Lucky's POV

Kasabay ng pinakawalan na kapangyarihan ni Erra ay kasabay din black power na pinakawalan ni Zach, both of their powers clashed, and Zach was slightly pushed back by Erra's strength of power. Erra, on the other hand, didn't even show any signs of pain on her face, instead remaining calm.

Zach could no longer handle Erra's power, so he vanished temporarily and he struck some demons. I frowned because this Zach is too wicked to hit his fellow demons.

When Zach attacked her from behind, Erra jumped, but she quickly stood up as if nothing had happened.

“Tanya, Mauricio, leave. I'll take care of it!” When Erra shouted that, the two quickly disappeared, maybe they used teleportation.

While Zach ordered some of his companions to find and take the two, Erra stood up properly and jumped backwards as she quickly took the sword that was stuck in a tree not far from her place.

Zach rolled to the ground as Erra's sword was about to strike him. Erra repelled Zach's attack immediately, then kicked it quickly while Zach dodge each of her attacks. Perhaps that's how it is when demons move as quickly as vampires.

“Why do you want to get the sacred jewel?” Walang emosyong tanong ni Erra kay Zach at saka naglakad palayo nang sisipain na sana siya nito.

“You don't have to care.” It rushed at Erra and hit Erra on the shoulder.

“I care because I'm a—” Hindi na niya natuloy ang sasabihin nang inatake siya ng iba pang mga demon, ngunit mabilis niyang natalo ang mga ito sa pamamagitan ng pagsaksak sa kanila at pagkatapos ay mabilis silang nawala hanggang sa si Zach na lang ang natira.

Zach dashed up to Erra and grabbed her by the neck, spinning her around so fast that they floated in the air. Erra gasped as she looked at Zach, who was now smirking at her as they fell to the ground together.

Erra slowly stood up and quickly retrieved the sword she had dropped.

“Sinabi ko naman, hindi ako magpapatalo sa 'yo.” Erra's eyes narrowed, and she raised her hand, releasing a powerful force, and it was too late for Zach to flee, so he hit by it.

“Mag pasalamat ka kasi kahit papaano may kasunduan kami ng iyong kapatid, hindi pa rin kita maaring patayin.” Erra was about to turn around to leave when Zach stabbed her in the chest. Erra's eyes widened as she looked at Zach and she sneered at him.

“If you can't, I can.” Erra blinked an eye, unable to believe what Zach had done. I would be shocked and amazed because, despite being stabbed int he chest, she did not lose consciousness. I was worried for Erra's safety because there were suddenly so many demons, and even though she's good at fighting, I don't think she can handle the number of newcomers.

“Erra! Run!” Sigaw ko pero hindi niya ako narinig, sa halip ay napapalibutan si Erra ng mga demon. Nakakunot ang noo ni Erra habang nakatitig sa mga demon at napahawak sa dibdib niya kung saan siya may tama.

“You're not going anywhere else, Erra.” Zach said confidently, but instead of worrying, a silly smile appeared on Erra's face. I swallowed because of the expression on her face was scary and even her aura now caused my hair to stand on end.

“That's what you thought.” Erra jumped on the demons' heads and kicked them with others, twisting their heads so they are cut off or gone, Erra is at the end of someone blocking her three demons, so she has no choice but to stab them, Erra bent down and punched him in the stomach, then stabbed one in the stomach and stabbed the other from behind, she jumped and beheaded the demon in front of her.

After that, Erra ran and ran, but Zach didn't let her go because he was chasing her with so many demons.

I stopped running when someone pulled her to a large tree and covered her mouth with his hand, allowing those chasing Erra to pass us here in the tree where we were hiding. I held my breath when I saw Zach being apprehended and frowned as he looked at the three where we were hiding.

I scratched my head because I had hidden and no one could see me. As Zach continued to run, I breathed a sigh of relief.

I looked at them when the man groaned because Erra but his hand, which covered her mouth.

“I already helped you, ikaw pa ang may ganang manakit.” My eyes widened when I heard his terrifying voice.

“Draco?” Nagtatakang tanong ko kahit hindi niya ako naririnig, humakbang ito sa liwanag, kaya sa wakas ay nakita ko na ang mukha nito dahil madilim sa punong pinagtataguan nila.

“You?” Erra asked in shock and Draco just looked at her seriously.

“Yeah, I am and we're both fair.” His response was emotionless and he was about to walk away when Erra suddenly grabbed his arm.

“You're with them.” Draco frowned slightly at what Erra had said.

“So?” The look on Erra's face was unbelievable.

“You must be catching or killing me right now.” Draco removed Erra's hand that was holding his arm and brought his face close to hers then pressed his lip to Erra's ear.

“I know how to be grateful.” Pagkasabi niya n'on ay bigla siyang nawala sa harapan ni Erra habang si Erra naman ay biglang nawalan ng malay, Lalapit sana ako sa kan‘ya when I suddenly felt a headache and when I closed my eyes and opened it, I was here again in the carriage.

