When the Blades were in need of some supplies (Y/n) was going shopping at the space mall with Kolivan, Antok, Thace, Ulaz, Regris and Keith. She felt a little nervous to go to the space mall, but at the same time she was excited because she would get to go shopping at the universe's biggest mall. Everyone ate breakfast in the cafeteria like usual, (Y/n) made sure to eat an extra big breakfast because according to Antok they would be gone for a long time. During breakfast, Keith sat across from (Y/n) and Antok so he could tell her about the time he went to the mall with the paladins, she couldn't help but laugh when she heard about how Varkon, the mall cop, chased them out after they'd gotten into trouble. Ilun and Vrek were on dish duty that morning, giving (Y/n) the opportunity to get ready; Keith had brought some clothes for (Y/n) from the castle, including an old dress that used to belong to Allura which thankfully fit her perfectly and was pretty casual.

Once (Y/n) was ready she followed Keith and the others into a small ship, deciding to sit in between him and Antok. On the way to the mall she asked the others what kinds of stores there were, apparently there were stores from all across the universe and even a food court. Once they all arrived at their destination they exited the ship and entered the mall, (Y/n) was awestruck when she saw how many levels of stores there were; she'd never seen anything like it in her entire life. Antok, who still wore his mask since he and the others were wearing their uniforms, smiled when he looked down at (Y/n) while she gawked at all of the different stores that were in front of them. The mall itself was a humongous establishment and could be easy to get lost in, (Y/n) decided to stay close to Antok since he would keep her safe.

"Thace and Ulaz, we need some more medical supplies for our on-site infirmary. Antok and (Y/n), you both need to go buy some food and spices, as well as some other supplies for (Y/n). I will go with Keith and Regris to get some weapon parts. We'll meet up in the food court." Kolivan said as he handed everyone a small list, holding the last one himself so he could accompany the two younger operatives in order to make sure they didn't get into any trouble.

When everyone went in different directions (Y/n) followed Antok, trying her best not to seem too nervous about being surrounded by so many strange people. As they both walked she looked at all of the different stores, taking a peek in each window to see what each store sold. There was an escalator leading to each level of stores; Antok kept his tail lifted when he led (Y/n) onto one of the up escalators, not wanting to repeat a bad incident from his childhood. Once they were on the second level of the mall (Y/n) stopped walking when she saw a store with Earth stuff in it. Antok stopped walking as well when he heard (Y/n) stop, noticing the longing expression on her face as she looked into one store in particular.

"Is something wrong?" Antok asked (Y/n) with concern, hesitant to actually go in the Earth store.

"I just miss Earth a little, that's all. I haven't seen any of this stuff in what feels like forever." (Y/n) sighed solemnly; there were so many items from her homeworld and the owner was a real life martian from Mars, she even saw her favorite kind of candy on one of the shelves.

Antok knew that (Y/n) missed her home and possibly her family as well, unfortunately there was nothing he could do to ease that pain. When he saw that she was looking at something in particular on one of the shelves he went in, even though he had to slouch a little since the ceiling wasn't exactly the highest and he was very tall. (Y/n) was a little confused as to why Antok went into the store all of a sudden; even though she hadn't known him for very long she knew it wasn't like him to just go into random places without a reason. Her eyes widened when she saw him walk over to the shelf and grab a box/package of (F/c) for her, she thought the gesture was awfully sweet of him to get her something extra. (Y/n) watched Antok pay for the candy before walking back out of the store, finally able to stand at his full height once he was out.

"Here." Antok said when he gave the candy to (Y/n), secretly feeling a little flustered because he just gave her something and they weren't even courting.

"Thank you." (Y/n) said as she looked up at Antok and thanked him, her eyes widening when she saw that it was really a package/box of her favorite candy; she hadn't eaten any candy since before she left Earth and having her favorite kind made her feel giddy.

