"Olivia lemme talk to you for a min'?" Mason yelled as we were walking her to her car.

"I don't have nothing to say to you Mason." Olivia looked at me as if she was asking for help.

"Olivia please." Mason begged.

"Olivia you should go to see what he want, let him explain his self more." Kailani said

"Fine, I'll call y'all later. Love y'all." She said as she hugged us.

"Love you more." We called in unison, we watched Olivia and Mason get into the car before walking off.

"Can we go to Burger King?" Allison asked not noticing the scene.

"Do you have money? I was in a rush so I didn't grab no money this morning." I asked.

"No." She pouted.

"We can go home and get my money then go"

"That's going to at least take twenty minutes"

"Take it or leave it Alli." I said getting annoyed with her complaining.

"Nigga you ain't go no car." Iyan said which caused us to laugh.

"How about I drop you two off at Burger King?" I suggested, I desperately wanted to go home and take a nap.

"Then how they gon get back?" Kailani asked as I groaned out loud.

"How about y'all eat what y'all got in your kitchens?" I spat getting annoyed.

"Aight, last suggestion. We all go?" Iyan suggested.

"I said earlier I left my money home."

"Don't worry I got you ma." Iyan said, I thought about it for a minute. Who was I to say no to free food?

"Okay fine. We'll meet y'all there?" I said but it came out more of a question.

I walked away, letting their argument fade behind me. Alli and Jayden got in the backseat and started kissing. I took out my spray bottle and started squirting them.

When we pulled up to burger king I called Olivia to tell her where we was at, she said her and Mason would meet us there.

I got out of the car then walked to the door with Kailani by my side.

"Excuse me?" This boy who looked like he was a freshmen called out just as I was about to open the door.

"Yes?" I answered.

"Do you have a dollar?" He asked.

"Uh yes." I said pulling out two dollars before Kailani stopped me.

"What do you need money for?" Kai asked.

"Kailani, you don't know what's going on with him." I gave him two dollars then walked in burger king.

"What weed can he possibly get with two dollars?"

"You don't know how much money he made out here, that two dollars just adding on." She snapped rolling her eyes.

"I thought you didn't have money." Allison said behind me.

"I had two dollars that I found in my locker earlier, that wasn't enough for burger king" I said as I went to cut the line to get to Jayceon and Iyan.

"Excuse you there's people behind you." A lady called out. She looked to be in her late thirty's, you could see her badly done lace front and she had on some cheetah print leggings.

"And we see that, we're not blind." Kailani said rudely then turned around to look at the menu.

"Kailani." I stared at her then the lady. "I'. sorry but we're with them." I pointed to Iyan and Jayceon as they were just looking.

"I didn't ask for ya life story, order your food and stop talking to me." The lady rudely said making me scrunch my face up.

"This what ya bitch ass get for being nice all the time." Kailani laughed out loud turning around to face the lady, I groaned out loud knowing Kai bout to curse her out. Kailani was a firecracker just like Allison, they were always ready to fight but Olivia and I were the peacemakers.

"Lady, my friend was trying to save yo ass cause I won't hesitate to whoop an old lady ass."

"You young girls are so disrespectful, I have an daughter your age." She said as she flipped her wig. I knew Kailani was about to tweak, Kailani dropped her bag but I stepped in front of her.

"Kai we're in Burger King and that lady probably forty something."

"I'm bouta treat her like she my age." I started laughing at Kai cause she was dead ass. The lady was bout to say something but a voice cut her off.

"All you doing is ordering off the fucking dollar menu, shut the fuck up! They just said they was with us." Jayceon said annoyance evident in his voice. I looked at him.

"That wasn't nice." I sarcastically said as we moved up in the line.

"Remember I'm rude?" He smirked as he ordered his food.

"Can I get a bacon cheese burger, two large onion rings and a large chocolate shake, thank you." I said smiling. Just as we were about to find seats Olivia and Mason walked in, I walked towards their way.

"You okay?" I asked.

"Yeah, can you order me a whopper, fries with a strawberry shake?" She asked looking at Mason while digging in her bag.

"It's my treat, I got chu." He said walking off.

"Y'all together or something?" I asked

"No we're trying to be friends, I'm grateful you texted. I was going to do something I was going to regret." I laughed knowing what she meant as we walked towards the table.

When we got there it was seats already waiting for us. Jayden next to Allison, Mason next to Olivia, Iyan next to Kailani and Jayceon next to me.

"Mason wassup with ya face?" Jayden asked causing Iyan to laugh. "What I miss?"

"Alyssa slapped the shit out of him." Iyan said still laughing.

"This Alyssa? She give money to niggas ona corner, adopt puppies and help old people across the street. I don't believe it." Jayden said which caused them to laugh.

"Yeah she slapped the shit out of me." Mason said smirking my way.

"It was the sound effect." I said defending myself.

"He still got a hand print on his face." Jayden said laughing

"Guilty." Olivia shyly said as the whole table busted out laughing except Mason.

We sat in burger king for almost an hour playing and laughing, I was exhausted by time I got in the house. I was just happy I could finally take my nap.

"Alyssa c'mere real quick" I heard my father call as I walked in the house.

"Yeah?"

"Where you was at?"

"Burger king, I texted and told you that."

"You said that around an hour ago, try again."

"When do I ever lie to you?"

"Why would you, Liv and Kai sit in burger king for an hour?"

"Why did it just have to be me, Liv and Kai? Like I don't have other friends? But it wasn't just us, we went with other people."

"Y'all was with boys? You fucking?" I looked at him blankly tilting my head, how could he possibly get that from what I said?

"What? Where did that come from? We were with boys but it wasn't a date or nothing."

"Can I go now? I don't want to talk about this, this so embarrassing." I said shaking my head.
