"Well, what do we have here?" Ganondorf asked sarcastically, "it seems that three young girls have managed to get into my marvelous palace."

You and Sarina backed away, while Alex went ahead to confront Ganondorf.

"Lord Ganondorf, we are here to ask you a favor" Alex said taking a bow to show her respect.

"Oh? Is that so?" Ganondorf said raising an eyebrow, "in that case go on."

Alex took a big breath, and spoke. "We wish to use your Journey Stone."

"You wish to use my Journey Stone, why?" He asked.

Alex explained why you needed the Journey Stone, and you began to move your eyes around the room. It was a marvelous palace, just like Ganondorf had said. It had dark sand colored columns holding up the ceiling, torches with blazing fires in them to keep the dark room bright enough to see, and the walls were filled with Gerudo symbols. But the biggest thing that caught your attention was Ganondorf's throne. The throne was made of gold with many beautiful colored gems attached to it. There were emeralds, rubys, sapphires, and many more, but there was one gem that caught your eye. It was a rainbow gem that sat a the top middle of the throne, it surprisingly looked familiar. Then you came to you, that stone was the Journey Stone!

"THAT'S IT!" You yelled, "THAT'S THE STONE!"

Sarina and Alex looked at you dumbfounded, you looked at them with confusion expression. Then you relized it, in the middle of your thinking you didn't relize that Ganondorf was talking and you just interrupted Ganondorf!

Sarina stepped on your foot.

"OW!" You yelped in pain, "heeeeyy what was that foorrr!"

"Your punishment" she answered, "you can't just interrupt Ganondorf when he is talking!"

"Lord Ganondorf, I'm sorry for that!" Alex apologized.

"It is quite alright" Ganondorf said, "and yes, you are right, that is the Journey Stone."

Alex eyes widened. "Really, that's the stone!"

"Yes it is" Ganondorf responded.

"So, can we use it?" Alex asked.

"Of course!" Ganondorf said with a smile.

You, Sarina, and Alex cheered with happiness.

"But..." Ganondorf said right in the middle of you cheering.

You stopped cheering and he continued. "If you you want to use the stone, one of you will have to stay here with me."

Your eyes widened. "WHY?!" You yelled out.

"Because if you didn't know, you can only use a Journey Stone once, and why should I let you use my one and only Journey Stone if there's nothing in it for me" he answered with a creepy grin.

Alex thought for a moment, then walked over to us. "I think one of us should stay" she said grimly.

"HUH?!" You and Sarina said in unison.

"Think about it, there is only one Stone, if we don't take this chance none of us will ever get home" Alex said with her head down.

"What happens to the person who stays behind?" You asked with a shaky voice.

"They will stay here, and we will come get them in the future" Alex answered.

You and Sarina looked at each other, and nodded your heads in agreement.

Alex turned around. "Alright Ganondorf, it's a deal."

"Excellent!" He said.

"So which of us is staying behind?" Sarina asked.

Ganondorf looked at each one of us, then spoke. "I don't know" he said shrugging, "it's such a hard choice."

Ganondorf's eyes then widened. "I know! I'll just ask someone to choose for me, Dark get out here!"

A figure wearing a long black cloak came out from behind the throne. You couldn't see his face since it was under the hood of the cloak.

"Dark, I can't make a decision" Ganondorf said with a sigh, "so you make it for me, which one of these girls will be staying with us for the rest of their life!"

The figure turned to look at you and your friends. After a while of waiting, one of his hands came out from his cloak and pointed at...you.

You eyes widened. The man chose you, you would be staying here, and you wouldn't be going home. You swore in any other situation you would fall on the ground and start crying, but you couldn't, you had to stay strong, especially around Ganondorf.

"Alright, but since you chose her you got to take care of her" Ganondorf said to the man in the cloak.

You stood up straight, trying to keep the tears from flowing, when surprisingly Sarina gave you a big hug.

"S-Sarina, you hugging me!?" You said dumbfounded. Sarina hated being hugged by you, so it surprised you that SHE HUGGED you.

"I know, think of me hugging you as  good luck or something, your going to need it need it" she said letting go of you.

"Dark, take the stone off the throne, and give it to the girl in green" Ganondorf ordered the man.

The man took the stone, and gave it to Alex. He then began to walk over to you. You tensed up when he walked up to you then grabbed your shoulder. He then began to lead you away from your friends and stood you next to Ganondorf with his hand still on your shoulder.

Alex and Sarina waved and said their goodbyes before putting their hands on the stone. They closed their eyes and a big light appeared causing you to cover your eyes. When you uncovered your eyes... they were gone.

Your body started to tremble out of fear. Your friends were gone and that struck fear in your body. The man noticed this, he moved his hand down from shoulder until it reached your hand. You gasped and looked up at him, you could see a little bit of his face from this point. The only part of his face you could see was his mouth, and he was smiling at you.

"Dark, take the girl away" Ganondorf said but he didn't sound as cheerful as before, "and remember, she is your responsibility now."

The man nodded, and led you out of the room with your hand still in his.

The man led you down a hallway, he must have been showing you to your room. You were really nervous, but you plucked up the courage and spoke to him.

"Excuse me, can you tell me who you are?" You asked.

The man stopped, and his grip on your hand tighted.

"I...I would really like to know" you said with a studder.

The man let go of your hand and turned around. He then took off his hood revealing jet black hair, pale skin, and red eyes. Your eyes widened, how could you have been so stupid not to relize it.

"My name is Dark" he said softly, "Dark Link."
