Lucky's POV

I took a step, but my surroundings changed, and I found myself behind the pillar. I turned my gaze to look for the dragon, but it was nowhere to be found, tanging ang mga naglalakad na sentinel lang ang nakita ko. Agad kong tinakbo ang kinaroroonan ng dragon, at nagulat ako nang makitang wala na ito.

“Walang Dragon na lumabas rito, hindi ako pwedeng magkamali, wala talaga.” He said while shaking his head, I bowed and thought deeply.

Where did Calora go? Why did she vanish like a bubble? Why didn't this sentinel even notice she was gone?

I was concerned about her because the wounds she had sustained had not healed completely.

Lumayo ako sa kinaroroonan ng mga Dragon at habang naglalakad ako, naguguluhan pa rin ako sa biglaang pagkawala ng Dragon. Bigla akong napatigil sa paglalakad at agad na nag tago sa matataas na halaman nang makarinig ako ng kakaibang tunog, nilingon ko ito at nanlaki ang mga mata ko nang makita ko ang sentinel at ang babaeng gumising sa akin kanina. Hinawakan ng sentinel ang isang lalaki sa magkabilang balikat at nakanganga sa kaniya, then something the sentinel sucks inside the young man through its mouth.

“Stop that, Father,” The girl shouted. I am frowning at what I heard.

I can't believe a father like him could do that to his own daughter. He's even worse than the devil!

“Let her go! Fight fairly, or maybe a child like her is the only one you can fight.” My eyes narrowed as he raised his face and pushed the girl hard to where the young man's corpse was.

“Lady, please leave so he doesn't take your soul as well!” My brows furrowed in response to what the girl said.

What does she mean?

When the girl left, I rolled my eyes at the whole place and frowned. When I noticed that the man was not around, I closed my eyes and felt the surroundings. When I felt the man on my side, I immediately bent down and kicked him and punched him in the jaw causing him to back away.

I sighed slowly to stand up and I looked at him when he vomited black blood, then later, his appearance changed, his face turned black as if decaying, and I was almost horrified by his appearance.

Pagtingin niya sa akin ay bigla siyang umatake ng itim na usok at tumama iyon sa akin, kaya natumba ako't nagpagulong-gulong sa lupa.

“Ahh—fuck it hurts!” I screamed and closed my eyes in agony, as if the smoke was burning my heart.

I looked up at the opponent and saw him raise his hand, he rushed at me and was about to stab me when I rolled, despite the fact that I was on fire inside.

The pants I was wearing before were transformed into a short skirt, and now I wore long socks; the T-shirt I was wearing before was transformed into a Steampunk overbust corset with one shoulder shrug, there was a big Virgo symbol in the middle and on the back, it was a long fabric that looked like a tail, and I was also wearing white gloves, and my hair had suddenly turned curly and blonde.

What surprised me the most was the Celestial sword I was holding, and my hearing became louder even though my vision suddenly became clear to the point where I could clearly see the volcano so far away from where we were.

“Let's see,” I stared at him at the same time as the golden power emitted from my eyes, so he bolted.

Naglabas din siya ng itim na usok na agad kong binura gamit ang celestial sword pero parang hindi naman nawawala dahil halos ilang segundo kong naharang ang bawat atake niya pero hindi ito tumigil hanggang sa biglang tumalsik ang celestial sword ko, so it hit me, I fell down on the ground because of that.

“I sense your strong power, but you don't know how to use it,” When I felt him get closer, I immediately stood up and jumped towards where my sword was.

“How? How could my power have escaped your grasp?” When he saw the jump I made to get the celestial sword, he was stunned, and I was astounded because I didn't feel any pain, natumba lamang ako kanina.

Tumayo ako ng tuwid at tumingin sa kaniya.

“Because your power is nothing against mine.” I saw him swallow and his face turn pale. He looked scared.

Mayamaya pa. “Don't be arrogant, because I see you haven't used that power much yet. Ang kapangyarihang iyan ay nararapat sa akin at hindi sa isang katulad mong talunan.” Because of what he said, my brows met. Despite his reaction, he was still able to answer me arrogantly, and my grip on the celestial sword tightened.

“Lucky, don't let your annoyance get the best of you because it will be the source of your defeat.” Nagulat ako ng biglang nagsalita ang espadang si Khael. Ngayon ko lang naalala na nakapagsasalita nga pala ang espadang ito.

I forgot that I was carrying him, but he vanished behind me yesterday, as far as I recall.

“The person you called a loser is the one who will bring you down.” With a smirk on my lips, I muttered.
