"FINALLY!!! IT IS NEARLY COMPLETE!!!"

I watched as dark magic flew around the room and stopped at one spot before beginning to form!!!!

"I'LL SHALL FINALLY GET MY REVENGE!!!!"

(Normal POV)

You yawned as you felt the warm light of morning hit your face from your window. Slowly, you sat up and stretched out your arms. Once you did so, you looked to your right to see... him. The person you last see when you go to sleep and the first person you see when you wake up. It was your boyfriend, Dark Link, or Dark for short.

You smiled at the sight before you. Dark was snoring loudly, but not too loudly, and drool ran down from his mouth.To make things cuter, he had his arms wrapped around his pillow, cuddling it. Moments like these always made you wish Hyrule had cellphones and you could easily take a picture at how cute Dark looked right now.

You ran your fingers through Dark's pitch black hair, causing him to sigh. Taking a deep breath, you held back a squeal, but all good things must come to an end. You had to wake Dark up.

You and Dark now lived and worked at Lon Lon Ranch. You felt like it would be best to do so since Malon had passed away. And one of the rules about living and working here, is that you must wake up early to help clean and tend to all the animals needs.

You shook Dark's bare shoulder, since he insists on sleeping shirtless because he says it's more comfortable.

"Daaark" you said quietly and sweetly as you lightly shook his shoulder, "Dark, it's time to wake up."

Dark groaned and turned around, so now his back was facing you. You rolled your eyes before you began to poke his back. He didn't respond at all, but that's when your eyes wandered to his long Hylian ears. This was always a last resort when waking him up, and it seemed that you had to do it.

You brought your hand up to his head and qently grabbed his ear with your thump and index finger. Dark hummed with happiness and a smile apeared on his face when you began to rub his ear. You smiled at how happy he was when you did that, but you were trying to make him wake up so you suddenly pressed your fingers together, harshly pinching the sensitive part of his ear.

Dark yelped in pain and immediately sat up, cluching his ear.

"OW!!! (Y/n), why did you do that?!?!" He asked.

"Sorry Dark, but I needed to wake you up" you apologized.

"It still hurt!!! You know how sensetive Hylian ears are!!!" He was clearly really upset.

"I'm sorry Dark" you said with sadness in your voice.

The anger Dark felt soon went away when he saw your face. His heart dropped, he didn't mean to yell at you.

Dark scooted closer to you and wrapped his arms around you. He pulled you into his lap.

"I didn't mean to get mad and raise my voice" Dark said sweetly, "I'm sorry."

You kept your head down, not making eyes contact. Dark sighed and leaned into your cheek. He then began to nuzzle and kiss your cheek. You tried to hold back your giggle, but it was no use. You smiled and giggled at the light kisses and butterfly kisses Dark was giving you.

Dark leaned away and gave you a smile. "I'm sorry, babe."

"I forgive you, and I'm sorry for pinching your ear" You apologized before leaning up and pecking his lips.

You and Dark got out of the bed. You walked over to the closet and pulled out a dress, it looked a lot like Malon's dress. Just the skirt part was (fav. Color) instead of pink, and the scarf was (other fav. Color) instead of orange.

"Hey, do you think you can toss me a shirt?" Dark asked as he pulled on a pair of black pants.

"Sure" you said.

You looked in one of Dark's drawers and pulled out a shirt. It was white with a coller and had baggy short sleeves.

"Will this do?" You asked holding up the shirt.

Dark looked up from putting on his boots. "That's fine."

You threw him the shirt and he easily caught it. Dark quickly put on the shirt and left the room so you could get dressed. When you were done, you quickly did your hair and left the room.

You left the house and made your way to the barn. There you found Dark cleaning away at one of the cow's pins. He was sweating and had a very serious look on his face, best to just leave him alone.

You walked over to a big barrel filled with food. Seeds for the cuccos and horse and cow food.

You went around the barn and fed all the cows. When you got to pin Dark was in, you saw that he was done, and was resting on a pile of hay.

"Taking a break already Dark?" You teased.