Antok simply nodded in response and said nothing before they started walking again, he knew of a couple of stores that sold food and other supplies which were also located on the second level. (Y/n) put the small box/package of candy in her pocket for safe keeping, at least until she could eat it later. After a while of walking Antok led her into a store filled with different kinds of food from different planets; Antok grabbed a basket and (Y/n) followed him as he went to different shelves and picked out different kinds of food for some of the other operative's habsuite kitchens and (Y/n's). (Y/n) saw a few different kinds of fruit that resembled apples and oranges, but in a way they weren't the same because they smelled a bit different. Once Antok was done filling the basket he paid for the food and the cashier put it into bags, then he led the young woman out onto the platform again.

Antok carried the heavier bags while (Y/n) carried the lighter ones, she wanted to help him as much as she could. While (Y/n) followed him she looked into some of the other stores they passed, she smiled when they passed one with model spacecrafts in it; her crew would have loved that store, if she ever got to see them again she would tell them about it. (Y/n) were a little surprised when Antok led her to another store that had food in it, only this time though she wandered around the store for a little while to see if she could find anything familiar. She was so busy looking at the boxes of food on the shelves down one aisle in particular that she didn't notice that she was being followed. Honestly, it wasn't exactly safe for a young woman to go wandering around in a strange alien store with strange aliens around, it was only natural for someone to attempt to pursue her.

"Well, hello there, beautiful." Armu, a young olkarian man, said flirtatiously from behind (Y/n).

"Oh, uh… Hi." (Y/n) replied awkwardly after she turned around and blushed, not used to having random strangers flirt with her; he was pretty handsome, though.

Armu beamed a sexy grin at her before he stepped forward; he was a little taller than (Y/n) was and he kind of looked like he might have been part plant, except he obviously couldn't actually have been part plant because he wasn't Flora colossus. Armu's smirk alone was enough to make (Y/n) flustered, it wasn't very often that she met a handsome stranger who knew how to make her swoon. When Antok didn't see (Y/n) next to or behind him he naturally became concerned, where could his little friend be? He looked around for a little while until he saw (Y/n) with an unknown man who was flirting with her, he felt a wave of jealousy sweep through him when he heard what Armu said. Armu spun around when he heard a deep growl coming from behind him, his eyes widening when he saw Antok.

"She's with me." Antok said as he walked over to (Y/n), standing between her and the young olkarian man.

"I-I'm sorry." Armu stammered in fear before he quickly walked away; as soon as he saw the larger man behind him his eyes widened when he saw Antok walk over, he knew better than to mess with someone bigger than him.

As nice as it was to have a handsome young man confidently approach and flirt with her (Y/n) knew it could never work out between them, she lived with the Blades in their top secret base. Random people couldn't just move in whenever they wanted, the only reason she had a home within the main Marmoran headquarters was because she didn't have anywhere else to go and Antok vouched for her. It wasn't very often someone flirted with (Y/n), she definitely liked it, unfortunately there wasn't any time for her to have a love life. As soon as Antok saw someone flirting with (Y/n) his blood boiled, there was something about it that made him feel sick to his stomach. (Y/n) looked up at her large friend when he looked down at her, wishing that she could see the expression on his face.

"It's time to go, I have everything we need from here." Antok told (Y/n) with a firm tone, his previously good mood turned spur no thanks to her sudden admirer.

"Okay." (Y/n) replied before she followed him to the cashier, feeling slightly unnerved after she heard the tone of his voice.

Once Antok paid for everything they both left the store together with more bags and went to the next store, one that sold clothing and shoes. (Y/n) was very grateful for Antok's kindness and generosity, she hadn't had any new clothes of her own in a very long time and having the chance to have something to wear made her happy. She chose a few shirts, a few pairs of pants, a couple of skirts, some underclothing and a functional pair of shoes which would be a good start to her new wardrobe. After Antok paid for everything again and they grabbed the bags they headed to the food court where the others would be waiting for them. The shopping trip was a huge success and everyone found what they needed, or at least that's what they thought; (Y/n) completely forgot about some supplies for a certain bodily function she had to deal with every month, one that would make itself known sooner than expected.
