Haseena was in the library, reading her course book..when Ved came and sat beside her. She smiled at him..he smiled back.

Ved- bina exam ke hi padh rahi hai?

HM- shh..dheere bolo..

Ved- sorry sorry..(softly)..abhi padh kyu rahi hai tu?

HM- aur kuch kaam nahi tha isiliye..

Ved- are you crazy? Now I get it ki tu itni boring kyu hai..(Haseena glared at him)..what? Tu hai boring..accha chal, let's get out of here first..

He said and held her palm..practically dragging her out of the library. Anubhav, who was coming towards the library to return a book, found Ved holding her hand and moving out. He felt a pang of jealousy but ignored it anyway.

Vishal- bhai, jaana jaldi deke aa book..aaj movie ke liye jaana hai apne ko!

AS- hmm..(he said and went to return the book)

They reached the movie hall...it was an action movie with a tinch sizzling romance between the leads. The boygang was loving the movie, when Anubhav spotted someone. It was again Ved and Haseena. Their seats were nearby..but she hadn't noticed him probably.

ANUBHAV

What the hell is happenening to me?! Woh kisi ke sath bhi aaye, kuch bhi kare I don't- wait a minute, did he just hold her hand?! And SHE IS SMILING?!? Yahi hai iska pyaar, huh? She loves me na? Yeh sab kya ho raha hai?! (Annoyed)

V- Kis soch mein pad gaya bhai? Dekh na Siddharth kya sahi lag raha!(Excitedly)

AS- hmm..(irritated face)

V- bhai tu-(he spotted Haseena suddenly and smirked)..accha..samajh gaya main...

Anubhav snapped at him- kya samajh gaya?

V- kuch nahi, AC hall mein bhi jal raha koii(chuckled)

AS- kuch bhi bakwaas mat karo aur chup chap movie dekho samjhe?(Angrily)

V- okay okay..(munched on his popcorn)..waise pata hai, woh Ved Haseena ko bike pe laya apne sath..

AS- tujhe kaise pata?(Immediately)

V- dekha tha maine dono ko..mujhe laga bhram hai..fir abhi dono ko dekha toh..

AS- hmm..(acting like he's not interested)

The movie ended soon..everyone was dispersing from the movie hall.

V- chal na, Haseena ka wait kar raha hai kya?(Teased)

AS- haan..(nonchalantly), matlab nahi...hum kyun kisi ka wait karenge?(Frowned)

V- toh chal na, sab nikal gaye..teri hi bike ka petrol ja raha hai..

Anubhav hummed and was about to sit behind Vishal..when he spotted Haseena and Ved. He went near them and Vishal huffed.

"Haseena", Haseena turned hearing her name and was surprised to see Anubhav.

Ved- Are Anubhav tum? Movie ke liye aaye the?

AS- hmm..tumdono yahan kyu khade ho? Bike kharab ho gayi kya?

HM- haan...start hi nahi ho rahi...(Frowned)

Anubhav looked at her for a moment, she looks cute with that expression , said his conscience.

Ved- don't worry Hasi, maine papa ko call kiya tha, he's sending a mechanic..

HM- par hamara intime hai V....(Anubhav looked at her shockingly, so she also gave a nickname to him)

AS(in mind)- teen akshar ka toh naam hai, uska bhi short form bana liya...(Annoyed)

Ved- umm..okay, toh tu auto se chali ja, I'll have to wait...

She hummed and was about to book an auto, when Anubhav received a message,
"Mai ja raha baki logo ke sath, tu khud aajana bike pe"...it was Vishal's message.

"Hum chhod dete hain..", Anubhav offered immediately...surprising her yet again.

HM- bike pe aaye the tum bhi?

AS- haan...

HM- okay..chalo phir..and V, text me once you reach..hm?

Ved hummed with a smile...and Anubhav quickly led her to his bike..she sat behind him...looking at her wrist watch continuously.

AS- samay oar pahuch jayenge, chinta mat kijiye...

HM- hmm..jaldi chalana please, aaj warden bahut daategi warna..(worriedly)

Anubhav nodded and speeded up the bike, making her clutch his shoulders tightly...he smiled with satisfaction. They reached hostel 4 minutes before the intime.

HM- thanks a lot, Anubhav!(She said and went inside hurriedly)

He smiled and rubbed his nape...

She huffed and closed the room's door...only to be invited by Riya and Aashi's glares..

A- kidhar thi? Itne calls kiye the par madam ki majaal hai ki utha le?(Sarcastically)

R- aisi konsi movie thi jo itni late ho gayi?

HM- tumdono kya saas jaise taane de rahi ho..(frowned)

They finally chuckled at her cute face.

A- bhai baar baar aisa mat karna..tu jaanti haina apni OG saas, warden ko?

Haseena chuckled and nodded..

R- by the way, how is Ved?(Teasingly)

HM- nice only..(casually, then noticed Riya's tone)..ek second, yeh kaisa look de rahi ho?

A- you know what it means..(smirked)

HM- guys , aisa kuch nahi hai..haa I know he is a good guy, par dost hai mera..there are no romantic feelings...

