Peter Parker P.O.V.

All right let's do this one last time. My name is Peter Parker, I was bitten by a radioactive spider, and for the last 8 years. I have been the one and only Spider-Man. Pretty sure you know the rest, I saved the city, fell in love, then saved the city again, again, and again. My girlfriend and I had split up, defeated the Kingpin. Had to fight a gang ran by Martin Li. My best friend and mentor, Otto Octavius, turned into a supervillain, brought a plague on the entire city. I beat his Sinister Six, and then him. Which definitely did not end up heartbreaking. The cure had been distributed to everyone. I buried my Aunt May, Mary Jane and I got back together. The Black Cat returned and so did HammerHead. My friend Yuri hunted him down and tried to kill him. Silver Sable returned, and we fought HammerHead and brought him down. And now I am teaching Miles how to be another Spider-Man.

Miles and I were swinging around the city looking for crime to fight. He has been doing great so far. He hasn't come up with a superhero name yet. But he's getting there. We have came by an assault.

Spider-Man I have this new combo thing ai have been trying out. Want to see it?

Miles: Yeah.

Spider-Man: Watch this.

I shot down a Suspension Matrix and when they fell down. I shot a web bomb which stuck them to the ground. After that we went around swinging.

Later No Ones P.O.V.

The former Mayor of New York City Norman Osborn is in his secret lab talking to his son Harry.

Norman: I have failed you, Emily, and I have failed this city. They will be coming. No doubt, that my crimes have caught up with me. Now I have no choice, I will unleash you to the world. If you can hear me Harry, I'm sorry. But I have no other choice.

The police came up to the penthouse door.

Police: OPEN UP NORMAN OSBORN! YOU ARE UNDER ARREST!

They broke into his penthouse. And found his secret lab.

Officer: Norman Osborn. You are under arrest for, obstruction of justice, abuse of power, authorizing brutality against Manhattan, and for developing a Bio-Weapon.

Norman: It was not meant to be a plague

Officer: And that's all that is important to you? You don't care about the others that died?

Norman: Of course I do! It's just that people didn't even try to understand.

Officer: It makes no difference Osborn! You are under arrest! The court decided that you are to face trial today!

Norman: Do you know why they say "A prey is most dangerous cornered."?

Officer: No. Why?

Norman: Because when the prey is cornered. The Predator gets overconfident. It makes mistakes, then the prey goes in for the kill.

As he said that he opens the containment chamber which held Harry and then he falls to the ground. And morphs into Venom.

Venom: Sick!

Officer: WHAT THE HELL!?

Norman: GET THEM!

Venom launched at the cops and then we see Spider-Man and Miles head to the penthouse.

Spider-Man: Alright let's head in but be careful.

Miles: The radio signal sounded terrified.

Spider-Man: More to the point that you need to be careful. You never know what's going to happen.

Once they entered they saw claw marks and black goop everywhere.

Miles: Did he do this?

Spider-Man: Norman is a lot of things. But a powerhouse is not one of them. Someone else might be involved.

Mile: That's right. Norman did have a lot of enemies.

They finally found Norman and Venom in the next room talking.

Norman: You did great Venom. Now we must leave here. And spread your gift to the world.

Spider-Man: Alright Norman, jigs up. You and... Whatever the hell that is.

Norman: Ah! Spider-Man, and your sidekick. What a surprise.

Miles: Who... Or what is that?

Norman: This is Venom. An earlier stage for a cure of diseases.

Miles: Whatever it is. It's going down.

Norman: Well your welcome to try. But you will fail.

After he said that. Venom rushed at Spider-Man and Miles. Spider-Man played a punch on Venom which didn't even faze him.
And then Venom threw Spider-Man out the window and he landed face first into a building and was knocked out. Venom then grabbed Miles and then spread his symbiote to him. Transforming him.

Norman: Great job my boy. Now give me your gift and we shall spread it to the city, and why stop there? We can spread it to the world.

Venom grabs Norman and spreads the symbiote to him.

Green Goblin: Now let's spread it to the world Harry.
