If I'm putting words down,
upon the page,
it's safe to assume
that I'm doing okay.

It's in the quiet times,
I'm struggling.
Battling the darkness,
trying to consume me.

So, if I post some dark creation
that grabs your attention,
worry not. 

I'm creating, imagining,
coping and reflecting.

If I'm able to write
at that moment,
be happy in the knowledge,
I'm getting over it.
