"Oh the dog spirit? That would be 50000 Jewels sir!" Tge shopkeeper smiled sweetly.

"Quickly, Lucy!" The golden exeed, Michelle, yelled at the poor fire mage.

"Blarg! J-Just a minute"

"Attention the train will be leaving in 10 seconds"

"Lucy!"

"Blarh!"

"The doors are now closing"

"Michelllllllee!"

The small exeed sighed before deciding to wait for the train to come back. All this way to meet her dragon.

"I can't believe this key cost me 40000 Jewels!" The pink haired mage growled. He kicked over a can as he walked before he heard whispers of a famous 'Salamander'.

"So~ how was your trip? heh" Michelle teased as Lucy held down the urge to throw up just thinking about it. She glared at her little exeed before carrying on. She was moody for the rest of the walk until she perked up, using her dragon hearing to listen to a few conversations about a 'Salamander'.

"SEE I TOLD YA IGNEEL WOULD BE HERE!" She screamed as she set off running down the hill and right into a pile of boys swooning over a tall girl.

"Who the hell are you?"

BANG! straight into the wall.

"I don't think that was Igneel." Michelle stated with a blank face.

"Geez ya think?" Lucy pouted, rubbing her sore head. Before she had time to move a pink haired boy approached her and helped her up.

"Hey are you ok? I just wanted to thank you for breaking that spell" he smiled and offered to take her for lunch.

"So what are you doing out here with your um... flying golden kitty?"

"It's and exeed. She's called Michelle and she can talk too" The Flame mage replied throught mouthfulls of food.

"Oh well nice to meet you, Michelle and um... mabey I shouldn't have offered to pay for all this food hehe" he sweatdropped and the girl didn't even reply. He wasn't even completely sure if the little kit-Exeed had noticed him yet.

He sighed "so whats yer name anyway?" She stopped eating, almost offended when he turned away for a few minutes.

He turned to her before smiling again, "Natsu. Natsu Heartfilia"

She stok out her hand before using her other one to stuff a chicken wing into her mouth. He shook it and she smiled, "Nice ta meet ya. I'm Dragneel. Lucy Dragneel, a fire wizard!"

"Celesital. Anyway you never answered. What are you and Michelle doing in Hargeon?"

Lucy paused for a moment then shrugged and continued wasting the poor boys money. This time Michelle answered.

"Were looking for Igneel! Lucy's dad!"

"He taught me fire magic and he's awesome!"

Natsu gulped at the mention of fathers but just sighed and mumbled "thats sweet". At least one of us had a good dad then...

"And he's a DRAGON!" Lucy rambled on. Natsu paled before deciding it was best to leave now.

"Well it was nice meeting you," Natsu  waved and handed the blonde girl money ", but I really must be going now!" He was starting to walk away when he turned around again.

"OH THNK YOU THE MIGHTY NATSU!" Lucy and her exeed bowed in thanks. WHO THE HELL DO THESE GUYS THINK THEY ARE?! THERE EMBARRASSING ME!

"Crap! The Guards!" She yelled before dragging a shocked Natsu with her. Michelle followed behind shouting at the girl about how she shouldn't over-do it so much.

"Hey! Were are you taking me?!" Natsu didn't want to be arrested because of this stupid girl. She turned her head, still gripping his hand as she ran, and raised an eyebrow.

"You wanna go to Fairy Tail right?"
His eyes widened. Ofcourse! How could he forget so quickly?! She was Lucy Dragneel of Fairy Tail, the real Salamander. She smiled at his widned eyes, taking it was a yes. "So lets go!"

Thats all it took.

From then on Natsu was a member of Fairy Tail, with the official sign printed on his shoulder. "Look Lucy! I got my stamp!"

"Huh? Oh that's great Natty"

"It's Natsu!"

"Hey waterwimp! Fight me!" Lucy screamed at the water mage, Juvia Fullbuster.

"Your on Blondie!" She replied, not aware of the stalker, Gary Lockser watching from behind a big pillar.

Soon the whol guild was in a fight. Until somebody knocked Jallal's cake and stepped on it...
