An: His status is completely broken. Everything like defense and attacks are off the charts. Even his health is way beyond any Sans health. So yeah that why he show those he fights his status to show they stand no chance against him.

Shortcut: Similar to every Sans teleportation but he can teleport large groups without losing any mana.

Stand off: This is the ultimate defense which is basically classic Sans doesn't take a move, preventing the attackers of attacking.

Zero Karma: basically Sans karma attack but if his eye turn red with a purple glow then you're f*cked as he will completely wrecked anyone.

Background:
He is from an Au where there was never any player which lead to no resets yet he saw every Au that have a player. Leading him entering each au judgement hall and beat the genocide players along with absorbing every level during a true reset. Not long did he encounter the Distorted Voice entity who gave him a advice which lead to Gans gaining power over his own character system. Although he was suspicious of the entity he can't argue that without the entity help he would never gain the power. So that lead to a few years until both himself and a few others were teleported at a mysterious room where they meet Hatred along with the Entity that help each person of unlocking their true powers. The same entity explain what happened to Hatred which shock all of them but Hatred beg each person to train him. Gans and a few others immediately agree to help but the rest were unsure which lead to the Entity suggesting that Hatred would prove himself to the ones that immediately agree while the rest watch the training. That would soon got everyone on board with the suggestion and because time doesn't exist in the room both Gans and the ones, who agree, train Hatred which lead to the birth of Hatred and the original 19 victims becoming the Anti League.