"You'd be... taking one... too if you had to do... this" Dark said between gasp for air.

As he was taking his break, you walked over to the cow's food bowl and filled it up with food. After that, you walked over to Dark and knelt beside him. He looked up at you and you kissed his nose.

"Hope you feel better" you smiled before getting up and leaving the barn.

When you left the barn house, you made your way to the tree where all the cuccos usually were. Thank goodness they didn't wander off today. You reached into your bag of seeds and threw them at the cuccos. They immediately started eating.

When that was done, you walked into the huge fenced off area where the horses were. You walked to the very back of the pin where there food bowl was and filled it up. The horses began to make their way over, so you moved out of the way.

Now that all your morning chores were done, you now had to choose what you would do now. You looked over at the barn, you could help Dark like you always did. You then looked at the horses, they looked like they hadn't been riden in ages. You chose horses.

~time skip~

The day went on, and Dark finally finished cleaning all the cow pins in the barn. When he came out of the barn, he saw you riding a horse. Dark smirked and made his way over to.

"Hello Dark" you chirped when Dark reached your side.

"Hello (y/n)" he said, "mind to tell me what your doing?"

"I'm riding a horse" you giggled, seeing what Dark was doing.

"I see" Dark said, "so all day you were riding horses while I worked my butt off cleaning the barn?"

You giggled and jumped off the horse. You intertwined you and Dark's fingers and swung your arms back and forth.

"I'm sorry Dark" you giggled, "would you like to ride horses with me?"

Dark put his hand on his chin and closed his eyes, as if he was thinking really hard about the request.

"Heck yeah" he said before jumping on the horse.

Before Dark started riding, he held out his hand for you to take. You gladly took his hand and he helped you on to the front of the horse.

Dark had his arms around you to hold the reins and he had his chin rested on top of your head. While you closed your eyes and leaned against Dark's chest.

It was getting late, and you Dark just lazily rode the horse all day long. That was until Talon came running out of the house.

"The hero's here!!!" He yelled to you and Dark.

You and Dark sighed in annoyance, Dark wasn't to fond of the hero. You just didn't want to move from this spot. Talon yelled at you again when you didn't move, causing you and Dark to finally get off the horse and out of each others arms.

You and Dark made your way to the front of Lon Lon Ranch to see the hero talking with Talon.

"Hello Link" you greeted, "what can I getcha today?"

"I just need a few bottles of milk, do you mind?" He asked.

"Of course!" He was always so polite.

Dark and Link starred at each other intensly when you ran inside to get the milk. When you got back, they were still starring at each other.

You snapped your fingers in Dark's face making him blink a few times, he didn't relize that he was starring. You handed Link three bottles of Lon Lon milk.

"That will be 45 rupees please" 5 for each bottle and 10 for the milk in each bottle.

Link handed you the money and thanked you before making his way towards the exit. Before he could leave he stopped. He looked over his shoulder at Dark.

"Treat her good Dark!" He yelled, "you don't want her to get away!"

After that, Link left.

Dark was a pink mess and he kept his head down so no one could see. You laughed and grabbed his hand before walking to the house.

You both had dinner, then you headed to bed. It was getting late and with a job like this, you always needed rest.

You got in one of the night gowns that was given to you. Why a night gown? Because that is what the girls in Hyrule wear to bed, it's not normal to where pants and a random T-shirt you find in your closet. Dark, of course, slept in his underwear. Even when you asked him not to because it would always make you a blushing mess. Dark would always refuse. He says it's comfortable and he likes seeing your flustered face...weirdo.

You climed into bed, as did Dark. You immediately snuggled into his chest. You giggled as you nuzzled Dark's chest, causing Dark to laugh. He wrapped his arms around you and held you close.

"Good night Dark" you said into his chest, "I love you."

"Love you too" he said before kissing the top of your head and turning out the light.

Life in Hyrule was peaceful for you and Dark. No one ever tried to bother you, kidnap you, or kill you. But like I said before, all good things must come to an end.
