Nana's pov
Today, the fighters will train me how to fight with a sword. Everyone's gonna be watching, so I have to do my best. I grabbed the device Layla gave me yesterday and pressed the button. I was then surrounded by the same malefic energy, changing my attire.

The sword she used last chapter is the sword in the picture.
I walked towards training grounds and saw Harley waiting outside. "You ready?" He asked "as ready as I'll ever be" I said walking in with Harley following me. I got in and saw Ruby and all of the fighters beside her. "Good morning Nana, today, all of us here will start training you. We will initiate combat as I give you pointers. Later on we'll see how you do. Harley, please go to the stands. Combat will now begin" Ruby explained. I stayed in my stance until Ruby charged at me. I somehow blocked her huge scythe with my sword. "Remember, when in fighting with melee weapons, you have to keep moving. Dodge your enemy's attacks as much as possible." Ruby said. I followed as she said and continuously moved. I doged her attacks as I delivered quick blows, trying to disarm her. After sometime, I was able to hit Ruby's scythe with a strong blow, making her drop her scythe. "Very good, now, how about hand to hand combat." Ruby said backing up. As she was backing up, another fighter approached me. "The name's Chou. I'll be sparring with you to see how you do in hand to hand combat" Chou said. I looked to the side and saw Layla walking over. She put her hand out as I gave her the sword. I entered a stance, preparing for combat. He charged towards me, attempting to deliver a strong blow, which I dodged. I charged at him, delivering few quick blows. He stumbled back in surprise. "You learn quick, but always remember to take advantage of your enemy's position" he said. He immediately charged at me, knocking me over. "You did good, you need to improve in hand to hand combat though." He said, putting his hand out. I took it and got up. "Try again" he said. He dashed towards me as I moved away, dodging what ever blow he was gonna deliver. I threw a strong punch towards his face, knocking him back, yet he kept his composure. He jumped towards me, preparing to kick me. I jumped in the opposite direction, making him miss. I grabbed his leg, throwing him away. I swiftly landed on the ground, keeping my composure. He got up and walked towards me. "You're a strong girl. I honestly didn't expect that. Especially from someone as young and short as you" He said "What?!" I asked, greatly offended. I punched him right at his face, knocking him down. "Jesus, now I know what you're capable of. That was a really hard punch." He said getting up. "Just because I'm young doesn't mean I can't be strong!" I exclaimed still offended. "Very good, you pass the second phase of training. Now, we will begin combat again. But this time, it's against the rest of the fighters." Ruby said

I fought all but one of them, winning against them. I was tired, I felt like I was about to collapse. I needed a break, but I wasn't given one. I want to stop, but they won't let me. I kept my composure, making it look like I wasn't tired. I stayed in my stance as Alucard approached the battle area. "Now you're up against our best, let's see what you've got." Ruby said. Alucard jumped towards me as I moved away making him miss. I dashed towards him, hitting him in the arm. He again jumped towards me, making me jump back as he used 'whirling smash'. I swiftly landed on the ground. He held up his sword, making a wave that knocked me back. I jumped, kicking his chest. He stumbled back, yet he kept his composure. He stayed in his stance, then ran towards me. I jumped up, throwing my sword at his shoulder. It hit his coat and pined him to the ground. I landed beside him, took my sword and jumped back. He got up and charged. I blocked his sword with mine, kicking him back. I charged at him and hit his hand, making the sword fly behind him. "Well played. You've done well." Alucard said "you may now go home, training is done for today. I felt Harley's presence behind me. He placed his hand on my shoulder. The moment he did, I felt like I couldn't take it anymore. I then closed my eyes, giving in to the tired feeling.
Harley's pov
I placed my hand on Nana's shoulder. She then started to fall. She fell onto my chest, eyes closed and heavy breathing. "What happened?!" Ruby asked. I observed her to see if anything's wrong. "She fainted, I'll just carry her back." I said, carrying Nana bridal style. I slowly walked towards her house. I knocked on the door, Miya opening it. "Fainted?" Miya asked, I hummed in response. She open the door wide to let me through. I walked up the stairs and into her room. I set her down on her bed, watching over her as she takes her sleep.
//Months later//
Nana's pov
It was finally the day before Christmas. The land of dawn was decorated, houses were decorated, everyone was preparing for Christmas Eve. I walked towards my window, taking in the beautiful scenery in front of me. I took out my winter clothes and got dressed. I was wearing a long, cute santa dress with black boots to match. I walked downstairs to see Miya decorating the house. She was wearing her Christmas carnival skin. "Have you bought presents yet?" Miya asked me "yup, bought all I needed last month" I said "good. At least I know what happened last year wouldn't happen again." Miya said "what are you planning to do today?" Miya asked "well, I was planning on buying something for the Christmas ball tommorow. I already have my dress for the Christmas party tonight." I said. I walked out of the house and went to the mall to buy some stuff.
//Later//
I finished my list and finally arrived at my house. I put the bags I had down and took out my dress.
Nana's dress:

I put it my closet, hiding it. I walked downstairs and went out. I walked to the place where our group usually meets. I saw them all, talking and laughing. "Hey guys!" I called. They all looked in me, eyes open wide. "You look... AMAZING!!!" The girls exclaimed in unison, running over to me. "You look great Nana!" They said in unison "thanks! Um... Where's Harley?" I asked "don't know. Maybe buying stuff." Lolita said "okay" I said.
