CODENAME  1.2.3 otherwise known as kagune, is(was) one of the humans, kept as experiments, like hydra,cyan and arachne.

Unlike them he has no empathy.

And while he has a thin whip like scorpion  tail Similar  to CODENAME  stinger. Its purpose  is much  more sinister. If used for offense  the venom kills in seconds.

Kagune also has small gill like slits on his neck. This allows him to,
generate a high frequency noise that allows him to control darkseekers and creatures alike.

no animal is immune to this noise not even cyan.

The way to tell if a creature  is under  kagune's control is there appearance.

The controlled animals have black crack like veins around there eyes.

There eyes themselves, are all black with  red sclera, and black slits.

Kagune is sadistic,

he likes to torture  his victims  long before he kills them,

he cant be easily  reasoned with,

and expects to gain  something should  you get him to work  with you, or should you ally yourself with him.