R- tch, yaar tu na Anubhav se move on kar sabse pehle toh...

HM- please, hum moveon kar chuke hai...he's just a friend now.

R- maan lete hai..chal ab soja..kal jaldi lecs haina apne...

Haseena hummed and they slept soon....

Boys Hostel-

Vishal- kya hogaya..aise pagalo jaise kuun has raha hai?(Confused seeing Anubhav's ek kaam se dusre kaan wali smile)

AS- aisa kuch nahi hai..hum kaha has rahe hai..(smiling)

V- haan haan.. batteesi toh meri dikh rahi haina?(Sarcastically)..acchaa...samajh gaya...Ye sab Haseena ka kamaal haina?(Teased)

AS- ai...aisa kuch nahi hai...(Fumbled)

V- jhoota...sach sach bata yaar...

AS- accha theek hai...hum karne lage hai unhe pasand...(Admitted finally)

V- thank god, tujhe samajh toh aayi....(Happy and relieved)...par bhai...(Sadly)

AS- kya hua?

V- woh..tera chance zara kam hai ab...

AS- kyun?(Worriedly)

V- Ved kal hi shayad propose karne wala hai Haseena ko...

Anubhav got up shockingly...

AS- ye..ye kisne kaha?

V- maine uske dosto ko chidate huye suna...

AS- damn! Par...par woh haan thodi kahegi..wo..woh hume pasand karti haina...(Reassuring himself)

V- 'thi'....pasand karti thi....confess bhi kiya 'tha'...par tu thehra jadbudhhi..(Anubhav frowned)...tune naa kardi...ab kisi aur ka chance hai toh teri jal rahi hai...(Teased)

AS- taane baad mein dena..hume tareeka batao pehle....(Irritably)

V- dekh, kal Ved se pehle tu Haseena ko boldena...sab sort..simple..

AS- hmm..uchit hai...

Next Day,

Haseena was searching for her book inside the bag when she heard Ved's voice.

Ved- Haseena, paanch minute aaogi kya mere sath? Kuch batana hai tumhe...

Haseena looked at him confusingly..

HM- hum aate hain V...yeh bas hamari book ek baar mil jaye..(searching thoroughly)..pata nahi kaha gayi...

Ved- mai baadme dhundh dunga..tum chalo na warna break khatam ho jayega...

Anubhav entered the scene out of nowhere,

AS- aree..wo kitab dhundh rahi hain toh dhundhne do na...baad me keh lena jo kehna hai...

Ved- Anubhav ek minute, ye mere aur Hasi ke beech ki baat hai..aap beech mein mat boliye..(calmly)

Haseena and Anubhav were taken aback by Ved's words..he was never impolite with anyone.

AS- aap humse aise kyu baat kar rahe hain?

HM- exactly-

Ved- kyuki I know he rejected you, Hasi!(Anubhav looked at him shockingly..as the whole class was listening)...aur iss sab ke baad bhi tum itni normal kaise ho?

HM- kyuki ye ab bhi hamare dost hain...(Anubhav smiled)

Ved- fine, ab please mujhe paaanch minute de do apne..fir jo karna hai kar lena..(hurriedly)

HM- accha theek hai chalo...(She proceeded to go, when Anubhav held her wrist)

AS- I love you....(He said looking into her eyes)

The class and Haseena were equally shocked..

HM- ye..ye kya keh rahe ho tum?!

AS- I really do...Haseena I know maine hi tumhe reject kiya tha, but I was just late...mujhe apni feelings nahi pata thi tumhare liye...par ab I am sure...Hum bahut prem karte hain aapse....

Ved- aaj keh rahe ho pasand karte ho, kal keh rahe the nahi karte..fir aage keh doge I am not interested anymore...pyaar hai ya khel?(Annoyed)

AS- hum kshama praarthi hain apne pichle faisle ko lekar..par yakeen karo Haseena..I really really like you...and I want us to have a future together...(Sitting on his knees)..will you be my girlfriend and future wife?

Everyone in the class clapped and hooted...while Haseena stood rooted at the ground. She had little tears of joy in her eyes as she had exactly dreamt her life with him like this.

HM- Are you Sure, Anubhav?

AS- shar pratishat(smiled)

She kept her hand on his...and he stood up..immediately taking her in a bone crushing hug....they broke the hug and Anubhav glanced at Ved..

Ved- theek hai..if Haseena wants, I am okay with it..par Hasi..please chal zara bahar...

AS- ajeeb vyakti ho..abhi woh hamari premika hai(haseena blushed) fir bhi apna prem prastaav rakhna hai tumhe?!(Angrily)

Ved- what?! Kisne kaha ye tumse? Hasi is like my sister...childhood buddies hai hum..(irritably)..mujhe usse apni lovelife ke baare mei puchna tha..tum hi beech beech me pareshan kar rahe the.. (annoyed)

Anubhav looked down embarrassingly...and glared at Vishal who was laughing ....Haseena laughed too at his jealousy....the day ended smoothly..with them finally ending up together!❤️✨
