Ford: Ignore Y/n's Past?
Question by @Duckqueenquack
Are you not gonna say anything about that whole Y/n in the past thing or are you just ignoring that?
Ford's POV
The first time I ever spoke to Y/n about her past I ended up making her cry. I had no idea that this nightmare apparently ruined her life and her relationship with her parents. Her own father considered her a freak. Not only him but people at school were saying the same thing while bullying her. Her past is a rough one and I know it's a fragile subject. Do I wish to ignore it? I wish to move on from it and help her now because now she has a family to go to if she ever is considered a freak again.
I don't want to ask her anymore questions about this until I know she is ready to speak about it. I want her to move on from it; let our mistakes and terrors stay in the past and let us focus on our present day events. The present is the only thing that should matter to us now. When she's ready to speak about it I'll be here ready to listen. I'm not ignoring it but I will not mention it unless she is the one to mention it to me.
Edit: New
Ford's POV
I have just been told by @BakaSenpai_14
that you were referring to something else. The only past I could possibly think of you asking was Y/n's past when I began to question her. Might I ask, is it true that Y/n has encountered my past self? I know I watched Bill send her to another time but I don't ever remember her meeting me before she tripped over that branch in the beginning of the summer.
Is this true? I'm sorry, I truly don't remember and I'd usually remember things like this. I don't believe I can ignore something if I don't remember it.
