So, Christmas Headcanon because why not.

The First Christmas after Ash set out fell right after the Indigo League. The next fell shortly before Ash fought Claire. Then, shortly after the Ever Grande Conference. The next Christmas falls shortly after the conclusion of the Team Galactic story, about when Ash and the gang arrive in Sunyshore for the first time. After that, after the Vertress Conference, so sometime during the Decolore Islands. In Kalos, Christmas fell after the conclusion of the Team Flare arc, but before Ash released Greninja. The most recent one as of now is the one that fell after Ash became Alola chsmpion but before he returned home.

I don't care if it doesn't make sense. :)