What the hell?!

We're still in the carriage, and I'm just quietly watching our way. Until now, my mind had been preoccupied with why I was going to such a scene.

What is my connection to Erra and Draco? Why do I see them? Am I in the past wherever I go there?

Hinimas ko ang ulo ko dahil sa sakit, sa dami ng tanong sa isip ko at hindi ko alam kung kailan sasagutin o paano? Paunti-unti, mababaliw na ’ko sa mga nangyayari sa ’kin at gusto ko mang ipaalam kay Zaphael pero parang may nagsasabi sa akin na hindi ko dapat sabihin iyon.

“Hey! Lucky!” I shook my head and seemed to come back to reality as Zaphael shouted.

“Huh?” He frowned then slapped me on the forehead with his one finger.

“We've tried to get your attention before, but you're still stunned. What's wrong with you?” He stared at me seriously, I sighed then shook my head.

“I'm okay, Zaphael,” He didn't seem convinced by what I said, so he didn't look away from me, I smiled foolishly at him.

“Don't worry Zaphael, I'm okay. You don't have to worry too much about me.” I winked at him after that, but he just rolled his eyes and turned his back on me while I was still sitting in the carriage. I got out of the carriage and was amazed to see flying dragons.

“Jorvina what place is this?” I asked Jorvina without looking at her.

“This is the Dragon Village, where the dragons live, as well as the people who will join in the war, because it is easier for them to train in this location.” I nodded at what she said and as we walked. We saw fire users both practicing using the swords and their powers. They do many things like fire swords, fireballs, fire spheres and three headed dragons.

Nang makarating kami sa hall kung saan may mga dragon na pinapakain ng mga sentinel ay namangha ako.

“Jorvina, Linglie, it's good that you're here.” The man with the mustache said with a smile, his physique was elegant.

“General Lyndon,” A big smile was posted on Jorvina's face as we approached the one she called General, this General seems expected us to come.

General Lyndon patted Jorvina as they hugged and the General would have hugged Linglie as well but she looked at him badly, so the General backed away and hesitated to laugh.

“You're always serious.” Jorvina laughed as she looked at Linglie.

She's intimidating!

“All you need to do is training the beginners who join the war, they haven't used their power much yet.” The General looked at me and Zaphael with astonishment.
“Who are these two?” Zaphael and I looked at each other.

“They are beginners and they are one of us.” The General nodded and bowed.

“You know what you have to do, Jorvina, so I will leave now.” Jorvina and Linglie also bowed before he left.

“You two,” Zaphael looked at Linglie at the same time when she said that.
“You two will join the newbies, this is also a good opportunity for you to become good at fighting.” Tumango si Zaphael, habang ako naman ay nakatingin sa isang sentinel na nag-e-ensayo ng kung ano-ano, sa tingin ko ay baguhan pa lang ang mga ito.

Napakunot ang noo ko nang sinipa niya ng malakas ang baguhan, hindi tama ang ginawa niya at papunta na sana ako do'n nang biglang hinawakan ni Zaphael ang kamay ko.

“Let's go, they're already ahead.” He pulled me away, I wish I could talk more about what I saw but I couldn't do it as he walked so fast.

Damn this man!

When we got out of the Hall, Zaphael and I quickly bowed because a Dragon seemed getting wild, the sentinels helped calm it down and catch it, but the dragon was far too wild and powerful than sentinels.

I turned around and looked for Jorvina and Linglie but I couldn’t find them.

“Na saan sina Jorvina, Zaphael?” I asked him, then we slowly stood up and hid in a pillar.

“Nando'n sila!” He pointed to the other side of the area and I frowned when I saw them hitting the invisible barrier.

“What's happening? Why can’t they come here?” I asked him in confused.

“I don't know but whatever it is—” He couldn't continue what he was going to say as I quickly ran to the place where the dragon and the sentinels were. Parang ang bilis kong tumakbo na parang bang may sariling isip ang katawan ko. Dali-dali kong hinila ang bata tapos gumulong kami sa lupa, I don't know how the child got there and was not immediately noticed.

“Fuck! Lucky, why did you do that?!” Zaphael helped us get up from lying on the ground.

“I won't let that dragon eat the child!” Sigaw ko sa kaniya kasi parang sinasabi niya na hindi ko dapat ginawa 'yon.

“He won't eat me,” Zaphael and I looked at the boy as he spoke and I also noticed his resemblance to the General.

“But he's going to eat you.” He shook his head and then smiled at the two of us. He's cute and I think he's five years old.

“No, he's kind, he just have—” When I saw the dragon getting too close to us, I pushed Zaphael and the boy away, and the dragon bite my dress made me scream.

The Dragon flew so high that the sentinels tried to save me but couldn't because the dragon was flying so high until we were far away but before that, I heard Zaphael shouting at me together with Jorvina and Linglie's worried expression.

I closed my eyes because it was dizzy up here and I just felt his flight speed up.

Why do I always end up in this kind of situation?

Oh! Please help me!
