babe" I smiled, walking over to him

"How bout a congratulations kiss?" he smirked

Stood on my toes and pecked cheek, giving him a nice, appropriate kiss. But of course he had to be extra. He caught my face in his hands and started kissing me, his hands travels down to my waist and pulled me in. His tongue glided across mine as the crowd continued cheering.

This feels like something from a movie

"Alright you two, don't swallow each other" Mario came over to us

We pulled away and I wiped my lipgloss off his lips with my thumb.

"Y'all should know what each of you had for breakfast now" Keeis said

"He had bacon, pancakes, and a hash brown...no 2 hash browns" I pretended I was tasting Chris's food in my mouth

"And orange juice" Chris finished off

"Y'all are so annoying" Mario smacked his teeth

"I could say the same for both of y'all" I squinted

"You already do" Keeis chuckled

"Oh...yeah" I smiled brightly

"Hey guys" Keyona walked over to us

"Wassup, Keeyona" Mario said

"Hey, Key" Keeis said

Chris nodded and wrapped his arm around my shoulder.

"Y'all going to the party tonight?" she asked

Why is she so damn pressed about this party?

"You know I'ma slide up in there and hook me a few" Mario pretended he was reeling in fish

"Yeah I'm fucking wit' it" Keeis shrugged

"Cool, cool...what about you Chris?" she asked

"Nah. Me and Heaven gone chill in" he said

"Lame" Mario coughed

"Shut up, nigga. Parties lame, they played out as fuck" Chris smacked his teeth

"You should come...I hear they doing a tribute speech for you. It would be awkward if they were celebrating you and you weren't even there" she said "You are the captain of the team" she shrugged

"Oh babe we should go." I looked up at him

"Maybe another time" he cleared his throat

"Chrissss. It's rude not to at least pop in for a second"

"Yeah, bro." Mario and Keeis said

"...Ight go, only for an hour" he said

"Good" Keyona smiled

"Go shower and I'll be right here" I pecked Chris's lips

"Ok baby" he said before him, Mario, and Keeis walked off

"I'm so excited you coming." Keyona beamed

"Well I couldn't let him not go after you said there was going to be a tribute for him" I shrugged

"Yeah...a tribute" she nodded, still smiling

"Stay beside me at all times. Big parties like these can be dangerous. You could get snatched or stabbed." Chris explained as we pulled up to the house

"I've been to a party before, Chris" I chuckled

"When?"he smacked his teeth

"When I was 6...it was a birthday party for this boy in my class. They had a clown and everything" I tried to remain serious but ended up laughing

"Ha- ha-ha. Seriously, stay by me. Aight?" he opened his door

"Ok, babe. Lighten up" I pecked his cheek

"And if you get a drink, don't put it down and don't take a drink from nobody"!he walked around to my side

"I got you" I nodded as we walked up to the already crowded house

Soon as we walked in, the strong smell of weed hit my nose. Everyone started greeting Chris. He took my hand in his as we walked through the crowds of people. He nodded at a few boys and ignored every girl.

"Aye, Chris! Over here!" Mario called out

We made it over to a nice spacious spot where Keeis, Mario, and some girls were. It was like he had his own VIP section.

"We rolled up a few already" Keeis was sitting down, smoking

"Good." Chris picked up a blunt, lit it, and took a drag

"Mm" I scooted over

"Babe don't be like that" he whispered in my ear, pulling me back towards him

"I'm not being like anything, go ahead and enjoy yourself" I shrugged

"You gone be mad at me?" he asked after taking another drag

"Nah bruh" I said

"She bruhed you" Mario laughed

"Nigga shut up" Chris squinted "You gone be mad?" he asked me again

"No. Go ahead" I said honestly

"Give me a kiss to prove it" he put his finger under my chin

I pecked his lips multiple times and he returned.

"Aight now" Keeis smacked his teeth

"You fuckin' up the rotation" Mario added, reaching for the blunt

"Shut up, nigga" Chris snatched away, taking another drag from the blunt

Chris engaged in his own conversation as I sat back and scanned over the scenery. Girls were twerking on guys, plenty of people were smoking and drinking, and some people were kissing on each other.

"Hey boo" Keyona walked over to us with a drink in her hand

"Hey" I smiled

"I brought you a drink" she sat beside me

"I don't drink" I shook my head

"It's just punch" she said

"Oh ok. Thanks" I took the cup from her hand and sipped some

"You should come over here and meet some of my friends" she said

"Mm...I'm cool" I declined, taking another sip from my drink

"They really wanna meet you. I told them so much about you. Just real quick...please?" she batted her lashes

Well I'm not doing anything over here with Chris and them.

"Ok" I shrugged "Babe, I'm going over here with Keyona, I'll be be back" I told Chris

"Stay where I can see you" he said

"Yes, daddy" I chuckled, pecking his cheek

There was no sexual point intended but of course he had to be extra.

"Bout time you realized it" he whispered in my ear, pecking my neck

"Shut up" I giggled and got up, following Keyona

"Girls this is Heaven, Heaven these are the girls" Keyona chuckled

"I'm Kira" one girl smacked her teeth

"I'm Ariana" the other one said

"And I'm Bianca" the last one said

"Hi, I'm Heaven" I smiled

"You look like a lil angel too" Kira smirked

"She does look all innocent" Ariana said

"I wonder how she became Keyona's friend" Bianca chuckled, taking a drag from the blunt she held between her fingers

Me and all the girls were sitting around and talking. They seemed kind of weird and sneaky though. They all kept whispering to each other and laughing. I was beginning to feel dizzy, maybe I was getting sleepy.

"You're such a pretty girl" Bianca played with my hair

"You Chris's girl right?" Ariana asked

"More like his play toy" Kira pursed her lips

"Excuse you?" I scrunched up my eyebrows at her

"I'm just saying, Chris used to mess with Keyona" she took a pull from her blunt

"And occasionally still does" Keyona added, smirking

"The fuck did you just say?" I stood up and my knees were wobbly

"He couldn't get it from you so he came to me" she shrugged

"Y-You fake ass-" everything went black

The last thing I heard was someone screaming to call 911.
