After lunch I was going to go to last period but I couldn't. I was sitting in the bathroom stall crying but after I got done crying I noticed how stupid I seemed, crying over people thoughts. I've never been the one to even care what people said about me but this time was something different. I was so nice to people and I just never understood how people can be so cruel.

Last bell rung signaling that the day was over. Three more weeks I thought to my self, I only had three more weeks then school was out.

I got out the bathroom stall checking myself in the mirror, my eyes was a little red and my face was puffy but everything else seemed to be fine. I walked towards my locker then headed to the junior parking lot. When I got outside, the NOL'S was standing by Jayceon car. I groaned out loud them pulled out my phone acting like I was texting somebody hoping they wouldn't say anything to me.

"Alyssa." Jayceon called with Mason and Iyan by his side. Not really wanting to be bothered I opened my car door turning around to answer him.

"How can I help you?" I asked dryly.

"Uh I got this for you shawty." Jayceon said jogging towards me holding a sheet of paper. I quickly read it noticing it was my French homework from last period.

"Thank you Jayceon."

"Call me JC but you welcome"

"I'll rather not call you anything but I'll stick with Jayceon." I said smiling.

"You good tho shawty?" He asked ignoring my smart remark, I rolled my eyes then answered.

"Yeah, I just don't know how to handle rumors I guess." I shrugged.

"You gotta learn, you can't keep running like a bitch every time somebody say something bad bout you. You gotta toughen up"

"I'll take that into consideration, thanks Jayceon." I said so ready to leave. Just as I said that Kailani and Olivia walked out.

"I'm having a kickback tomorrow at my crib, slide thru and bring Liv and Kai."

"I'll think bout."

"Mane yo big headed ass gon be there, text me for the address."

"I don't got yo number"

"Gimme ya phone" I handed him my iPhone 6 and he inserted his number then called his self. "I added my self text me for it, aight yo?"

"Aight." I nodded my head.

Once I got in the car Allison was getting in the back seat next to Olivia as they all looked at me smirking.

"What was that about?" Allison asked.

"Nothing, he was just inviting us to his kickback tomorrow." I said backing out the parking space.

"We going?" Olivia asked. I shrugged my shoulders.

"If y'all want to." From thrn on they was discussing what they were going to wear and what boys they were going to be with during the party.

Once I dropped off Kailani and Olivia home I was in a rush to get home, my bed was calling my name.

"Can we go to burger king?" Allison asked.

"I'm tired Alli, can't Ike or daddy take you?"

"Only because you had a bad day ima let you slide but never again bitch" I blew her a kiss and continued driving.

Once we got in my driveway I was too tired to take it in the garage so I parked it there and went on the house.

"Hey daddy can you take me to burger king?" Alli asked as soon as we got in.

"I'll get Shawn to take you, I'm headed out princess" He said kissing her on the forehead.

"Lysa lemme talk to you" I was not in the mood.

"Later." I said as walked out the living room.

"She had a bad day" I heard Allison say as I went up the stairs. As soon as I got in I took off my shoes, socks, pants and laid down. The warmth of my blankets filled me as I drifted off.

When I woke up it was dark outside, I checked the time and it was 12 on the dot. I groaned out loud, I wasn't planning on sleeping the whole day away. I got out of bed putting on some shorts and went into the kitchen, I was starving. Once I got into the kitchen I noticed my father sitting there with his head in his hands looking completely stressed out.

"You okay daddy?" I asked causing him to jump.

"Oh shit Lysa don't sneak up on me." He paused to look at me. "Yeah just some problems with work."

"Wanna talk bout it?" I asked sitting down on one of the stools.

"Nah but wassup with you skipping French class?"

"I had a bad day daddy."

"Talk to me princess." My father only called me princess when he wanted to let me know he was there for me. I thought about lying but what good was that going to do?

"Okay so I got paired to do a project with this boy and while doing the project Ms.Noel said we can leave out the class to work by ourselves, so we decided to go to the teachers lounge. And just when we was leaving out somebody took a picture of us leaving out."

"Okay and?" My father asked not getting the point. I was really hoping he would get the point so I wouldn't have to explain more than I just did.

"The boy I was partnered with is what we call a fuck boy so he has a lot of hoes and once the picture got out there was a lot of rumors going around and a lot of nasty things said about me."

"Are they true?"

"Of course not."

"What's your last name?"

"King."

"What is a king?"

"You."

"And did I raise any pussies?"

"No."

"So why the fuck I'm getting calls saying you skipped class instead of getting the call you suspended for whopping ass?" I know what you're thinking, what type of father encourages their kids to fight? Mine. Mine does.

"Tac." I laughed smiling.

"Tac my ass, you gotta toughen up Lysa. You can't let people walk over you all your life."

"You're the second person to tell me that today." I said rolling my eyes going to the freezer to pull out the hot pockets.

"Who was the first?"

"The boy."

"I think I like him." I looked at him mean mugging.

"Don't."

"Goodnight Lysa." He said getting up.

"Wait daddy Alli and I are going to a kickback tomorrow."

"Who and Where?"

"The boy and I have to ask him for his address."

"Are you asking or telling?"

"Telling."

"Good girl, you don't ask for shit. Just be careful Lys, know what you're doing."

"I got this Tac." I said reaching my arms out for him to hug me, he came to hug me and kissed me on my forehead.

"Tac?" I called out just as he was bout to leave out.

"Yeah?"

"I love you daddy."

"I love you more princess."
