Chan & Felix

Chan remembered the night they were dropped off at the orphanage because their parents couldn't afford to keep the two brothers. There was a bad storm, and it was raining heavily and the wind whistled in their ears. Felix was 4 and Chan was 7.

He could remember the fear on little Felix's freckled face as they were placed into an orphanage in a country they didn't even know, having been born and raised in Australia before they suddenly had to pack up and leave for Korea.

Chan and Felix were placed in a room together, mostly because Chan threatened to hurt someone if they were split up. His poor baby brother was shaking in his arms as he carried him up to their new room that they would share with two others.

BamBam and Hyunjin.

BamBam was the same age as Chan and Hyunjin was a few months older than Felix.

"Hello" BamBam has grinned widely as he waved, Hyunjin waving shyly beside him with a blush on his face.

Chan forced a smile, bowing his head a little out of respect. Chan set Felix down on the other bed, speaking in English as he tried to calm the younger boy.

"Ah, I'm guessing you can't speak Korean" BamBam said in perfect English, though he had a slight accent.

Chan turned to BamBam, slightly surprised.

"U-Uhm yeah. Uh, my names Chan, and this is my little brother Felix. What's your name?" Chan asked curiously as he sat down next to Felix on the bed.

"I'm BamBam, and this is Hyunjin" BamBam pointed to the black haired boy behind him.

"H-hello" Hyunjin stuttered out in a small voice, although he was looking at Felix when he said it.

Felix sniffled, wiping his tears away as he said hello back. From then on, Hyunjin and Felix had become somewhat friends, so had BamBam and Chan...
